An Honest Civic Effort Intended To Uncover All Of The Deep Colonial Conspiracies Working Against Us First,
B4 Marshalling The Effort & Commitment To Break Down The Current Messy National Foundation, And Build A
New And Better One, By God’s Power, Instead of Keep Taking Part in Fake Colonial Elections Like What’s
Coming Up Again In 2023, Just To Sustain This 2 Century Old Hell of Mess!!!
Featured in the following few pages are related excerpts from some of our many Revolutionary articles, and the radically
detailed title of this excerpt is:
The Many NASTY Records Of Elections Under The Current Colonial “Liberia” -
Enough Reasons For Which We Now Demand A National Citizens’ Convention First,
To Debate And Put Some Crucial Things Into Place, Before Ever Standing On Line In
This Country Again To Vote, God Willing!!!!
Our biggest inspirations in this huge national endeavor intended to bring final, lasting change to this
country by the grace of God, are proudly and largely drawn from both Qur’an 2:42 and John 8:32. This
strange enterprise of great details, as reflected in just the topic or heading above, demonstrates first, our
fear for God, and next, our extremely honest appreciation of the very immense sacrifices made here over the
past decades by the United Nations, which God moved to come and lay the foundation for the kind of change
that our Revolution now aggressively advocates (meaning fundamental and structural changes to this
society). For instance, we aggressively disagree that the mighty UN spent over US$45 billion here in different
costs, from 1990 to date, 2021, and lost over 190 precious human beings here in peacekeeping operations
etc., just to maintain in place, at the end of the day, a very divisive state name, Liberia, a mocking and
disrespectful Declaration of Independence, some messy Constitution, a long list of illegitimate national
symbols, emblems, and holidays etc., NO, NO, and NO. For 7 years of intensive research into this very
nightmarish 2-century-old Liberian story strongly confirms to us that all of the plagues and curses currently
devastating this country – ranging from grinding poverty, to untold lack of development, to chronic moral
decadence across society, and to extreme lack of independence and sovereignty etc., not to mention the 13
full-scale ghastly civil wars that have wrecked our country between 1822 and 2003, with 4 bloody coup
d’états between 1871 and 1985, plus 1 blood-splattered national riot, all yet for a total of 18 BLEEDING
national experiences that took up over 30 years of our existence etc., do convincingly owe largely to our
society’s willful or conscious, but sorrowful suppression of mighty TRUTH in favor of great LIES. With
these great LIES overwhelming the entire country and blocking every good thing from happening for God’s
children here; and with the fact that “to every action, there must be some opposite and equal reaction” for
change to happen, as propounded by Isaac Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion for instance, our Revolution is
determined to redeem this country through God’s Unbeatable Power by rising up to tell the TRUTH – no
matter how embarrassing and dangerous, and no matter against whom it is told, and even if this very ‘raw’
TRUTH telling works against our personal selves, including, even if it breaks our cherished relationships
with husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, schoolmates, workmates, friends, and those sending us remittances
from abroad etc. and etc.
And because Liberia is so tied to America every step of the way, the Liberian story can NEVER be successfully
told for the purpose of bringing honest positive change while leaving America out, thus demanding the volume of
information that we now have to confront if we truly want a change that will inaugurate working systems, law
and order, decency, civilization etc. in this country once and for all by God’s grace. ***Note: Because we have
discovered that a country’s matter can be so huge and serious, and can normally be solved largely, by either: (a) using
the barrel of the guns, or (b) using some massive soul-searching national dialogue; and we prefer (b) over (a), this
revolutionary Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign is intended to spark some great societal and even international
debate that will ultimately lead us to some immediate, compulsory National Conference, or Sovereign Citizens’
Convention, to discuss all of these grave societal issues for final collective relief and liberation, God willing . Finally, If
you ever appreciate this kind of constructive, civil effort by a group of fellow citizens to bring change to our country once and for all,
and you believe that instead of always surfacing at ‘Bhutuo’ and using Bazookas and AK47s in the name of revolution, or bring ing
change, we can rather use pens, papers, and different peaceful civic actions to bring about final, positive change to our country by
the grace and power of God, then please contribute whatever cents and dollars you can afford to this lifesaving national cause. Our

TABLE OF CONTENTS
Article identification, plus special words of encouragement for READING……………………...0
General Introductory Notes for all articles………………………………………………………...1
Definition and brief history of Election…………………………………………………................2
How the essence of this article is to encourage our people to HALT or PAUSE elections for
now, and let’s sit around the table as a people, and reassess our current theories and ways of
handling the ever-growing challenges of group life, including our claims to the very concept
or philosophy of democracy which elections are a part of, as this claim now proves very fake….2
How it’s sad to repeat here that the shrewd colonial criminals running our country continue to
put us under the impression that democracy is tied only to going to the polls to vote, and
that’s it, when this is a great LIE and bloody DECEIT………………………................................3
10 of the many bloody accounts or narratives that make up the deadly records of elections
in this country, which will keep repeating themselves in more exacerbated forms if we
keep going to the polls again and again under this same national arrangement called
Liberia; since, under America’s colonial influence and instruction, we are sadly refusing,
in almost 200 years now, to ever find another constructive civic alternative for placing
ourselves on the right trajectory in group life, other than continuous, fake elections. …………..4
How Liberia conducted her first post-independence elections, just a few days later, September
27, 1847; and fterwards, Liberians went to the polls to vote every 2 years; then in the early
1900s, it changed to every 4 years; then in 1975, the politicians changed it to every 8 years;
then in the 1980s, it changed again to every 6 years; today, they are again thinking about
changing it to every 5 years etc. yet this fake America colony still considers its democracy
as a fragile and fledging democracy – something seems bloodily wrong here!!!!.……………4
How this colony’s 1927 election epitomizes the very criminal nature of all of its elections….4
The NASTY account from the 1955 elections………………………………………………...5
The egregiously bloody mockery that was made out of democracy during the 1985 elections.5
How Liberia demonstrated its colonially imposed, conscious stupidity, during the 1997
elections………………………………………..........................................................................6
How Liberia continued with this conscious stupidity and sincere ignorance during her 2005
and 2011 elections……………………………………………..................................................6
How the Liberian Government, with the acquiescence of its population, although all done
with fear for the colonial master, had to kill the country’s Truth & Reconciliation Process,
and by extension, the Accra Comprehensive Peace Accord, just to sustain the colony’s
conscious stupidity and sincere ignorance during the 2011 polls……………………………..7
How politician Benoni Urey alludes to the colonial conspiracy that crafted to kill both the
TRC and the Accra Comprehensive Peace Accord, as we claim in the previous account……9
How Ellen Johnson Sirleaf was forced into winning the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize with
colonial master’s assistance, just to promote this imperially-imposed conscious stupidity
and sincere ignorance through the 2011 polls……………………………………………….10
How the colonial master’s deep interest in Liberia’s natural oil also played huge role in
further promoting this colony’s conscious stupidity and sincere ignorance through the
2011 polls………………………………………....................................................................10
Some of how Liberia proved her very negatively strange nature during the 2014
so-called Special Senatorial elections……………………………………………………….11
How Liberia proved to be a colony that has probably given up on itself now, by the
leading argument that dominated its imperialist 2017 polls ………………………………..13
Liberia proves again that she doesn’t have any more peaceful civic options for societal
change other than elections, as she ignores all the writings on the wall and goes to the
polls in another so-called Special Senatorial Elections in 2020, even though the colony’s
condition continues to go from bad to bloodily worse in these modern days of artificial
intelligence …………………………………………………………………………………14
A succinct, but very strong warning from other groups of citizens (both from home and
from abroad) about the dangerous consequences that lie immediately ahead if this
colony keeps proving itself so stupid like this, against God’s standards for group
existence…………………………………………………………………………………….15
Special Notes about the TWO BIG and key things, or democratic essentials, that Liberia,
with implicit colonial master instruction, continues to kill, while building her part of
imperial democracy that only eats, sleeps and breathes ELECTIONS ……………………16
The First of the Two Special Notes: How Liberia consciously kills general, quality
education in building her part of democracy……………………………………………….16
How the essence of these very regularly held Liberian elections – to the neglect of
whether their outcomes are improving the lives of the people or not, or whether blood
is wasting while they are being held or not, like during a raging epidemic, or pandemic
etc., is the tremendous benefits that they (meaning Liberian elections) do offer the
colonial master, Uncle Sam, and her surrogates, the Americo-Liberians, the owner of
the Government of Liberia………………………………………………………………….19
How the American Government does support these bloodily fake colonial Liberian
elections and their NASTY results to the core, including even condescendingly getting
herself officially, practically mixed up with these electoral processes herself……………..20
America’s approval of the 1985 mockery that was made out of democracy in the name of
elections, and her involvement, from start to end, with the 2017 elections, as just two, in
the ocean of proofs, about this superpower’s complete involvement with all of the mess
going on this colony………………………………………………………………………..20
Some proofs that one must be an American Citizen explicitly, or an American person of
their Special interest, before ever winning the Liberian presidency, and never essentially
because citizens really want you (remember the Devil is very, very tricky: it sees
convincing possibilities before tapping into them)…………………………………………25
How those even at the top of Liberia’s electoral board, or those announcing the results
of these bloody colonial polls, must be Americans, one way or the other………………….25
Strong warnings from very authoritative Americans that an American-imported and
sustained democracy should never be depended upon for sustained progress by any serious
group of people on this Planet……………………………………………………………………26

EXCERPT/ARTICLE #19 OF 35
This is the 19th Subject Matter, or Theme among the 35 different topical issues that we have
brought to you during this PTR’s 2020/2021 Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign. Please get
any other one that you are interested in, or all the rest, very importantly, either from your
friends, or from the street corners, if possible, or better still, simply from the Internet at
either https://is.gd/rawoma or https://is.gd/wigica.
Special Notes: (a) Please take the reading of these items very seriously as God needs
everybody’s attention and input now to either change this only country of ours’ (meaning
“Liberia’s) situation around for the better once and for all, or sadly, to deal it a big blow of
punishment for stubbornly refusing to change in 200 years. Remember that although Liberia was
physically established in 1822, according to very credible sources, the act to create this US
Colony in Africa was nevertheless passed by the American Congress on March 3, 1819, and it
still maintains this ‘US colony’ status in practice today, in 2021. (b) We are encouraging every
petit trader, article publisher, street vendor, and all business people for that matter to please
access these items from us free of charge (although maintaining their originality and integrity),
and then produce and reproduce copies to deal them out to the public at very affordable prices, as
part of this great sensitization campaign for final, positive change in our country by God’s grace.
To re-stress or re-emphasize the very critical need for every member of this society to adopt some
honest appetite and culture for reading, especially for reading every bit of information or item, as
possible, that talks about their country, this only precious home of ours, so that, together, we all can
now change this country’s highly embarrassing situation around for the better by the grace of God,
before we unfortunately lose it to the Devil totally, God forbid, let’s encourage you with these 3
quotes, 3 of our most prominent quotes on reading for that matter, as follows: (1) There are crimes
worse than burning books [or articles, papers, leaflets etc.], and one of such horrible crimes is your
refusal to read them. – Joseph Brodsky (2) Read, Read, and Read!!! Read everything – thrash,
classics, good and bad, and see how they do it. Just like a carpenter who works as an apprentice and
studies the master, Read! You will absorb it. Then write. If it is good, you will find out. If it is not
good, then throw it out of the window. – William Faulkner (3) If you would tell me the heart of a
man, tell me not what he reads, but [rather] what he rereads. – Francois Muriac
WE STRESS: If everyone fights to read, especially to read the deep things pertaining to our country
right now; and together, we create this new, civilized and lifesaving culture and tradition of reading,
thus pushing this great tradition onto future generations beginning now etc., we could be surprise to
see a brand new, and productive society coming into being immediately during this very lifetime of
ours, and before our own eyes. But if you refuse, thinking that our time is too important to read
things about our own country, or that we are too busy with our jobs, or our business etc., and as such,
we care less about reading what’s happening around us, and to our society etc. and etc., we may be
surprise as well, that during this very lifetime of ours again, and right before our own eyes again, war
could break out in this country, and that cherished job or business that is too important to us today,
including our very lives – God forbid – could be shattered; and in this way, we are going to be
responsible. The blood of our people will be on our hands and heads. A hint to the wise should be
quite sufficient!!!!
Thank you very much for getting properly informed, and joining us to make “Liberia’s 201st anniversary
a year of great change on Planet Earth!!!! **Note: The numbers on the cover page are exclusively for our

