An Honest Civic Effort Intended To Uncover All Of The Deep Colonial Conspiracies Working Against Us First,
B4 Marshalling The Effort And Commitment For Us To Break Down The Current National Foundation To Build
A New And Better One, By God’s Power, Instead of Keep Taking Part in Fake Colonial Elections Like What’s Coming Up
Again In 2023, Just To Sustain This 2 Century Old Hell of Mess!!!!
Featured in the following few pages are related excerpts from some of our many Revolutionary articles, and the
revolutionarily detailed title of this excerpt is: -
If America Has This Kind Of Record In Neo-Colonialism And Imperialism, Or If America Can
Treat Others Like The Little You Are About To Read In This Excerpt, Then Why Ever Doubt That
She Can Treat “Insignificant” Liberia (In The Words Of President George Bush) or “Shit-Hole
Liberia” (implicitly according to President Trump) Even Much Worse, Like What Our Plain Truth
Revolution Is Now Claiming That They Are Doing, For Which We Must Now Sit Around The
Table With Them To See What To Do About Such Bad Treatments Being Meted Us?
Our biggest inspirations in this huge national endeavor intended to bring final, lasting change to this
country by the grace of God, are proudly and largely drawn from both Qur’an 2:42 and John 8:32. This
strange enterprise of great details, as reflected in just the topic or heading above, demonstrates first, our
fear for God, and next, our extremely honest appreciation of the very immense sacrifices made here over the
past decades by the United Nations, which God moved to come and lay the foundation for the kind of change
that our Revolution now aggressively advocates (meaning fundamental and structural changes to this
society). For instance, we aggressively disagree that the mighty UN spent over US$45 billion here in different
costs, from 1990 to date, 2021, and lost over 190 precious human beings here in peacekeeping operations
etc., just to maintain in place, at the end of the day, a very divisive state name, Liberia, a mocking and
disrespectful Declaration of Independence, some messy Constitution, a long list of illegitimate national
symbols, emblems, and holidays etc., NO, NO, and NO. For 7 years of intensive research into this very
nightmarish 2-century-old Liberian story strongly confirms to us that all of the plagues and curses currently
devastating this country – ranging from grinding poverty, to untold lack of development, to chronic moral
decadence across society, and to extreme lack of independence and sovereignty etc., not to mention the 13
full-scale ghastly civil wars that have wrecked our country between 1822 and 2003, with 4 bloody coup
d’états between 1871 and 1985, plus 1 blood-splattered national riot, all yet for a total of 18 BLEEDING
national experiences that took up over 30 years of our existence etc., do convincingly owe largely to our
society’s willful or conscious, but sorrowful suppression of mighty TRUTH in favor of great LIES. With
these great LIES overwhelming the entire country and blocking every good thing from happening for God’s
children here; and with the fact that “to every action, there must be some opposite and equal reaction” for
change to happen, as propounded by Isaac Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion for instance, our Revolution is
determined to redeem this country through God’s Unbeatable Power by rising up to tell the TRUTH – no
matter how embarrassing and dangerous, and no matter against whom it is told, and even if this very ‘raw’
TRUTH telling works against our personal selves, including, even if it breaks our cherished relationships
with husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, schoolmates, workmates, friends, and those sending us remittances
from abroad etc. and etc.
