Contact Helpdesk for help
 III-Sign in & Join meeting

Step 1: After Sign up you

will receive an email
confirmation to set
Password.

Step 2: Sign In in
application you have
installed already.

Step 3 : You will receive

the meeting link before
15 minutes of meeting ;
either copy the link and
paste in Bar (Enter
Meeting Information)

Step 4: Click Join.

Prepare notebook and pen to take notes and write down questions.

4 Prepare before Time meeting about 10 minutes .

Try to use Webex to be familiar with before meeting .