KEY BEGINNING NOTE: (Same Across All 35 Revolutionary Excerpts Released During This
2020/2021 Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign, Apart from Excerpt #1, and featured at the
beginning of each first page, or on the entire first page of each article; meaning, if you read it with
understanding for a given excerpt or article, then needless to continue reading it for subsequent
excerpts. You may just go straight into the main issues for the rest of the 33 excerpts or articles.
This note reads):To get a good idea of what this big and strange civic campaign is all geared towards
achieving at the end of the day, including its importance, plus why we are presenting things so strangely for
this environment as you see us doing, please first refer to our article, with title abbreviated or paraphrased here
as, “ What Really Does Our Revolution Immediately Want For Country, And How We Intend To Achieve
It”, posted at https://is.gd/hugoku; and to also have an idea of the leading convictions and philosophies that
drive this whole Revolutionary enterprise of ours, please as well, refer to our article ‘abbreviatedly’ entitled
here as, “The 21 leading convictions and philosophies of Our Revolution”, posted too at
https://is.gd/nugaha. But if you are already aware that the overriding goal of this civic campaign is to
‘undo’ and ‘redo’ ‘Liberia’, then you may please just go ahead and read this article before coming back to
the first two recommended above, which will enhance your insight into the issues; with the first being very
crucial for gaining better understanding of how we intend to accomplish this great civic job of re-
foundationing our country (“Liberia”), God willing. Note further that the names and web links of all of the
individual articles accompanying these first two above, and thus forming part of this “2020/2021 Citizens’
Enlightenment” campaign of our Revolution, including this very article, are listed and categorized in a
separate 7-page release that we have decided to publish independently at https://is.gd/lowoza or
https://is.gd/elumem, depending on preferred file type. We will additionally try to produce independent hard
copies of this pretty key, 7-page “Revolutionary menu” for street circulation by God’s grace. For those who
want to investigate further, apart from our Facebook Page and web address provided on the cover page above,
you may politely go to https://is.gd/ilodil to access a single file with the list, abstracts, and links of all of the
articles that we have managed to do within these 7 years of our investigation thus far, ranging from full-
fledged pamphlets to audio recordings, and amateur videos. Remember that we are a white-collar
Revolution of IDEAS, and not of guns, a Revolution that is demanding some radical National Dialogue etc.,
reasons for which all of the issues needed for such dialogue MUST be provided, or largely provided by us,
God willing, even if such intellectually-intensive National Conference, as we are demanding – and not
appealing for – will have to last for 6 uninterruptible months by the grace of God, since you will bear us
witness that the burden of proof always lies with the accuser or claim maker. And we are the claim maker
here, saying in short that: “largely EVERYTHING about Liberia is ABSOLUTELY WRONG, BLOODY,
and very UNSUSTAINABLE, for which we now demand this compulsory national Get Together to forthwith
sit around the table, and set things right for ourselves once and for all, by the grace of God, before ever re-
taking off, although now, on a better and sustainable footing as a people. And finally, please note importantly
here that our main articles do have full ‘pre’ and ‘post’ items – including acknowledgements,
bibliographies/references etc. – but for revolutionary purposes here, mainly to politely push you into
completely reading each of these excerpts/articles without picking and choosing issues for now, we have
decided to omit some of these ‘pre’ and ‘post’ items. Additionally, for the cumbersome nature of compiling
these massive amounts of information, and the very difficult working and other environmental constraints
that have been faced, and continue to be faced by our team, based on the kind of handicapped society in which
we find ourselves, not to mention the natural human aspect, you may experience some errors here and there,
including some probable disconnects, as you read on, especially as these articles are excerpts, randomly
collected from much bigger works. Never mind, please. For we will keep reading these epic articles, and
where faults of any kinds are found within them, we will keep bringing them down, correcting such faults, and
reposting them by God’s grace, as we are systematically committed to care, official correction of faults,
continuous improvements, and ultimate excellence. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks as well for
developing interest in this lifesaving civic agenda. Welcome onboard the reading of this particular article.

F
irst of all, an election is a formal group decision-making process by which a population
chooses an individual to hold public office. Or, according to the Merriam Webster
Dictionary, an election is the act or process of choosing someone for a public office by
voting. In our study of the concept of Democracy in one of our articles, we said that a genuine
democracy is built upon roughly 8 foundational pillars, according to one source, and among
these 8 is one called Citizens’ Participation, a role or aspect of democracy which demands that
ALL CITIZENS be well-informed about what’s happening within their communities and society
in order to exercise this very vital component of democracy – again, Citizens’ Participation. It is
very critical notwithstanding, to clarify here that Citizens’ Participation is NEVER limited to
their voting in elections alone, but that it is also inclusive of such key civic activities as:
appropriately expressing their opinions on national issues, or debating national issues (if you
may), attending community meetings, staging protests on any key national issues of concern, and
getting involved with private, voluntary organizations etc. According to Wikipedia, elections
were used as early in history as during the days of ancient Greece and ancient Rome, and
throughout the Medieval period, to select rulers such as the Holy Roman Emperor (i.e.
through imperial elections) and the pope (i.e. through papal elections). The modern "election",
which consists of public elections of government officials, didn't emerge or take root until the
beginning of the 17th century (meaning during the 1600s) when the idea of representative
government took hold in North America and Europe.

Regarding the theme of this ‘excerpt’ or article, which has to do with encouraging our people to
HALT or PAUSE elections for now, and let’s sit around the table as a people and reassess our
current theories and ways of handling the ever-growing challenges of group life, including our
claim to the very democracy which elections are a part of etc.; then together, around this same
table, setting up some new and better working systems before coming back to reintroduce
elections for choosing people to now man our newly set systems, or our now readjusted systems
etc. and etc., our Revolution, after long years of painstaking research, has sadly discovered that
colonial Liberia has been blatantly ignoring, with the heavy backing of colonial master, America,
the numerous other important pieces that make up a true democracy, including: (a) first,
Legitimacy (which has to do largely with the moral rightness, or the moral and spiritual
justifications of the founding and sustaining theories, symbols, and emblems of this country), (b)
the compulsory and honest education of our people, to develop their intellect and sense of
reasoning and direction, so as to equip them adequately for full participation into a democracy;
(c) the systematic economic empowerment of our people; (d) the securing of the dignity and
worth of our people through a sustainable dispensation of justice to each etc. and etc.

The massive collective reassessment and honest reevaluation of these different other important
components of democracy has become so necessarily urgent for us now because what fake
Liberia, with its fake independence and democracy (as now thoroughly proven by our Revolution
through God’s grace) has instead been doing with her part of claimed democracy, and is dead set
to continue with etc., is to heavily concentrate only on this small piece or component of
democracy, “Elections”, to bloodily use it as a means of somewhat legitimizing herself and her
many falsehoods perpetually, both to the systematically blindfolded people of this country, and to
3

the international world. For this act is very devilish, and we now vehemently decree a big HALT
to it, never meaning that we hate elections, or that we don’t believe in its powers, NO, but
because we want it to now be exercised in a better, cleaner, and fairer way than it is currently
been exercised under Liberia.

It's too sad to repeat here that the shrewd colonial criminals running our small resource-rich West
African territory continue to put us under the impression that democracy is tied only to going to
the polls to vote, and that’s it!!! In fact, they refer to voting as our first and most important
right within a democracy, when authorities like the United Nations and others keep suggesting
to us authoritatively that our first right is the right to solid, quality education. We like to
reemphasize to you that Democracy means a whole lot other than a mere going to the polls to
vote. In fact, there are many acclaimed non-multi-party democratic countries that go to the polls
to elect their leaders, or some of their leaders very regularly. China for example, is understood
not to be a multiparty democracy; known as a communist one-party state; others even refer to it
as an autocratic, totalitarian one-party communist state etc., but people regularly go the polls in a
very nicely collegial fashion to elect their leaders in China. Elections in China are based on a
hierarchical electoral system, whereby their Local People's Congresses are directly elected, and
all higher levels of People's Congresses up to the National People's Congress (NPC), which is
the national legislature, are indirectly elected by the People's Congress of the level
immediately below. Governors, mayors, and heads of counties, districts, townships and towns
are in turn elected by their respective Local People's Congresses. Presidents of People's Courts
and chief procurators of people's procuratorates are elected by their respective Local People's
Congresses above the county level. The President and the State Council are elected by the
National People's Congress, which is made of 2,980 people etc. Elsewhere, Iran is not an
avowed democracy, it is instead a theocracy, but it holds regular elections for its leaders. Even in
some openly-declared non-multiparty-democracies, it is illegal to abstain from voting. You could
suffer punishment from the authorities, or sometimes you could find yourself behind bars for not
voting, according to credible sources. Even in some royal dictatorships, elections also do take
place very regularly and collegially etc. and etc.
For us, it makes no sense to keep trying with this Liberian theory over and over, and in vain,
when everyone knows by now that this civic theory has got its arguments all wrong from the very
beginning, and that Liberia keeps going like a lost ball in high weeds among the comity of
nations, since 1822, but it continues to use elections to sustain this mess, and sadly enrich a
colonial few. For it is NO more a secret that this theoretical Liberia and everything attached to it,
that keeps supporting and sustaining it, including both its compulsory elections, which must
sometimes be held even when an epidemic or a pandemic is raging and wasting the blood of the
very voters in the eye of the world, and its relationship with America, which keeps 99.9% of our
people garbage picking for survival, while a 0.5% and their American-supported masters
(meaning the big Government of Liberia people) enjoy the spoils etc. and etc., must now come
to a close through some massive dialogue that we are now demanding in place of elections.
4

For the past 199 years of this funny colony’s existence, some of the Nastiest records of human
actions, reasoning, and results are being harvested repeatedly on the overall, for this name,
Liberia. We believe that God’s anger can be provoked when a people keep allowing one
thing, or one aspect of their lives, to keep exposing them to disgrace, and even wasting their
blood, while they continuously cherish it, or continuously approach it the same way over
and over. In this regard, and with respect to one of these two big legs holding cursed Liberia,
and keeping it moving, which is, continuous, stubborn elections, without first fixing the
foundation of our country and setting up genuine systems etc., the following 10 bloody accounts
or narratives are some of the deadly records, which are about to repeat themselves if we go to
the polls again under this same national arrangement, since, with America’s support, this place
has sadly refused in almost 200 years now to find another constructive civic alternative for
placing itself on the right trajectory in life, other than continuous, fake elections.

Here we go:
1) Let’s begin by saying that when the country got its Mickey-Mouse independence in 1847,
which we are now bent upon undoing by the grace of God, they conducted their first post-
independence elections, just a few days later, September 27, 1847. Afterwards, Liberians
went to the polls to vote every 2 years; then in the early 1900s, it changed to every 4 years;
then in 1975, the politicians changed it to every 8 years; then in the 1980s, it changed again to
every 6 years; today, they are again thinking about changing it to every 5 years etc. and etc.,
yet and still, this fake Liberia, since 1822, has gone nowhere closer to the meaning of a true,
liberal democracy, or just any form of elementary democracy for that matter. For a bloody
example, when Liberia used to hold elections every two years, she made sure that money was
always available for these criminal biannual events, whether there were contenders or not,
but could keep the country’s only University’s doors closed for up to 5 round years for
professed lack of money (A Short History of the First Liberian Republic). Because of the
prime importance that we attach to the mental preparation of citizens through sound, all-
inclusive education as the foundation for a democracy, we are going to bring some
comments about this Point# 1 (specifically on education, and the colonially conscious and
official lack of support for education in Liberia, as briefly talked about above) upon the
completion of Point #10 during the latter part of this engagement. So let’s continue listing
those many nightmarish stories surrounding elections in Liberia with #2 next.