And because Liberia is so tied to America every step of the way, the Liberian story can NEVER be successfully
told for the purpose of bringing honest positive change while leaving America out, thus demanding the volume of
information that we now have to confront if we truly want a change that will inaugurate working systems, law
and order, decency, civilization etc. in this country once and for all by God’s grace. ***Note: Because we have
discovered that a country’s matter can be so huge and serious, and can normally be solved largely, by either: (a) using
the barrel of the guns, or (b) using some massive soul-searching national dialogue; and we prefer (b) over (a), this
revolutionary Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign is intended to spark some great societal and even international
debate that will ultimately lead us to some immediate, compulsory National Conference, or Sovereign Citizens’
Convention, to discuss all of these grave societal issues for final collective relief and liberation, God willing . Finally, If
you ever appreciate this kind of constructive, civil effort by a group of fellow citizens to bring change to our country once and for all,
and you believe that instead of always surfacing at ‘Bhutuo’ and using Bazookas and AK47s in the name of revolution, or bring ing
change, we can rather use pens, papers, and different peaceful civic actions to bring about final, positive change to our country by
the grace and power of God, then please contribute whatever cents and dollars you can afford to this lifesaving national cause. Our

hate the United Nations at different fronts etc. and etc., we, accordingly, do have aspects of
our Revolution which speak to these critical international issues that affect our quest to

EXCERPT/ARTICLE #28 OF 35
This is the 28th Subject Matter, or Theme among the 35 different topical issues that we have
brought to you during this PTR’s 2020/2021 Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign. Please get
any other one that you are interested in, or all the rest, very importantly, either from your
friends, or from the street corners, if possible, or better still, simply from the Internet at
either https://is.gd/rawoma or https://is.gd/wigica.
Special Notes: (a) Please take the reading of these items very seriously as God needs
everybody’s attention and input now to either change this only country of ours’ (meaning
“Liberia’s) situation around for the better once and for all, or sadly, to deal it a big blow of
punishment for stubbornly refusing to change in 200 years. Remember that although Liberia was
physically established in 1822, according to very credible sources, the act to create this US
Colony in Africa was nevertheless passed by the American Congress on March 3, 1819, and it
still maintains this ‘US colony’ status in practice today, in 2021. (b) We are encouraging every
petit trader, article publisher, street vendor, and all business people for that matter to please
access these items from us free of charge (although maintaining their originality and integrity),
and then produce and reproduce copies to deal them out to the public at very affordable prices, as
part of this great sensitization campaign for final, positive change in our country by God’s grace.
To re-stress or re-emphasize the very critical need for every member of this society to adopt some
honest appetite and culture for reading, especially for reading every bit of information or item, as
possible, that talks about their country, this only precious home of ours, so that, together, we all can
now change this country’s highly embarrassing situation around for the better by the grace of God,
before we unfortunately lose it to the Devil totally, God forbid, let’s encourage you with these 3
quotes, 3 of our most prominent quotes on reading for that matter, as follows: (1) There are crimes
worse than burning books [or articles, papers, leaflets etc.], and one of such horrible crimes is your
refusal to read them. – Joseph Brodsky (2) Read, Read, and Read!!! Read everything – thrash,
classics, good and bad, and see how they do it. Just like a carpenter who works as an apprentice and
studies the master, Read! You will absorb it. Then write. If it is good, you will find out. If it is not
good, then throw it out of the window. – William Faulkner (3) If you would tell me the heart of a
man, tell me not what he reads, but [rather] what he rereads. – Francois Muriac
WE STRESS: If everyone fights to read, especially to read the deep things pertaining to our country
right now; and together, we create this new, civilized and lifesaving culture and tradition of reading,
thus pushing this great tradition onto future generations beginning now etc., we could be surprise to
see a brand new, and productive society coming into being immediately during this very lifetime of
ours, and before our own eyes. But if you refuse, thinking that our time is too important to read
things about our own country, or that we are too busy with our jobs, or our business etc., and as such,
we care less about reading what’s happening around us, and to our society etc. and etc., we may be
surprise as well, that during this very lifetime of ours again, and right before our own eyes again, war
could break out in this country, and that cherished job or business that is too important to us today,
including our very lives – God forbid – could be shattered; and in this way, we are going to be
responsible. The blood of our people will be on our hands and heads. A hint to the wise should be
quite sufficient!!!!