2) In the 1927 Americo-Liberian elections, there were about 15,000 registered voters, but the
Elections Commission announced that incumbent President Charles D. B. King won his
archrival Thomas J. R. Faulker at the STUPIDLY CRIMINAL margin of 235,000 votes to
8,922, and this election went down into the Guinness Book of Records’ 1995 version, page
432, as the Most Corrupt Election ever held on the Planet. (“)

3) In their 1951 elections, Tubman’s most outstanding rival, Mr. Dihdwo Twe, after having
been flogged and dragged repeatedly in 1822 Monrovia’s nasty streets, was reported by the
Elections Commission to have lost to incumbent President Tubman, who the Commission
5

said won these polls with over 200,000 votes, when Mr. Twe, the main contender’s name, was
omitted from the ballot paper (“)
4) For the election of 1955, the main opponent to incumbent President Tubman was Samuel D.
Coleman. During that very year of the election, an allegation came up against Opposition
leader Coleman, and when the country, and the world woke up on the morning of June 27,
1955, the only news in the air was that Samuel and his son, John’s bodies were being dragged
into the ever-filthy streets of 199-year-old Monrovia (“). Another leading contender in these
upcoming polls, or simply polls, revered Edwin James Barclay, also died (reportedly
mysteriously) during that same year of the elections, 1955

5) There’s no much record again about elections being held between this 1955 and 1985,
especially as America’s wonderboy William Vanarat Shardrack Tubman was very active in
between there, and he was reported to have amended the already nasty constitution, to remain
President for life, with America’s support, as usual. But for the 1985 elections, Tolbert’s
killer, another America’s wonderboy for some time, and military junta leader, Samuel Doe
played even broad day ass out of the democracy, when, after having being advised by the
international community to step aside, and allow a short-term civilian interim body (i.e. the
Interim National Assembly), to organize an election body, and work with that body to run
these elections, which Doe himself could be a contender in etc. and etc., Mr. Doe mockingly
remained in his military uniform and position, and told the world that he had changed to a
civilian man, and as such, became head of the INA along with all of his fellow coup plotters
or junta members, as they set up their own commission that ran the elections of 1985, which
they themselves (meaning, Doe and all his bloody colleagues) won in the end. In addition,
according to very credible sources including Dr. Edward Brooks Marmon’s narrations of
Liberian History, it was known all around the world that Doe took power in 1980 at the age of
28, or just a few months left to his 29th birth anniversary. A few years into Doe’s
presidency, when Dr. Sawyer and others wrote the new constitution under the reign of blood
and cruelty, age limit for qualifying for contesting the Liberian presidency was set at 35,
which remains so today. But because elections in Liberia are a big scam and mess, with the
Liberian system itself being a big, bloody mess as well, around 1984, while trying to register
to take part in the elections, after Doe had officially celebrated his birth anniversary on a
couple of occasions in line with this publicly pronounced 1980’s age of 28, and was known
by then, meaning by 1984, to be 33 years of age, he ordered his health authorities and his
elections commission to change all of his birth information and place in their papers, 35 years
as his new age, while he was truly 33 by then, and all this happened bloodily unchallenged in
a so-called Black American ‘civilized’ country – OH what a NASTY MOCKERY OUT OF
LIFE, JUST FOR TAKING PART IN LIBERIAN ELECTIONS, as it has always been the
case, and will always remain the case until we break the NASTY theory of Liberia down and
build something better from scratch by the grace of God.

These are some of the meanings of Liberia, or the meanings of being a Liberian, and this is
without prejudice to many good citizens who don’t know the details of these kinds of NASTY
narratives yet about their country. *** Note: we have two important notes or commentaries to
6

present at the end of this lineup, or at the close of this list, and issues surrounding the
colonialist bloody nature of this 1985 election will be one of the two to be highlighted, in
addition to what we promised earlier about lack of respect for education in Liberia’s part of
democracy.

6) As a result of the broad-day‘Ass’ that was made out of democracy in 1985, (please excuse us
for this expression if you feel somehow, but know that the blood of millions of our citizens
are at stake here, which means more to us etc.), a 14 year fratricidal bloodbath broke out in
1989 that took away the lives of roughly over a million people, whose collective fate, as was
being determined by the TRC process, was sadly dumped into the dustbin again by America’s
most outstanding colonial surrogate, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and her government, with
America’s implicit colonialist backing, not to mention other damages and sufferings that
resulted from this war. But just in between time, some elections were held in 1997 based on
the cessation of hostilities at the time. In that election, the cursed demonym, “Liberian”
(without prejudice to our many good, but forever blindfolded people again), made strange
history once more, when people calling themselves “Liberians” chanted “You kill my ma, you
kill my pa, I will vote for you”, and overwhelmingly voted the acclaimed murderer referred to
in this cursed song or slogan, Charles Taylor, to power

7) Then came 2005, when, before a very huge international presence, the first of its kind in this
country’s history, little sanctity was added to this beautiful democratic exercise – election –
that has now been cursed so badly by Liberia since 1822. But even at that, a partner-in-crime
to the 1997 election victor, a key founder of most of the warring factions in Liberia’s latest 14
year-civil crises, and a murderer equally too, was elected after some painstaking effort to
suspend certain parts of the already bullied, but criminal constitution of Liberia, to make this
happen. In the midst of all this effort, the winner (i.e. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf) is on record for
boastfully telling the world that her victory was also possible because many aged citizens,
or parent voters in the country, had to seize their opposing subjects’ or children’s
voters’ card, in order to reduce the opposition’s score. This goes without mentioning what
happened in the vote counting hall itself.

8) Then came the 2011 elections, in which one of the two key contenders is now on record for
claiming that many American Government Officials phoned him to back off from the race
because they favored the incumbent, the 2005 victor, for which he had to back off, and give
that lone contender an easy ride (Public Agenda Newspaper, May 22, 2017)

This is not to mention the two very bloody maneuvers, as usual, in Liberia’s colonial affairs,
which had gone on earlier, on behalf of America’s criminal agent, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, just
as they did before on behalf of their criminal wonderboy, Tubman, for which, for his part, he
was rewarded with the corrupt, imperial Liberian presidency for life. For Ellen, for instance,
because eyes are now a bit open during this 21st century, she and her colonial master had to
shamefully entangle themselves with all sorts of messy maneuvers to firstly qualify her to
take part in the polls, during which time some of their rather hidden, criminal schemes, even
though very exposed ones for those who have eyes to see, did finally sail her through.
7

So to begin with, just for Ellen to qualify for this corrupt Liberian presidency after the UN-
backed Truth & Reconciliation Commission had convicted her, and barred her from public
office for 30 years, according to Section 14.2 of the TRC Report (page 360), entitled
“Lustrations and Debarment from Public Office”, and Section 14.3, “List of Persons Subject
To, or Recommended for Public Sanctions” respectively, the ever-criminal Supreme Court
came back in less than 10 working days, during the very year of this fake and blood-stained
election, that is, 2011, to declare the TRC, and by extension the entire Accra CPA,
UNCONSTITUTIONAL, meaning unconstitutional with respect to Liberia’s messy,
biased, and bloody 1981-83-written constitution. In fact, because of the NASTY nature of
this story to every effort aimed at promoting civilization on this Planet, let’s narrate it here,
like in other articles, into a bit more of details.

We say thus, just as the CPA for instance, helped Liberia’s predominantly criminal actors,
calling themselves politicians, in their recent past so-called elections, to survive Article 52 (c)
of this fake constitution for their presidency, and Article 30 (b) for Legislative candidates to
ascend to state power through some Special Arrangement brokered by this Accord etc., as a
kind of Special Arrangement in another respect, the CPA provided some room for some
level of justice to begin to take root in the country by ensuring that the TRC
recommendations’ implementation be made a matter of compulsion or special
arrangement too, by the Liberian Government etc., but these same predominantly criminal
elements used their fake Supreme Court and this bogus constitution to declare the CPA by
extension, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, against the blood and wishes of the masses of this
country in 2011; when, in less than 10 working days, i.e. January 12 – 21, 2011, according
to Wikipedia and other sources, the Supreme Court came down with a definite ruling against
the TRC in favor of one Americo-Liberian man, Mr. Richlieu Williams, to cover the
remaining 48 criminals, just to give them an upper hand in some immediate, upcoming
‘criminal’ exercise called elections in Liberia as usual, which happened to be this 2011
election. The Supreme Court’s, and Richlieu’s joint argument for victory drew from Article
20 (a) of this bloody instrument which reads, “No person shall be deprived of life, liberty,
security of the person, privilege, or other rights, except [based upon] the OUTCOME OF A
HEARING JUDGMENT consistent with provisions laid down in the constitution, and IN
ACCORDANCE WITH DUE PROCESS OF LAW.” They also drew their authority from the
National Transitional Government of Liberia’s 2004/2005 pronouncement of the coming
back into full force of this lying constitution WITHOUT BEING SINCERE ENOUGH to
exempt provisions of the CPA, which made their governmental or political authority
possible in the first place. Meanwhile, issues pertaining to the authority and modus operandi
of the TRC are outlined in Part 6, Article 13 of the CPA, and based upon this authority
provided the TRC from the CPA, Article 10, Section 48 of the TRC Act or document, as
domesticated by the NTGL, explicitly instructs the President of Liberia (meaning the next
immediately ‘elected’ president of Liberia upon the ratification of the TRC Act), to
unconditionally implement all recommendations of the TRC.

And meanwhile further, TRC was established, among other things: (1) To promote national
peace, security, unity, and reconciliation in the country by investigating the gross human
8

rights abuses and other violations of humanitarian laws, including sexual violations and
economic crimes that took place here during the 25-year scope allotted to the Commission for
such investigation; (2) To determine whether abuses were isolated incidents or parts of
systematic patterns; (3) To establish the antecedents, circumstances, factors, and context of
each violation and abuse; (4) To determine those responsible for these violations, including
their motivations and motives; and (5) To determine the impacts of each of these violations
and abuses on victims etc.

As mentioned earlier on, Section 14.2 of the TRC Report (page 360), entitled “Lustrations
and Debarment from Public Office”, and Section 14.3, “List of Persons Subject To, or
Recommended for Public Sanctions” respectively call for the sanctioning of 49 proven
criminals from holding public office for 30 years, including this Richlieu Williams at #14,
the man who took the Truth Commission to the Americo-Liberian Civil Law Court of
Montserrado’s 6th Judicial Circuit, on November 30, 2010, with other prominent convicts
including Ellen Johnson Sirleaf at #11, the eventual and targeted winner of these fake 2011
Americo-Liberian electoral contests.

After less than 8 working days of deliberation on the TRC because the lower court had earlier
relinquished jurisdiction over the matter rightfully, Liberian Chief Justice Johnny Lewis
renders his judgement as follows, again, just to make Ellen qualify to stand: “Wherefore,
and in view of the foregoing, it is the considered opinion of this court that the portion of
Section 48 of the TRC Act directing mandatorily, that the President implements all of
the recommendations of the TRC is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and of NO legal effect, and
therefore unenforceable, and is hereby so declared.” He continued, “Accordingly, the Act of
the TRC adjudging the petitioner guilty of certain criminal offenses and imposing a 30-
year ban on him from holding any public office, elected or appointed, without according
him, the petitioner, and ALL OTHER PERSONS [including very importantly Ellen] named
in the TRC report, and subject to the ban, relying on Section 48 of the TRC Act as the basis
for the decision, is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and of no legally enforceable effect. The
petition is hereby granted!!!!”

In the heavily US Government-backed Americo-Liberian style ‘appreciation’ of the

international community, especially the United Nations, which was also fully represented on
the TRC panel, and fully part of the process, through even the provision of massive funding,
Justice Lewis declared, “This court is not UNMINDFUL of the sensitivity of the undertakings
of the TRC, and the process that was involved in those undertakings….[etc.]. That makes it
even more important that the TRC process adheres to every constitutional provision and
mandate, especially in ensuring that all rights, including the rights of even those WE
BELIEVE to have committed offenses, are scrupulously guided and protected.” etc. Note
quickly here, Justice Lewis’ bloodily dishonest use of the clause “those who we BELIEVE”,
and not “those who were accorded 3 years and 4 months” by the TRC’s own due process to
exonerate themselves against the criminal claims made against them, but failed, based
upon the overwhelming pieces of evidence provided by witnesses and themselves, against
themselves etc. This is how NASTILY the issue of elections in Liberia can make people go
9

out of their minds like we told you about Doe changing his age in a kangaroo or 5-G style
from 33 to 35 just to stand in the 1985 elections that he himself was conducting through his
INA and his subsequent SECOM, which he then STUPIDLY OBVIOUSLY turned out to win,
himself.

Having provided that short, strategic note, another key provision of the TRC report killed
instantly by this criminal January 21, 2011 crazy verdict of the Supreme Court of Liberia
was the provision that instructed the GOL to take full responsibility of, and then to
systematically disburse, over a period of 30 years, the sum of $500 million as reparations
to all those individuals and communities that were badly victimized by the Liberian
Uncivil War etc. and etc.

Note: Relative to this systematically ethnocentric treatment of the Native Population of this
country by the Americo-Liberians with their colonial master’s assistance and consent, as we
regularly state that it takes two to tangle etc., some of the puzzles worth identifying, or
discerning from the handling of this CPA-born TRC process, including their very iniquitous
and egregious final Supreme Court verdict rendered against it, as mentioned above, are
among others, the following: (a) will anyone ever be wrong to reason that: just for the
purpose of protecting these criminals, because they had just implemented this brutal 14-year
‘uncivil’ war to largely serve Americo-Liberian and US Government interests, as always the
case has been, Richlieu Williams (as Liberian politician Benoni Urey insinuated in early
2017), was smartly introduced into the TRC process, to neutralize it forever; so that in the
end, he and his 48 other partners-in-crime would go scot-free, as their privileges to hold
public office (through their now proven fake elections) would become more important, as
compared to the lives of millions of our citizens; again, largely indigenous Africans, for
which these criminals’ so-called 1986 military junta constitutional rights, in line with Article
20 (a) of such bloody instrument, were upheld over the inalienable rights to LIFE of our
hundreds of thousands, to millions of citizens that were murdered in cold blood as a result of
this STUPID purported civil war? (b) Where was their so-called 1986 Military Junta
Constitution when thousands of our poor, helpless people were being savagely beheaded,
maimed, chopped to death, killed in cold blooded massacres in this country?” , and (c) If a
ban of 30 years from politics is so painful and unbearable to the point that they had to
constrain their Supreme Court to rule against it, then what’s about their part of ban that they
imposed through the barrels of the guns, knives and machetes, against our poor people’s
inalienable rights to life etc. and etc.?

The second aspect of this bloody maneuver to have Ellen, America’s proven trained criminal,
to execute their colonial schemes and missions in Liberia particularly, and in Africa at large,
as she demonstrated some time ago in her handling of the Yahya Jammeh’s issue in
Gambia, while serving as Chair of the Regional body, ECOWAS etc., was how American
Oil giant Chevron helped – one way or the other – in seeing to it that this bloody-handed
woman won the prestigious Nobel Peace prize, just less than 5 days away from the 2011
elections, only to give her more colonially criminal edge over the other contenders. A good
premise to lay for how Ellen was dishing out all of the country’s precious oil wealth, like all
10

of its other precious natural and even human resources to her colonial American interests in
return for remaining in power to continue executing this 2-century-old American colonialism
in Liberia, including deciding for them who succeeds her to continue this trend or legacy, like
she did in favor of the current administration smartly etc., can be drawn from this brief
newspaper story presented later, after the 2011 damage had already been done: That is, in a
National Chronicle April 2012 story entitled, “After Thoroughly Researching the Petroleum
Laws, Oil Contracts, a Vehicle to Enrich a Privileged Few”, the Legislature itself, made the
following two comments, among others, confirming the criminality of Madam Sirleaf, while
also implicating themselves (the Legislators):

 “….According to the Legislators’ observations, the process of deriving a national decision

on the awarding of oil blocks through a well-designed and manipulated international
competitive bidding, serving as a mechanism to channel a national decision is counter-
productive and serves as a vehicle to defraud the country and enrich a privileged few
at the expense of the rest of the country.”

 The lawmakers further said, “The action of the President and her son to pervert the
PPCC Laws (Public Procurement and Concessions Commission) and award Oil Block
13 to their American interest….. will definitely undermine the budget process…..”

Additionally, and in connection to this development, according to a US Diplomatic cable of

April 26, 2010, President Sirleaf, in the Liberian Oil Blocks 11, 12 and 14 combined deal,
did vow that she will ensure that this Chevron’s oil concession contract is ratified by the
Legislature, despite all of the numerous faults and flaws that were discovered in the
documents, and surrounding even the processes leading to making the documents, and this
ratification happened with 5G speed (ProPublica, February 2012; National Chronicle, April
26, 2012 etc.)

ProPublica and the National Chronicle again reported that after Ellen had violated every
business best practice and criminally awarded Liberia’s Oil Blocks 11, 12 and 14 to
Chevron, Mr. John Watson, head of Chevron’s Africa and Middle East Division,
immediately came down to Liberia to visit the President, apparently to congratulate her for
the job well done, and for them to share joint business success joy and experiences. This was
now during the summer of the very election year, 2011. The publications continued: Four
months after hosting Mr. Watson, warlord and blood-stained Ellen Johnson Sirleaf won for
herself the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize on October 7, 2011, just 3 days away from
Americo-Liberia’s upcoming 2011 polls, a colonially criminal exercise, as usual, which saw
this evil woman winning Liberia’s so-called presidency for a second, illegitimate term etc.

9) In 2014, while American capitalism-engineered Ebola was killing people in the streets and
corners of Monrovia, and even all across the country in their multiple hundreds by the day, as
the government pled with the UN, other humanitarian organizations, and friendly countries
etc., for everything needed to fight Ebola, from hospital equipment to drugs, to workers’
stipends and salaries, to sanitizers and rubber gloves for active health workers etc., the ever-
evil Liberian Government was able to quickly raise US$15 million within the very middle of
11

the crisis to conduct Special Political Elections for 15 senators, and strangely, one of the
aspirants in these elections, Mr. Robert Sirleaf, son of the sitting president, after having
threatened citizens “to extract their intestines from their stomach, and to make them bleed
just like the Ebola virus”, to the cheers and applause of supporters, against another segment
of citizens that had held placards opposing him, according to Voice FM, the same citizens
against whom these remarks were being made, while struggling to survive Ebola, still cued up
on Elections day in December 2014 to vote their candidates including this same Rob.

Former Internal Affairs Minister, former Senator of Grand Kru County, and now current
Liberian Ambassador to Japan Mr. Blamo Nelson, recounting this NASTY and sorrowful
experience during a Costa Show appearance said the following, among many. He said: “In a
special stakeholders’ meeting that brought together Liberian Government officials and their
international partners aimed at deciding the fate, or possibility of conducting the country’s so-
called 2014 Special Senatorial Elections in the midst of a raging epidemic, Ebola, the two
major international groups at those talks had these pieces of advice for Liberia – pieces of
advice implicitly calling on the country’s politicians and state actors to prioritize their
citizens’ wellbeing over [STUPID] politics, as follows: (a) The US Centers for Disease
Control Representatives said in short, “If you, Liberians feel that elections are too imperative
for now, then please ensure 3 things are done properly during elections day as follows: (1) all
voters MUST stand 3 feet apart during the polls; (2) No mass movement should be allowed,
and (3) No sick person should be allowed to stand on line!!! (b) Then next, the World Health
Organization’s Representatives for their part said in short, “[Liberians, or Liberian
Authorities], the health of your people should be prioritized over political elections,
PERIOD.” Mr. Nelson narrated that after these two short warnings, off the two groups left
the meeting. He continued, “Shockingly, after all these intelligent and diplomatic warnings
from the very people who were fighting the Virus with their resources and expertise, the
[CRIMINAL] Government of Liberia insisted that the elections will go ahead in that very
December when the country was still counting dead bodies of citizens being lost to this major
epidemic….” He still continued, [Disgracefully, surprisingly, a MISCHIEVOUS] GOL that
could not afford rubber gloves for health workers, including basic drugs for health centers,
much less affording one ambulance for transporting sick people to the country’s already dead
health centers etc., immediately bought over six(6) brand new four-wheel drive, double-cabin
pickups for the National Elections Commission, and disbursed the [initial tranche] of US$6
million to begin the process of electing 15 new Senators. [At the end of the process, Finance
Minister Amara Konneh announced that without any outside assistance, the GOL had used
US$15 million to conduct their so-called Special Senatorial Elections in December 2014].
Meanwhile this is a government that credits even $2 million to carry out citizens-based
development projects. – (Costa Show, Voice FM, November 14, 2015)
In the midst of all these however, we like to inform you about how this very Liberia has been
shamefully shying away from the responsibility of working on her own organic law, her
constitution, for more than 5 years now on excuse of the process being very expensive for
her comfort. This is happening from the backdrop that in addition to many warnings coming
from the 1970s to date, including those coming from the United Nations that Liberia’s
constitution is full of mess, for instance, great LIES, ETHNOCENTRISM and official
discrimination etc., thus making it a recipe for continuous chaos etc. and etc., University of
12

Liberia History Professor Dr. Elwood Dun, serving as orator of the so-called independence
anniversary of 2012 had strongly warned that something substantial must be done about
Liberia’s constitution now, and now. To that effect, the Government of Liberia set up a
Constitution Review Committee sometime around 2013, with this committee
recommending over 20 lifesaving amendments to this legal and foundational instrument for
the country later around 2014. Against the unquestionable fact that peace can only survive
in the presence of justice, and that justice too, is only as good and strong as the laws that
are on the books to use as tools in effecting law and order; including moreover, the basic
fact that the source of all laws within a republic or a country, is the Constitution etc. and
etc., Liberia has shamefully refused to revise its current flawed constitution based on the
aforementioned excuse that it couldn’t, and it still can’t afford $20 million to do this job since
it set out to do it more than 5 round years ago, as a whole government, according to several
credible sources including the Daily Observer Newspaper. Additionally meanwhile, this same
terribly cash-strapped government, apart from spending around US$17 million to conduct
those Ebola-time Special Senatorial polls in 2014; went ahead in 2017 and spent around
US$80 million to conduct another set of polls. In 2020, news reports had it that the
government and the National Elections Commission were working on a US$17 million
already approved budget to conduct another set of Special Senatorial Elections in a poor,
claimed democracy, that has now registered closed to 30 political parties, with the greatest of
possibilities looming that this number of political parties could increase to over 40 before
another set of grand polls due in less than 3 years again are held, if the people of this country
will ever be fooled again to make such catastrophic mistake of keep holding elections on this
current fake and BLOODY national foundation. And as the pending polls for 2023 in line
with the country’s current bloody constitution largely written to celebrate the barbaric killing
of productive President William R. Tolbert are to be held again, being a general and
presidential election, and not some mid-Senatorial one etc., the budget would go far beyond
US$80 million dollars, when poverty and illiteracy continue to take more devastating tolls
on the ever-growing, but short-lived population of the country, due to a now near-total lack of
funds to fight against these societal menaces. All the different amounts mentioned above, and
even more, can be spent on elections to bring people to power, who according to some
research done by Boston, Massachusetts-based Universal Human Rights International earn
more than 10 times what even Presidents and Legislators in the United States do earn,
when for typical example, the already laughable and disdainful Corona Virus stimulus
package promised by the GOL to its terribly poor and suffering citizens in the midst of such
unprecedented economic stress, as those being imposed by Corona etc., has never been
received by up to 1% of this population yet, and would never even be received by them again
etc.