Thank you very much for getting properly informed, and joining us to make “Liberia’s 201st anniversary
a year of great change on Planet Earth!!!! **Note: The numbers on the cover page are exclusively for our

KEY BEGINNING NOTE: (Same Across All 35 Revolutionary Excerpts Released During This
2020/2021 Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign, Apart from Excerpt #1, and featured at the
beginning of each first page, or on the entire first page of each article; meaning, if you read it with
understanding for a given excerpt or article, then needless to continue reading it for subsequent
excerpts. You may just go straight into the main issues for the rest of the 33 excerpts or articles.
This note reads):To get a good idea of what this big and strange civic campaign is all geared towards
achieving at the end of the day, including its importance, plus why we are presenting things so strangely for
this environment as you see us doing, please first refer to our article, with title abbreviated or paraphrased here
as, “ What Really Does Our Revolution Immediately Want For Country, And How We Intend To Achieve
It”, posted at https://is.gd/hugoku; and to also have an idea of the leading convictions and philosophies that
drive this whole Revolutionary enterprise of ours, please as well, refer to our article ‘abbreviatedly’ entitled
here as, “The 21 leading convictions and philosophies of Our Revolution”, posted too at
https://is.gd/nugaha. But if you are already aware that the overriding goal of this civic campaign is to
‘undo’ and ‘redo’ ‘Liberia’, then you may please just go ahead and read this article before coming back to
the first two recommended above, which will enhance your insight into the issues; with the first being very
crucial for gaining better understanding of how we intend to accomplish this great civic job of re-
foundationing our country (“Liberia”), God willing. Note further that the names and web links of all of the
individual articles accompanying these first two above, and thus forming part of this “2020/2021 Citizens’
Enlightenment” campaign of our Revolution, including this very article, are listed and categorized in a
separate 7-page release that we have decided to publish independently at https://is.gd/lowoza or
https://is.gd/elumem, depending on preferred file type. We will additionally try to produce independent hard
copies of this pretty key, 7-page “Revolutionary menu” for street circulation by God’s grace. For those who
want to investigate further, apart from our Facebook Page and web address provided on the cover page above,
you may politely go to https://is.gd/ilodil to access a single file with the list, abstracts, and links of all of the
articles that we have managed to do within these 7 years of our investigation thus far, ranging from full-
fledged pamphlets to audio recordings, and amateur videos. Remember that we are a white-collar
Revolution of IDEAS, and not of guns, a Revolution that is demanding some radical National Dialogue etc.,
reasons for which all of the issues needed for such dialogue MUST be provided, or largely provided by us,
God willing, even if such intellectually-intensive National Conference, as we are demanding – and not
appealing for – will have to last for 6 uninterruptible months by the grace of God, since you will bear us
witness that the burden of proof always lies with the accuser or claim maker. And we are the claim maker
here, saying in short that: “largely EVERYTHING about Liberia is ABSOLUTELY WRONG, BLOODY,
and very UNSUSTAINABLE, for which we now demand this compulsory national Get Together to forthwith
sit around the table, and set things right for ourselves once and for all, by the grace of God, before ever re-
taking off, although now, on a better and sustainable footing as a people. And finally, please note importantly
here that our main articles do have full ‘pre’ and ‘post’ items – including acknowledgements,
bibliographies/references etc. – but for revolutionary purposes here, mainly to politely push you into
completely reading each of these excerpts/articles without picking and choosing issues for now, we have
decided to omit some of these ‘pre’ and ‘post’ items. Additionally, for the cumbersome nature of compiling
these massive amounts of information, and the very difficult working and other environmental constraints
that have been faced, and continue to be faced by our team, based on the kind of handicapped society in which
we find ourselves, not to mention the natural human aspect, you may experience some errors here and there,
including some probable disconnects, as you read on, especially as these articles are excerpts, randomly
collected from much bigger works. Never mind, please. For we will keep reading these epic articles, and
where faults of any kinds are found within them, we will keep bringing them down, correcting such faults, and
reposting them by God’s grace, as we are systematically committed to care, official correction of faults,
continuous improvements, and ultimate excellence. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks as well for
developing interest in this lifesaving civic agenda. Welcome onboard the reading of this particular article.