10) Then second to the last for now is the recent past October to December 2017 elections,
during which, in addition to the bleeding fact that the US Embassy in Monrovia did ‘openly-
imperially’, or ‘openly colonially’ invite all of the participating aspirants to go to the Embassy
for some meeting with American officials that will be closed to the press, a meeting during
which these aspirants will have to submit their parties’ platforms and priorities to these
13

American masters, according to several credible sources etc., some of the embarrassing
narratives surrounding this confused US-Liberia colonial relationship, including some of the
many NASTY colonial maneuvers going on in this country for 200 years now etc., did play
themselves out again. After a tumultuous first round of these polls ended in some tie, two
runners up surfaced, a win to either one of which would mean further greater doom for the
country, not because the two individuals or their followers were, or are bad, but because:
apart from the harsh fact that the two were already “Yarkpawolos” whom the original
‘theoretical’ owners of Liberia consider non-owners of their country, and savages or
sub-humans, and would do ALL within their reach to undermine the emerging
government of either one of these two “Yarkpawolos”, and make it weak and inoperable
– using one formula or the other – all of which means that the already devastated
country and its badly poor citizens will continue with the hardships and poverty terribly
unabated. Apart from the possibility that this ugly phenomena will definitely show itself
out from the result of said run-off etc., the enduring fact also that change of political
administration is never the solution to the country’s problem, but rather a complete
uprooting of the old, nasty colonial foundation, and an implantation a new, better, and
independent one, as God is never mocked etc. and etc. remains the most workable
ALTERNATIVE that the country’s collective stubbornness at change continues to
dodge, for which, just a mere change of political administration will only keep
worsening the country’s situation, and exposing it to more shame, suffering, and blood
etc. also became a clear outcome of what this wonderful 2017 run-off stood to bring
again.. These two ‘country’-boy runners-ups or contenders, although America would still
have to weigh among them to choose which is more American, and through which of them,
America’s colonialism in Liberia would continue unabated and unperturbed, to make them the
run-off’s winner at the end of the day – again, either using one colonial tactic or the other –
were: (a) a leading political figure in the country whose supporters had aggressively argued
from 2005 to then, that sound education, let alone good experience, was never an
indispensable requirement for leadership, especially leadership during this Golden Age of
great knowledge and artificial intelligence, when for example, veteran educators and
authorities like Prof. John Kotter of Harvard University etc., are warning the world with
emphasis that, the more the pace or speed of change in this world accelerates, (as
demonstrated in such things as stunning innovations in science and technology etc.), the
greater the degree of sound, educated, and effective leadership, is climbing by the hours, not
even by the day; and (b) a politician, who, in addition to being second in command in the
incumbent government which he himself confessed had [‘criminally’] squandered all, or
majority of the country’s opportunities to ever rise up from its centuries of slumber etc., was
also known for the evil fact that he was petitioned for the presidency in some stage-managed
fashion; when sorrowfully, he had gone to sympathize with badly grieving families in his
home county, who were in tears as a result of massive human losses that they were mourning
from Ebola, an epidemic which his government now finds a permanent place in history for
conniving with Western Capitalist to inflict upon the ever-suffering and ill-treated people of
this country, for personal gains etc. and etc. In short, we were saying that, forcing it again to
prioritize holding elections in 2017 as the only democratic exercise expected to bring the
14

much-needed lasting, positive change that this country truly deserves, other than first thinking
out of the box, to employ another workable democratic ALTERNATIVE, howbeit radical, as
is now being vehemently demanded jointly by the ‘in-country-based’ Plain Truth
Revolution and the US-based Conciliation & Reconciliation Initiative and others today,
meant an exacerbation of the country’s problems, no matter who ever won these polls, as
today’s societal realities keep validating. One can imagine what the country’s situation would
look like within the next 2 to 3 years from now, to the holding of Americo-Liberia’s next
general elections, let alone the next 6 years again, after 2023, with this same kind of colonial
system that we have in place here, whereby for typical example, our citizens are ‘colonially’
made to elect so-called politicians and people who they, the citizens, will eventually now have
no more control over, when in fact, control over elected people is a quintessential part of any
working democracy.
11) Then finally for now, for the so-called 2020 Special Senatorial Elections, this story was
becoming even much gloomier and gloomier by the day, as for example: (A) Bernard
Benson, CKA DJ Blue, one of the aspirants in the race: complaint to the electoral body,
the National Elections Commission (NEC) about what he described as 3 grave issues that
had already damaged the credibility of these so-called polls in advance, which according to
him included: (1) the illegal and widespread trucking of people by unscrupulous politicians
from one place to another to register for voting; (2) the now proven uncontrollable fraud
within the then ongoing voters’ registration process, whereby for instance: one person could
manipulate the system and register as many times as possible at multiple locations, something
which he demonstrated a proof of, from social media, during his engagement with the press;
and (3) similar to #1, the illegal trucking into the country of foreigners, [again by criminals
calling themselves politicians, during which time these people obtained fast-tracked
citizenship] and went on to register for these elections etc. (Farbric FM News, September 16,
2020). (B) The Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) – the biggest opposition block in the
country: They for their part, had said they would do the following, among others, and they
did some, including: (a) They took the electoral body, the National Elections Commission
(NEC) to court on Friday, September 25, 2020 to file a petition for a writ of prohibition
calling for an immediate halt and cancellation of the then ongoing voters’ roll update
exercises until the issues which bordered the credibility of the elections were fully addressed,
although this just did not happen in Americo-Liberia; (b) The CPP Chair said at a press
conference on September 23, 2020 that the huge fraud (within the then VRU process) was a
clever attempt by the CDC-led government to derail the peace and [jeopardize] stability of the
country; adding that “it is evident in every decision that they have made, which brings
shame and danger to people,” referring to the CDC’s alleged determination to derail the
peace and jeopardize the stability of the country. He continued, “The CPP will conduct a
comprehensive awareness campaign across the country to inform every Liberian about the
DANGER of what the CDC-led government and its Elections Commission are doing with
these elections.” etc. (CPP takes NEC to the Supreme Court, www.smartnewsliberia.com,
September 24, 2020). (C) Blood Had Already Started Wasting Before the Polls were
Conducted: Proofs: (i) Voters trucking led to violent tensions recently in Bomi and Cape
15

Mount Counties, resulting into multiple injuries because residents believed that bringing
strangers to register in different counties is a major contributing factor to electing bad leaders
(idem). (ii) “Residents of Cape Mount are currently living in fear due to the bloodbath that
took place between supporters of opposition ANC candidate Simon Taylor and CDC
candidate Victor Watson, who is alleged to be trucking people from Sierra Leone to register
in the ongoing voters’ roll update. At least 3 persons sustained major injuries including
Journalist Omaska Jallah of the News Newspaper. The violence started 10:00 a.m.; the
police was informed, but refused to go on the scene of the incident, and they rather responded
at 9:30 p.m. after the entire town came to a standstill.” (Voters Trucking Turns Sour: 3
Sustained Severe Wounds in Elections-related Clashes in Cape Mount County, September
14, 2020, www.liberiapublicradio.com) etc.

Note: Relative to the issue of voters’ trucking alone, which is becoming a very dangerous
trend that continues to be promoted by the status quo, here are some of the different accounts,
and some of the different situations that were arising, just a tip of the iceberg here: (1)
Residents of VOA witnessed the alleged trucking of some residents by NTA buses to Bomi
County by former Speaker Alex Tyler (idem); (2) There were also reports of voters’ trucking
in Lofa County by some aspirants, getting people from both Sierra Leone and Guinea (“); (3)
Another development that others did link to this unprincipled system and its predominantly
unprincipled actors’ efforts to produce more fraudulent voters for the always corrupt ‘powers-
that-be (not because the people within this ‘power-that-be’ are necessarily bad, but because
the system itself is just squarely rotten etc.) was as follows: Montserrado County District #2
Representative Jimmy Dickson called a press conference in early October, 2020 and
narrated how multiple pieces of evidence were already in the hands of the Police about a
criminal syndicate operating at the Mashko Health Center and the Strong F.M. Facility on
the Somalia Drive that was illicitly printing the country’s official citizens’ ID Cards
massively [and apparently placing it into the hands of incoming influx of foreigners, who
would then just easily go on to register to vote] (Farbric FM, October 7, 2020)
Then finally, regarding the legality or the legitimacy of voters’ trucking, here is what the NEC
boss herself, Madam Davidetta Browne Lansanna had to say, according to the
smartnewsliberia.com’s September 24, 2020 publication mentioned earlier: (i) We wish to
reiterate that trucking is prohibited under Chapter 10.1 (a) of the New Elections Law of
Liberia, and is punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months.” She goes on
to say, “Let it be known that a person who is trucked to another area is also in violation of
Chapter 3 of the New Elections Law, which states that a person must register to vote in
the area where he or she ordinarily resides” etc. and etc.

Note: As we usually argue in most of our articles that life is largely progressive, regardless of
whichever direction one positions or places themselves, whether on a negative trajectory or a
positive one, giving such example as how Liberia’s first ‘uncivil’ war of November 1822, in
the Crown Hill Battle, did last for just half an hour, though with massive fatalities, while the
country’s last ‘uncivil’ yet of 1989 to 2003 did last for 14 closely intermittent years etc., not to
mention the fatalities, all according to very reliable historical sources etc., if the people of this
16

country turn fools to go to the polls again in blatant disregard of all that the Plain Truth
Revolution, the Conciliation & Reconciliation Initiative, the Universal Human Rights
International and other caring groups and individuals are vehemently calling for – i.e. a
well-organized and indigenously conducted Sovereign Citizens Convention etc., the MESS
that would be produced by any so-called political elections in 2023 over this rotten national
foundation, including the consequences that will be attached to such MESS would be terribly
shocking and difficult to be told or described because our GOD is NEVER mocked, and dared,
PERIOD!!!!

To pause with this aspect of the debate, and throw a little bit of light on some of the painful
attending realities attached to Liberia’s part of elections, or her elections’ culture etc., as we
promised earlier on, let’s now close up with these two special notes (or commentaries) about two
of the biggest evils associated with Liberia’s obsession with Elections to define democracy more
than any of the other key tenets of this great civic theory; with one of the evils being a criminal
puzzle or characteristic of this collective situation, and the other being the end objective and goal
of the use of this exercise. So we say: (a) the country’s strategic decision to downplay quality
education for its citizens, while preaching democracy has become a serious mystery, while for (b)
it has now become very clear that ELECTIONS are being used by the colonial master and her
surrogates to perpetually sustain their colonialism, or put simply, to eternally sustain the colonial
status quo.
HERE THUS, ARE THESE TWO CLOSING NOTES, BEGINNING WITH LIBERIA’S
COLONIALLY STRATEGY DOWNPLAY OF THE PRIME IMPORTANCE OF
EDUCATION WITHIN HER PART OF DEMOCRACY:
In our revolutionary excerpt about how Liberia continues to fake the beautiful governance
concepts of democracy and republicanism, which is posted at https://is.gd/ahoyaf. we
emphasized the crucial importance of Citizens’ Participation as a key component of a true
working Democracy, for which the framers of this civic theory stressed massive citizens’
education as the prerequisite for implementing democracy; whereby for example, a number of
ancient Greek states such as Athens and Sparta were being categorized or branded as ‘classical
republics’ because they featured extensive participation of citizens in legislation and political
decision-making. Elsewhere, we discovered how the founding fathers of the United States did set
the composite goals of instilling quality general education and extensive civic education first into
their citizens before mentioning anything called Democracy within their body politic. Moreover,
it is said that this civic stance of the American founding fathers, aimed at strengthening the
republic, or democracy, and the society at large, is strongly backed by many authoritative sources
including, former North Carolina Governor Jim Hunt, who in his work, “Life, Education,
Next”, did argue that Education is the foundation for all that we do in life; stressing that
education shapes who we are, and what we aspire to do, or be. Then from the angle of the great
United Nations, we discovered from context clues on pages 2 and 3 of this very excerpt or
article, how Article 26, and Articles 13 & 14 respectively of the United Nations’ Universal
Declaration of Human Rights and its International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural
Rights, all emphasize Education as the first right from which it is possible to recognize all
17

other rights, as these international legal instruments place serious premiums on countries’
binding obligations, to properly educate all their citizens, largely, or absolutely free of
charge to the citizens. Still in further addition, we discovered Counts 2 and 4 respectively of the
United Nations’ Millennium Development Goals (or MDGs) and its Sustainable Development
Goals (or SDGs) implicitly demanding all states to educate each one of their citizens with some
compulsory conditions and deadlines set etc.

Despite all these very serious admonishments about the importance of quality, functional, general
and civic education to the survival and flourishing of a democracy and the society at large,
Liberia’s part of colonial democratic design which only stresses ELECTIONS,
ELECTIONS and ELECTIONS rather systematically hides quality education from the
masses, just to maintain the bloody colonial status quo. For example, according to Professor
Joseph Saye Guannue’s narrations of Liberian History, the Americo-Liberian marginalization
machinery has worked out every possible secret strategy to hide quality education from the
country’s larger population, which again, consists of over 97% ‘country’ or native, tribal people.
This narration explains with slight paraphrasing here: “It is often said that the pen, or knowledge
is mightier than the sword; meaning, what knowledge can accomplish in a short time, can be very
useful and longer lasting than what arms, cruelty, dirty tricks etc. can take decades and centuries
to falsely accomplish. Education increases an individual’s knowledge and understanding about
his environment.” The narration goes on: “Sound education enables one to think critically about
the social and economic conditions of his/her society. The Americo-Liberian elite understands
this reality very well, and that is why they have never given the necessary support to expand and
improve the quality of education nationwide (bearing in mind that if this is done, vast majority of
the beneficiaries will be the Native “Savages”). As such, because they, the Americo-Liberians,
have always been, and continue to remain in control of all of the country’s wealth and resources,
they prefer sending their children and those of a few Native loyalists abroad to obtain quality
education and return, only to sadly strengthen and continue the [colonial] political and economic
status quo.” (A Short History of The First Liberian Republic pp. 91-96).

Bizarrely, Liberia to this effect, gained her so-called independence when she never even had a
befitting or standard high school. After independence, the only high school to start operating in
the country was a private Presbyterian school that ran solo for long years, the Alexander High
School, founded or established in 1849. Government depended almost entirely on religious
bodies through their private schools to provide education for the Liberian people because
government claimed it lacked financial resources, meanwhile political elections were still being
held on schedule after every two years, whether or not there were contenders in those regular
elections that cost money, as we earlier mentioned. Please recall in Count #2 above of some of
the NASTY records behind Liberian elections, for which we want it paused now, while we try
another more viable civic ALTERNATIVE etc., talked about how the country’s only university
was closed for 5 long-years, between 1895 and 1900, for claimed lack of financial resources
while there were two general and presidential elections held during that same space of time
reportedly.
18

In a related story, when their colonial master, the American Colonization Society, advanced to
the Black American Settlers of Liberia the need for at least one higher institution of learning to
be established in the country, the Settlers’ Legislature (the same body still convening up Capitol
Hill opposite the UL today, in 2021) authorized the creation of a state-owned college in 1851,
but because education was/and continues really never to be any major concern in their country, it
took 7 round years after this enactment to have laid the first cornerstone of the Liberia College,
which would later be called the University of Liberia in 1951. This 7 year delay to start building
the school was based upon two reasons: first, and mainly because; yes, government authorized
the establishment of this one higher institution of learning, but it never had one cent to commit
to such a ‘useless’ project, and was awaiting philanthropic funding, which eventually started
coming in, 7 years later; that is, in 1858; and secondly because long political arguments were
ensuing in the background about a suitable location for this school: with one of the two
contending groups wanting it outside of colonial Monrovia to afford access to many, with the
other group bitterly opposing and rejecting this because doing so would create easy
admission/access for people from the country side or the interior, most, or all of whom
would be Natives – something which will be very counter-productive to the Black American
Settlers’ Strategic Agenda. In addition to financing from groups like the ACS, the New York
Colonization Society, the Trustees of Donations For Education in Liberia etc., colleges and
private individuals in the United States donated books and even bricks and lumbers to construct
this Liberia’s only governmental higher institution of learning to date. Classes at the Liberia
College began in 1863, 12 years after this legislation, with 7 students, and the lineup of courses
taught at the school for more than 80 years before the introduction of new courses included
Rhetoric, Moral Philosophy, Intellectual Philosophy, Political Science, Law, Greek, Latin,
Arabic and Theology. There is no historical account of anything such as Math, the Sciences, and
Business ever taught from the onset of the University and decades and even up to more than half
a century into its full-fledged operations.

Complaints of the college’s poor standards of education, coupled with government’s continuous
cries about lack of money to run the school, made the Liberia College to always run on an “off
and on” basis, sometimes closing for up to 5 consecutive years before reopening as repeatedly
mentioned above. In 36 years, 1866 to 1902, (that is, taking into the account the first year that
this school was expected to start putting out graduates, after having started formally in 1863),
the school was able to put out only 10 graduates according to www.wikipedia.org. The College
of Agriculture and Forestry was added 79 years later; Science and Technology, as a unit, was
introduced in the 1960s; Master’s in Business Administration was introduced in 2007, in the
144th year of the University’s existence, with no signs yet in sight for the introduction of
Master’s in the Sciences, much less PhD programs, or PhD programs in much serious courses.
Computers used in the University’s only substandard computer lab were provided by a private
company; and the Fendell Campus that hosts the University’s two key colleges and some of its
constituent institutions is a Chinese US$21.5 million good will gesture etc.

Up to today, according Liberia’s Ministry of Education Sources, children still sit on the bare floor
in schools, with whole regions comprising more than two counties absolutely having no Science
19

and Math teachers in their secondary schools. The most recent past President of the country,
Madam Ellen Johnson Sirleaf is on record several times for describing the country’s education
system as a Complete Mess, but she will interestingly never do any substantial thing to improve
this mess because doing so will be going against Liberia’s fundamental social design or creed, as
strategically instructed and sustained by the colonial master, Uncle Sam who ultimately enjoys
the outcome of this situation while her surrogates, the Johnsons, Moores etc. enjoy the crumbs of
the outcome, or enjoy the entire thing nominally. In the view of Professor Guannu and others like
Twan Wleh etc. however, the bottom line continues to remain that it is in the interest of the
Johnsons, McClains, Moores, Williams, and Weeks etc. to keep the system like this because in a
state where the rate of illiteracy is very high, and even the literate ones are sadly largely half-way
educated and half-baked etc., the few privileged and educated ones will continue to wield horrific
influence and power over the masses, and can easily exploit and suppress this huge ignorant
majority every time and anytime along the way perpetually; and for Liberia, one major tool
used to propagate and perpetuate this, is continuously unchallenged and fake colonial
elections. But to close on this point, let’s leave the colonial advocates of these kinds of elections
with a quote from President John F. Kennedy, slightly paraphrased here too, which says, “In a
society in which a few persons decide to hijack wealth and education, to the exclusion of the
vast majority, there can never be peace!!!!” A hint to wise is quite sufficient here.

The next bloody feature of these very regularly held Liberian elections – to the neglect of
whether their outcomes are improving the lives of the people or not, or whether blood is wasting
while they are being held or not, like during a raging epidemic, or pandemic etc., is the
tremendous benefits that they (meaning Liberian elections) do offer the colonial master,
Uncle Sam, and her surrogates, the Americo-Liberians, the owner of the Government of
Liberia. In short here, Continuous Elections are what sustain the American colonial status
quo here, and benefit their colonial contractor, the Government of Liberia, Period!!! As
such, the colonial master has very serious interest in them and their outcomes, as: this is what
sustains their colonialism, and so-called legitimizes their colonial contractors, called the
Government of Liberia, along with the entire rotten colonial arrangement existing here since
1822 called the Liberian statehood – again, all this is without prejudice to our many good people
who have now been trapped into this very deadly quagmire, with some of them, very, very
unconscious about what’s going on. Accordingly, so as not to undermine the intent of this effort,
which is to provide you some excerpts, and not to bore you with much details, as the base articles
of these excerpts already contain tens, to hundreds of pages, if possible etc., let’s touch on
America’s embarrassing colonial involvements with Liberian elections, or with all the processes
of choosing presidents and all key government officials, especially at the top of the ladder in
Liberia – one way or the other – with this narration focusing only on events between 1985 and
now, in some kind of summary.

As we mentioned on pages 5 and 6 above, it was glaringly as a result of the ‘Ass’ or ‘Donkey’
that was made out of democracy and elections in 1985, (again, please excuse us for any ill-
feeling here for the use of this 3-letter word), that a 14 year fratricidal bloodbath finally broke
out in 1989 which took away the lives of over a million of our people, victims whose fate, in
terms of collective justice for them, as was being determined by the TRC process, again, was
20

sadly dumped into the dustbin by Ellen and her government, with implicit American backing, not
to mention the other damages and sufferings that were sustained, and continue to be endured to
this date as a result.

During this 1985 election, Tolbert’s killer, another of America’s ‘wonderboy’ for some time,
and military junta leader, Samuel Doe played this claimed broad day donkey out of the
process, when, after having being advised by the international community to step aside, and
allow a short-term civilian interim body (i.e. the Interim National Assembly), to organize an
election body, and work with that body to run these elections, which Doe himself could be a
contender in etc., Mr. Doe mockingly remained in his military uniform and position, and told the
world that he had changed to a civilian man, and as such, became head of the INA along with all
of his fellow coup plotters or junta members, as they set up their own commission that ran the
elections of 1985, which they themselves (meaning, Doe and his bloody colleagues) won in the
end. To narrate this Samuel Doe story from Wikipedia and other credible sources in a way that
confirms America’s approval of all that he did – meaning all this ‘donkey’ that he made out of
elections and democracy during these blood-stained 1985 polls, let’s proceed briefly as follows:
Shortly after the April 12, 1980 coup, the US Government provided a $43.5 million loan to the
military junta to construct housing units for the soldiers, apparently commending them for their
job well done in killing Liberia’s most progressive and independence-focused leader, William R.
Tolbert – peace be unto the ashes of this truly noble man. US President Ronald Raegan quickly
and unprecedentedly increased financial aid to Doe’s Liberia from the previous $20 million per
year, from the 19th century up to1979, to a walloping $75 million per year beginning 1981.
Between 1980 and 86 alone, Liberia had received over half a billion dollars in financial aid, not
to mention loan, the highest ever between 1848 and 1981, History claims. When Doe
dishonorably rigged the elections of 1985, after performing all the mess mentioned above, this is
how the US Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs, Mr. Chester A. Crocker did put it,
when he testified about the elections before the mighty US Congress. He said that the elections
were imperfect, but at least, it was a first step towards democracy. He then justified his support
for the results with the claim that in any case, all African elections were claimed to be rigged.
In fact, it is reported by another credible source that based upon Liberia’s sharp mockery being
made out of democracy, including its sad and bloody show of no remorse for the killing, like wild
animal, of a sitting president, meaning Tolbert here again, the Liberian Delegation to a certain
OAU (Organization of African Unity) meeting was denied landing rights, only for these African
countries to be threatened by the US Government with withholding all foreign aids from
them, for which this colonial delegation was allowed to finally land, out of frustration.