F
rom her hyper-imperialist perspective, as far as the American Government is concerned,
only Americans are, or should be the best and smartest of all human beings – an
ultranationalist view and posturing which makes it, (referring to the American
Government, along with its numberless colonialist agents, including her Wall Street actors), to
look down so badly upon other people, largely. As a result of this badly ultranationalist culture,
America, acting as a government, never works to honestly develop the lives of the distant people
whose resources she’s so interested in, and so desperate to exploit in her part of colonialism or
neo-colonialism, even after exploiting them, using all of the different formulas. Remember,
acting individually, they are very good, on the overall. So for emphasis, the United States
Government only largely takes interest in exploiting people’s resources, and keeping their
collective lives wretched because working to develop other human beings’ lives, who are not
Americans, or would-be Americans, or of America’s prime interest etc. will mean having many
powerful people like Americans too, spread all across the globe, something which, in their
ultranationalist view, will diminish, or jeopardize their existing huge global superiority. That’s
why, unlike peers like France, Great Britain, Spain, and a few others which have used their
parts of colonial machineries to massively mentor other great countries around the world today –
imagine Britain alone is said to have colonized more than 80 countries around the world, which
are fully independent countries today, most, if not all of which, are great nations, or are on their
rightful paths to greatness as we speak etc.; America, with all of her economic and military
might, has got no records of ever honestly bringing up, or mentoring any country successfully in
her practice of colonialism, but only goes into a place, and for the sake of their natural and other
resources, puts them against one another, implants the double-pronged weapons of ignorance
and poverty among them, and steal their resources only for her personal, selfish benefits.
In this direction, or just to meet this resource exploitation end, America has very horrible records
at destabilizing other people’s countries, in addition to the Terrible fact that she still holds other
distant countries’ or territories’ fates and destinies hostage in colonialism, smartly referring to
some of these territories variously as insular islands, unincorporated territories and the likes,
but will never allow them obtain their due independence, even against multiple UN resolutions
for her to do so, while for others, like in the case of Liberia, she remains mute about them,
claiming NOT to be colonizing them, but in actuality, she runs the show and calls all the
shots in those territories or regions unchallenged, and unchecked.
To have a gist of some of America’s now-exposed records at turning countries or entire regions
into puppet countries or regions, or what the social scientists refer to as banana republics, please
take for example, the following:
According to Wikipedia, by the late 1800s, 3 American Multinational Companies [just as we have
the likes of Firestone, Chevron, Exxon Mobil etc. in Liberia], the United Fruit Company (UFC),
the Standard Fruit Company (SFC, also called the Dole Food Company) and the Cuyamel Fruit
Company (CFC) dominated the cultivation, harvesting, and export of bananas, and controlled the
road, rail, and port infrastructure of Honduras in Latin American. These American fruit companies
were dealing mainly in bananas. Among the Hondurans for example, the UFC was known as the El
Pulpo, meaning the Octopus. This was because UFC’s influence had come to pervade their society, it
controlled their country’s transport infrastructure, and sometimes violently manipulated their politics
– same thing done repeatedly in Liberia since its establishment. The man credited with truly creating
this banana republic stereotype in Honduras and some of its neighboring countries was US
3

Businessman, Sam Zemurray of New Orleans, Louisiana, founder of the Cuyamel Fruit Company,
who had entered into the banana business by buying overripe bananas from the UFC to sell in New
Orleans. In 1911, Sam entered into an illegal business and political alliance with Manuel Bonilla, an
ex-Honduran President. This Sam Zemurray-led clique then staged a coup d’état against sitting
President Miguel R. Davila (1907 – 11) and installed Gen. Manuel Bonilla as the new President of
Honduras (1912 – 13). The US Government turned a blind eye on this unlawful deposition of an
elected government through an American-citizen engineered coup, using a private army, with the US
State Department seeing ousted President Davila as too politically liberal, and as a poor businessman,
whose management decisions had caused Honduras to become too indebted to Great Britain – an
unacceptable geopolitical risk for the United States in light of the Monroe Doctrine. US Mercenary
Lee Christmas, who technically executed the coup, then became Honduras’ new President’s choice
for the position of the country’s Chief of Military. Still this indispensable, ‘utility player’ Lee, was
later appointed by Washington again as America’s Consular General to the Republic of Honduras….
The next victim of this campaign by the US MNCs to take charge of Latin and Central America was
Guatemala. Guatemala [had been manipulated behind the scenes, just like Liberia] into a state with
gross inequality, with respect to the country’s inequitable distribution of agricultural land and its
natural wealth, uneven economic development, and an economy heavily dependent upon a few
export crops – coffee, sugar cane, and bananas. 90% of Guatemala was involved in subsistence
farming that yielded insufficient foods to feed their households, while 2% of the country’s other
farmers occupied over 65% of the fertile land – operating huge farms and plantations that belonged to
the oligarchy (the people in power, or the wealthy elite) and their mainly foreign interests. Because
President Jacobo Arbenz Guzman expropriated unused company lands to landless peasants, the
UFC of Andrew Preston and others convinced the Administrations of Presidents Harry Truman
and Dwight Eisenhower (1945 – 1953, and 1953 – 1961 respectively) that the Guatemalan President
was secretly pro-Soviet, or pro-Kremlin. Influenced by Republican Senator Joseph McCarthy of
Wisconsin, President Eisenhower ordered and authorized “Operation TB Success” – the 1954
Guatemalan Coup – by means of which the US Central Intelligence Agency deposed democratically
elected President Jacobo (1950 – 1954), and installed the pro-business [or one may say, pro-
American MNCs)’s Colonel Carlos Castillo Armas (1954 – 57), who was later assassinated by a
presidential guard. This event ushered in a long period of turmoil in Guatemala; in fact, a course of
36 years of Civil War in the country. Note: These different bananas or fruit companies, through their
manipulation of the producing countries’ national land use laws, were able to buy large tract of fertile
lands for banana plantations in the countries of the Caribbean Basin, the Central American Isthmus,
and the tropical South American countries – and, having rendered the Native peoples landless
through a policy of legalistic dispossessions of their land, while employing them (the dispossessed
Natives of these countries) as low-wage workers etc. –
(www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana_Republics....) **Note: Just so that you have an idea of
how many countries and territories; and as such, how many human beings’ lives had been
jeopardized by American imperialism here; we say, for example: (A) The Caribbean Basin
alone hosts more than 15 countries and territories, including: (1) Jamaica, (2) Barbados,
(3) Saint Lucia, (4) Grenada, (5) Dominica, (6) Antigua and Barbuda, (7) Trinidad and
Tobago, (8) Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, (9) Haiti, (10) Saint Kitts and Nevis, (11)
Dominican Republic, (12) Cuba, (13) Aruba, (14) Puerto Rico, (15) Montserrat, (16) British
4

Virgin Islands, (17) Guyana, (18) Anguilla, (19) Cayman Islands, (20) Turks and Caicos
Islands, (21) Suriname, (22) Belize, and (23) Curacao etc. (B) For countries and territories
within the Central American Isthmus, we are talking here about places like: (1) Costa Rica,
(2) Guatemala, (3) Honduras, (4) El-Salvador, (5) Nicaragua etc., while for (C) Tropical
South American Countries and Territories include: (1) Argentina, (2) Bolivia, (3) Brazil, (4)
Chile, (5) Colombia, (6) Ecuador, (7) Guyana, (8) Paraguay, (9) Peru, (10) Suriname, (11)
Uruguay, (12) Venezuela, and one overseas department and region of France, called the
French Guiana, plus a British overseas territory, called the Falkland Islands.