Let’s close these grave observations here with some of Liberia’s most recent elections. For the
2017 Elections, as in many other ones of the past, using one formula or the other, the US
Embassy kicks the ball rolling by first calling on all the contenders and key candidates to go to
their Embassy and present their platforms and programs for the country, as already mentioned on
page 11. http://www.liberialistener.com along with other credible sources, in its May 10, 2017
publication entitled “Why Is the US Embassy Inviting Presidential Aspirants” did narrate as
follows: “….In a press release posted on its website dated May 5, 2017, the [US] Embassy said in
its statement, ‘We congratulate the Government and people of Liberia for their vibrant
21

democracy and their successful registration process. We are inviting a series of private
discussions with presidential aspirants of political parties who wish to engage with the US
Embassy. The first dialogue took place [a few days ago] with Cllr. Dr. Jallah Barbu of the New
Liberia Party. The US Embassy will continue these dialogues in the weeks that follow, in order to
better understand the platforms, priorities, and philosophies of the aspirants…”

In response, presidential aspirants go ahead and honor this supposedly foreign mission’s request
and invitation, and then closed door consultations are held, leading up to the October 10, 2017
polls, in which, according to the euronews.com, some 20 candidates vie for the presidency of
[colonial] Liberia. Because of the now gradual opening of the eyes of the people here, coupled
with the interests of many to now occupy government positions owing to how much spoils
and ill-gotten wealth come along with these jobs etc., people’s attentions are beginning to be
drawn to the supermess within these exercises called elections, whose biggest winner, the winner
of the imperial presidency, can already be arranged in advance by the sitting imperial president
and the colonial master.

In this instant case, multiple, damaging irregularities are discovered in the conduct of the 2017
elections, including, among others:

(a) To set the basis for the supermess, it is confirmed from multiple believable sources that the
President, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, in advance of the election exercise, invites all 19
Commissioners of the National Elections Commission and their Chairman to her private
residence for consultations (www.gnnliberia.com: October 31, 2017 etc.). When critics and the
opposition accuse the President of endeavoring to influence the decision of the Elections
Magistrates in favor of the main opposition party candidate, Mr. George M. Weah of the
Congress for Democratic Change, CDC, whom she had committed herself – directly or indirectly
– to ensuring that he succeeds her, she reportedly claims that she has right to meet privately
with elections magistrates at her private home in advance of such critical upcoming
national polls. And relative to this development, here is what the Elections Commissioner
himself, Mr. Jerome G. Korkoya, had to say, according to gnnliberia.com: “We, the Commission
decided that it would be necessary for our magistrates to hear this message from the President
directly that they need to conduct themselves responsibly and not to allow themselves to be
influenced by anybody. The co-chairperson of the commission, [myself, sic], and I think
Commissioner Samuel Joe and the 19 magistrates of Liberia went to see the President and she
reiterated her message; so there was no secret meeting except you tell me that the President of
Liberia does not have the right to caution elections workers to be responsible or professional.” He
goes on to conclude also that the president wanted to thank them for their services.

(b) The President enhanced the mess further when another spate of reports started filtering in that
she had dished out US$10,000.00 to each superintendent of the 15 counties of Liberia, again to
encourage them to use their part of influence from their end, to make the elections result favor
Mr. Weah and his CDC, whichever way possible. (www.1africafocus.com: October 31, 2017;
Costa Show, November 23, 2017 etc.). Responding to this allegation on behalf of the President,
Internal Affairs Minister Varney Sirleaf denies the aspect of this narrative that has to do with
superintendents influencing elections results in favor of the CDC, but confirmed that the
22

President had earlier promised to give superintendents these amounts for them to undertake little
projects within their counties from her Special Project budget, and she was just now making
good on this promise during the elections period.

(c) According to the Costa Show on November 16, 2017, one Jeff Pleeboe, a data analyst and a
witness at one of NEC’s ongoing hearing did expose the Nasty rot within the system when he
discovered from the Commission’s database how about 2,000 names, or persons had the same
voter’s id card number.

(d) Among some of opposition leader, Charles Brumskine’s summarized accounts of what he had
described as alarming irregularities during these exercises were for instance, the late opening
of polls, the absence of queue controllers, and [authorized] fraud by NEC officials.
(https://www.reuters.com/). Some local news reports even had it that baby tubs were being used
in parts of the country as ballot boxes due to the unavailability of the actual ballot boxes, which
were allegedly being manipulated elsewhere.

(e) According to different credible sources including euronews.com; Reuters, the AFP, the AP
etc., ballot boxes appeared very lately at some locations while registered voters struggled to find
their names on voters’ rolls, for which they just could not vote, irregularities which NEC herself
had to apologize for, according to these sources.

(f) In a 1africafocus.com’s October 31, 2017 article entitled, “Liberia’s ruling opposition: gloves
finally come off: Party in power runs amok on President”, it was reported that the Chairman of
reigning President Sirleaf’s own party, or the ruling party, the Unity Party, Mr. Wilmot Paye
openly lambasted the President for being directly involved in fixing the elections to favor of
an opposition party. Note that this came from the backdrop that during a 2015 interview with
the FrontPage Africa newspaper, the President reportedly had vowed or stated that she and her
VP will leave office together when she’s leaving [apparently because in colonial Liberia, VPs are
presidents’ personal handbags or private properties]. In adding his voice to the crime that the
President already stood charged for; again, Chairman Paye reiterated that the President had
invited Elections Magistrates to her private residence for a meeting, something that he described
as unprecedented in electioneering history. He also accused the President of making direct
contacts with the head of NEC to alter the outcome of the elections, and he described her
actions on the overall as great recipes for future chaos.

(g) Finally for this point, President Alpha Conde of Guinea, on behalf of an ECOWAS fact-
finding delegation to the country said, according to Reuters News, the AFP, the AP, and the rest
above, that they had met and consulted with the diplomatic corps, the elections commission, the
Supreme Court, and the inter-religious council etc., and from their one-day discussions, all
stakeholders involved in the electoral process did acknowledge that there were irregularities,
although he felt short of adding a modifier, as diplomats usually don’t do etc. and etc.

As grave as each of these irregularities and different narratives confirming such gravity were,
with all being significant enough to affect the integrity of these polls, if Liberia were an honest,
serious, and independent country etc., when opposition leader Charles Brumskine decided to
23

take the lead in filing a legal complaint against the NEC for these grave irregularities, seeking an
injunction to the announcement of the results of these fake, NASTY polls, or even annulling the
results and rerunning the elections, if that’s what it took etc. and etc., colonial master, America
who has NEVER before shown any genuine concern for the people of this country, or exerted
any substantial pressure before, on her surrogate here, the GOL, for the countless human rights
abuses, the rampant corruption, and other grave societal vices being officially committed in this
country on a daily basis by the GOL etc., now led a chorus of international calls for the
acceptance of everything about this 2017 election, ONLY as usual, to protect their colonial
status quo. America even went as far as vilifying Cllr. Brumskine for mustering the civic
courage to take his case to court against the results of these polls. For America, all of the above
claims and many more not captured here about those very strong and grave accounts of
irregularities, and even mockery been made out of democracy, should be discounted once their
interest here remains protected by their GOL, whose president MUST emerge from these same
processes; as in that way, business will continue as usual.

In fact, around these same times that the aggrieved political parties, now led by opposition leader
Charles Brumskine were taking their grievances to the Commission and then onward to the
courts, the US Embassy in Monrovia issued a strongly-worded, special press statement in
which the Ambassador expressed explicit faith and confidence within the Liberian system
by and large, while logically discouraging those embarking upon legal recourses to their
disappointments about the criminal conduct of this electioneering process, even though we will
say here that if these aggrieved politicians ever knew their History well, they would have
acknowledged that ABSOLUTELY no past election has ever been conducted here in a dignified
manner, and that under the name and colonial system of Liberia, future elections will even
continue to be much worse. The Embassy’s statement went on to issue threat for both the actions
of these aggrieved politicians, and the government’s inclination as well, for wanting to listen to
these aggrieved people, by asserting for instance, that: “Efforts by any actors to impede the
expressed will of the Liberian people for personal ambition could risk goodwill and future
investments in Liberia by international partners.” The US Embassy special press release went
on to state that “The Liberian people and the international community have worked too hard, and
invested too much to watch Liberia’s progress stall….” [as if it is the process of an aggrieved
person going to court that can ever stall progress in a country] (gnnliberia.com, November 15,
2017 etc.).

As this strong Special Press Statement from the US Embassy was being issued against any court
process largely, the mighty US Congress got involved with the debate as well, but putting her
part of argument in a slightly different way, as two Congressional members in persons of Hons.
Sheila J. Lee and Bobby L. Rush wrote Secretary of State Rex W. Tillerson, seeking the timely
intervention of their government to ensure that allegations of electoral fraud are speedily
adjudicated to avoid constitutional crisis in Liberia in their words. *Note that Hon. Sheila
Jackson Lee was at that time, Texas’ 18th Congressional District Representative who had been
serving since 1995 – and a member of the Democratic Party; while Hon. Bobby Lee Rush, a
Civil Rights Leader and Pastor, represented Illinois’s 1st Congressional District, and had served
for more than 2 decades now, coming from the Democratic Party as well. The congressional duo
24

continued: “A lack of resolution, on the other hand, will create a constitutional vacuum that could
deeply undermine the enormous progress that have already been made, and jeopardize peace
and stability in both Liberia and the entire West African region. With all this at stake, it is
important that the court review process is completed expeditiously.” This same source
additionally narrates how former US Ambassador to Liberia and former key State Department
official, Linda Thomas Greenfield, did jab into the debate when she lashed at Cllr. Charles
Brumskine for initiating the legal process and termed him as a third placer, who got only 10%.
She continued, a third-place winner who has run three times [now] and never got more than 10%.
And once he won in the Supreme Court, everybody jumped on the bandwagon” etc.

Howbeit, after the first round with roughly 20 candidates, two candidates remained in the run-
off, and the one with the overriding argument, especially from supporters, “that sound
education, let alone good and tested experience, was never an indispensable requirement for
national leadership, not to mention 21st century presidency etc. wins, although with the other
contender equally worse off too, as he had just been part of the previous top command that
criminally admitted that they had squandered bulk of the country’s opportunities to resurrect, in
addition to his close link with the premeditated Ebola virus epidemic atrocities when he, for
example, used an Ebola lamentation or mourning event to declare his intention for the presidency
in his home county, all as we have previously mentioned.

Note that we had earlier on said that during this particular electoral process, the US Embassy had
requested some so-called Consultations, ordered closed to the press by Embassy Authorities,
which each of Liberia’s roughly 20 presidential aspirants at the time assuredly attended. Now,
with the two candidates left in the run-off, as according to the immediate paragraph above,
another colonial characteristic comes into the picture in addition to the norm of the incumbent
imperial president handpicking their successor in consultation with the colonial master, even
though this must be done in a subtle manner, for which all those condescending manipulations
like some of those mentioned above must be employed. Thus, in line with the classic colonial
design, between the two candidates left in the Liberian 2017 elections run-off, i.e. Joseph N.
Boakai, a sadly non-US Green Card holder, or non-US permanent resident apparently, and
George M. Weah, a reported US Green Card holder or permanent resident etc., the more
American figure than the other etc., MUST be chosen by the Elections house.

So, the victor from this US-Embassy-consultations packed electoral process of 2017, Mr. George
Weah, as featured in the August 22, 2017 edition of the local Daily Observer Newspaper, under
the story “NAMBO Uncovers Senator George Weah’s American Passport”, is reported to be an
American citizen. The local pressure or civil society group, NAMBO (or National Movement to
Support Boakai) claimed that then Senator Weah’s American passport has his surname WEAH,
and other names, GEORGE MANNEH, with his photograph clearly in evidence. The group went
on to reveal that now President Weah’s date of birth on this passport is recorded as October 1,
1966, and the issuance date is May 3, 2013, with the expiration date at May 2, 2023, while the
passport number is 5052523219 etc. There has been no substantial rebuttal yet to this claim,
which places the current ‘mixed’-Americo-Liberian-Native President to be in complete violation
of double provisions within the laws of Liberia, including Chapter 22 of the Alien and
25

Nationality Law of Liberia, which prohibits Liberians from obtaining dual citizenship or
engaging in certain acts in foreign countries, such as joining their armed forces, voting in their
elections etc., all of which an American passport holder qualifies for doing in America, and the
first part of Article 52 of Liberia’s fake constitution that mandatorily requires the president of the
so-called republic to be a citizen of the country, even though naturalizing somewhere, or taking
on the passport of another country strips him/her of this Liberian citizenship; again, according to
the Liberian Code Revised, Vol. II, Chapter 22, page 192, “Loss of Citizenship”, under 22.1,
“Acts Causing Loss of Citizenship”, all additionally, as reported by another local daily, the
Concord Times Newspaper.

Even further, the very people on ground deciding the Liberian elections results are all, or
predominantly Americans. In this same recent past 2017 elections saga, one of the leading
contenders, long-time Native Liberian politician, Dr. Togba Nah Tipoteh, went to great lengths,
to prove the American Nationality or American identity of the Head of the National Elections
Commission of Liberia (NEC) at the time, Mr. Jerome G. Korkoya, even though Dr. Tipoteh
claimed additional commissioners at the institution also fit into this same category as Mr.
Korkoya. According to Dr. Tipoteh and several other sources, including the FrontPage Africa
Newspaper, the Concord Times Newspaper, US-based LibPolitics’ Wade Williams etc., Cllr.
Jerome Korkoya was naturalized as a US Citizen at a ceremony on December 21, 2007 in the
City of Willingboro, New Jersey. He is reported to have a US passport that features the following
particulars: Full Name: Jerome George Korkoya; Born: December 24, 1961; Passport
Number: 467078002; Issue Date: March 16, 2010; Expiry Date: March 17, 2020. Mr.
Korkoya’s Liberian Passport particulars, as revealed by these sources as well include: Full
Name: Jerome George Korkoya; Date of Birth: December 24, 1961; Issued: May 27, 2013;
Expires: May 26, 2015. These sources additionally claimed that according to the Voter
Information website of the US State of New Jersey, Mr. Korkoya voted in the American elections
of 2008 etc.

Against the mammoth outcries of thousands of citizens however, with some of these citizens
voicing out their disappointments and disapproval of this kind of brutal lawbreaking on various
radio talk shows in the country, including SKY FM’s 5050, Kings FM’s “Dumoun and Ballah
Show etc., including now National Bar Association’s President, Cllr. Tiawon Gongloe, who
decried how Cllr. Korkoya committed Perjury as he had to lie under oath at the Liberian Senate
during his confirmation, in breach of Section 2.3 of the Elections Law of Liberia which speaks
of the qualifications of appointees to the National Elections Commission, by stating that “Every
commissioner shall be a Liberian Citizen…” among others etc., one James Kpadeh, in the
“Comment” Section of the August 22, 2017 edition of the Daily Observer Newspaper lamented
how Liberia’s Court of final arbitration, the Supreme Court still went ahead and declared Mr.
Jerome George Korkoya legally eligible, or fit to maintain his position as NEC Chairman in
the midst of all these bloody outcries. All these painful narrations are NEVER happening by
accident, or something else, but are painfully happening by design, and this colonial design must
be identified and torn down finally for God’s children to get emancipated in this country by His
26

grace, and going blindly to vote again without resolving these issues, or resolving them to some
good extent, will be too disastrous on the part of any group of conscious people.

Meanwhile several prominent and authoritative voices in the field of social science and the
academics, vast majority of them Americans here, including the likes of Professors Abraham
Lowenthal (professor emeritus of international relations, University of Southern California),
Paul W. Drake (distinguished professor of political science, and dean of the Division of Social
Sciences at the University of California), Joshua Muravchik (adjunct professor at the DC-based
Institute of World Politics, and former fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute of the John Hopkins
University’s School of Advanced International Studies), Avram Noam Chomsky (linguist,
philosopher, cognitive scientist, historian, social critic, political activist, and professor emeritus
at the Massachusetts Institute of Information Technology (MIT), Walter Fredrick Lafeber
(distinguished professor emeritus in the Department of History at the Cornell University), Dr.
Steven Krasner, MD (Cardiologist and diplomat, Atlantis, Wellington, Boynton Beach etc.),
Samia Amin & Minxin Pei (writers of the book: “Advancing Democracy Abroad: Why We
Should, and How We Can”, and researchers in political science and international relations);
Bruce Bueno de Mesquita and George W. Downs (writers of the books, “Intervention and
Democracy, and “Thinking Inside the Box: A Closer Look at Democracy and Human Rights)
etc. and etc. – ALL now voice out strong opinions against depending upon American
hegemony to ever progress, or succeed in any sphere of life abroad. Their collective, well-
researched opinions can be summarized in 7-points here as follows, including: (a) US attempts
at exporting democracy are negligible, often counter-productive, and only occasionally
positive; (b) Democracy must be, or needs to be developed out of internal conditions, and not be
forcibly imposed from outside…American leaders usually mis-define democracy in the very
narrow sense of having elections, and this is wrong; (c) America, an 18th century well-known
revolutionary country, has now turned into a strong protector of the status quo in other countries,
just for imperialist purposes; (d) America’s use of the word democracy to justify murky deeds
abroad leads to far-reaching negative consequences, as for example, Guatemala remains one
of the world’s most fearful horror chambers because of America’s export of democracy to this
country; (e) Out of 35 US interventions abroad to promote democracy, from 1945 to 2004, only
one relatively stable democracy was sustained after 10 years of her intervention – Colombia,
[and ironically this same Colombia has still been in some very deep crisis since then]; (f) US
intervention efforts don’t usually produce real democracies, but rather turn countries into
greater autocracies in the 3rd world, though they succeeded relatively in former Axis Power
countries like Italy, and this disappointing reality confirms that America’s intervention, or
involvement with people’s affairs in the name of promoting democracy is not sufficient, or is
never a sufficing condition, but rather such factors as high per capita income; and finally for now,
(g) There’s a link between wealth and democracy: When per capita income of at least $6,000
is achieved in a country that is claiming, or desirous of being a democracy, the possibility of such
country slipping back from this course is very difficult or impossible etc. and etc.

Let’s finally close this worthwhile engagement here by strongly stating once again that it is not
because elections are bad, for which we are now calling on all well-meaning citizens of this
27

country to back off from it for a while to afford us the opportunity to sit around the table first and
discuss some issues before coming back to it by the grace of God, but it is rather because this
beautiful exercise, just as other things in this life, could be hijacked by the devil to be used as a
tool to suppress and denigrate us for the rest of our existence, unless we quickly come to our
senses and act differently towards it by the grace of God. Let’s not forget that when a people
decide to just stubbornly do one thing over and over, with the hope that it will produce for them a
better result out of some miracle, when from all indications, this is not the case, it can be counted
against them as the worst conscious stupidity on their part that anyone can ever imagine, even
though we are quite conscious that all this is being engineered and driven by very criminal intents
from different internal and external quarters unfortunately. This is with all due respect to the
good people of our country who are instead always been brainwashed by a set of evil geniuses,
who call themselves the movers and shakers of our society. Let’s please pause elections for a
while now and listen to the Plain Truth Revolution, the US-based Conciliation & Reconciliation
Initiative, and the Universal Human Rights International, including other well-meaning
individuals etc. for some different civic ALTERNATIVE for now, and try it too, to see if it will
not work for us, by the grace of God.

As the mess surrounding our country and its existence, and continuous running, has become too
much for us to keep overlooking and keep moving ahead without doing something fundamentally
radical to change things around by God’s grace, let us NEVER forget that our God – especially
according to the Bible, and most probably according to the Qur’an as well – does take some very
drastic actions against His children when their mess has overflown. Please access one of our
excerpts at https://is.gd/unatak to know how much dangers are now creeping at our doorsteps in
this country once more, including even earthquakes for how massive, our collective conscious
stupidities have grown and continue to grow on a daily basis, for which a drastic national U-Turn
is now a big, big MUST, God willing.

To reemphasize a key message that we stressed earlier in 2017, which is again applicable to
2023, we say, going to cast ballot in these pending 2023 so-called general elections will be a
painful addition of another layer to an already huge stockpile of collective mistakes and
conscious STUPIDITY, which will not go unpunished in the sight of God. If we are ever tempted
to go this STUPID way once more as a people, the result for such conscious foolishness, we fear,
will be very catastrophic than any other collective mistakes that we have ever made before, in our
shameful 200 years of existence in dullness, fear for man rather than God, laziness to think and
act for ourselves, and extreme barrenness etc. – this is always without prejudice to our many
good, but systematically suppressed people of this country. Some points that will prove us very
SILLY (that we want everyone to be thinking on in their secret corners) when we go this route of
standing on line again this 2023 instead of first trying to see what to do about this country’s lack
of structure and systems yet include, but are not limited to the following:
(a) We will be agreeing with this current constitution that the blood of our over 500,000 fellow
compatriots and human beings that were killed during the most recent 14-year Americo-
Liberian War of revenge and power are “insignificant and useless” because it is this same
28

constitution that was used to defend our people’s killers against the TRC’s recommendations
for punitive actions and reparations. We will be demonstrating our agreement with this
constitution by obeying it to go stand on line and vote again to prolong our own agonies, and
deepen our own woes; and, let’s not forget that this continuous FOOLISH mistake on our part
will NEVER go unpunished in the sight of God, if we dare do it.
We will be proving to the world that we are a very dull people who do not think for themselves, a
people who do not have any more options and alternatives in life other than what was handed
down to them, or imposed upon them way back in 1822 and 1847 by people who have now
sufficiently proven to hate them; and as such, would do the same thing over and over again, even
if it is NOT yielding any desired results in their society’s best interest etc., and our Revolution
believes that majority of the people of this country are far beyond these kinds of conscious
STUPIDITIES. Thanks.

As you may have been previously informed, this is just one of the 51 main articles that form part
of our ongoing 2020/2021 citizens’ enlightenment campaign, or our Revolution’s honest, but
painstaking effort and determination never to leave any stone unturned – relative to exposing
ALL of the big and bloody problems of this country (“Liberia”), as we prepare the mind of every
citizen and well-wisher for our demanded National Dialogue, or National Convention, or
Sovereign Citizens’ Convention etc., whichever way one prefers to call it, so that if this
dialogue will have to last for days, weeks, or even months, there can absolutely be no dull
moment at that event. Remember that such activity or event promises to eat up considerable
national resources, and as such, it will rightly be expected to produce the much-needed final,
lasting solutions to our country’s seemingly unsolvable problems by the grace of God, a strong
reason for which we MUST do all we can to provide every bit of information needed to guide and
sustain this process. The file that lists all of these 51 main articles, including the one you just read
(exposing the huge mess of this country, ranging from its colonial understanding of religion –
without prejudice to our many good people in the religious circles here - to its broken reasonings
behind deeds and actions, and to its colonially sorrowful activities in the areas of education,
health, governance, politics, civics and economics etc. and etc. – all of which make
REVOLUTION the ONLY most viable remaining alternative for change, in line with GOD’s
WORDS), can be found at https://is.gd/lowoza or https://is.gd/elumem. Thanks once again.