In addition to what is being said above, this same America has hands in the use of its CIA to
overthrow Patrice Lumumba, the first Prime Minister of Congo, in 1960, apart from helping to
overthrow Iranian Prime Minister Mohammed Mossadegh in 1953, in what they called
Operations Ajax; again, because Mr. Mossadegh was struggling to nationalize his country’s
economy. Still America moved unto the Dominican Republic and helped overthrow sitting
President Rafael Trujillo in 1961. Then in 1963, she helped in the dethroning of the South
Vietnamese leader Ngo Din Diem. The US Government backed a coup in 1964 to overthrow then
President Joao Goulart of Brazil. This First Among Superpowers of today has hands as well in
the 1973 overthrow of then Chilean President Salvador Allende etc. All these are according to
now declassified US Security documents, as published by foreignpolicy.com and other sources.
America is so childish in some of her hyper-colonialist actions that she sometimes pays terrorists
and assassins to murder individuals whose ideas differ with hers. This is very devilish of a people
who keep imposing themselves on others. Here are three separate counts of proof of some of the
United States’ deadly, but lowly activities, in these directions:
a) According to Wikipedia, during the massacre of alleged Communists in Indonesia in the
1960s, the US Government provided assistance to the Indonesian Military that helped
facilitate these mass killings. This included the US Jakarta Embassy’s supply of Indonesian
forces lists of up to 5,000 names of suspected members of the Communist Party of Indonesia
or PKI, who were subsequently murdered in these massacres. In 2001, the CIA attempted to
prevent the publication of the State Department’s volume, “Foreign Relations of the United
States – 1964 – 1968”, which documents America’s role in providing covert assistance to the
Indonesian Military for the express purpose of the extirpation of the PKI.
b) The CIA worked with expert kidnappers in Chile in 1970 to kidnap General Rene
Schneider, who was targeted for refusing to participate in a military coup against President
Allende. When Schneider escaped the kidnapping, he was shot, and he died 3 days later of the
wounds. The CIA reportedly later paid the group of kidnappers $35,000.
c) As soon as Fidel Castro became President of Cuba in 1959, owing to the fact that he
overthrew heavily American-backed President Fugencio Baptista who could govern Cuba
just any how because of his American backing, the great United States just started taking
things badly personal with Mr. Castro in very condescending fashions. According to a
November 2006 documentary film produced in the UK under the directorship of Dollan
Cannell entitled “638 Ways to Kill Castro”, aired on Channel 4 of the British Public Service
television, Fabian Escalante, a retired Chief of Castro’s Counter-Intelligence, who had been
5

tasked with protecting Castro for long years, estimated the number of assassination schemes
or actual attempts by the CIA to kill Castro at 638. Some of these US-backed assassination
attempts against Castro were dubbed Operations Mangoose, aimed at toppling the Cuban
Government. These assassination attempts reportedly included cigars poisoned with botulium
toxin, a tubercle bacilla, and a long list of chemicial solutions and substances, if you may.
Official US Government files reportedly confirmed some of these countless failed attempts at
Castro. According to CIA documents, the so-called Family Jewels that was declassified in
2007, one assassination attempt at Castro prior to the Bay of Pigs Invasion in 1961 – which
was also largely, a product of America’s attempts on Castro, involved noted American
mobsters such as Johnny Roselli, Salvatore Giancana, and Santo Trafficante, paid by the
CIA to do this job. All this failed.
Wikipedia summarizes this condescending and shameful tale as follows: “Throughout his
time as President of Cuba, many attempts were made by the United States to assassinate Fidel
Castro, and all these attempts were either made or facilitated by the CIA, but all failed.
Following World War II, America became secretly engaged in the practice of
international political assassinations and attempts on foreign leaders. For a considerable
period of time, US Government officials vehemently denied any knowledge of this program
since it would be against the United Nations Charter. However, in a tacit confession to these
unwholesome acts by this First Among world’s superpowers, on March 5, 1972, CIA
Director Richard Helms openly declared, “no such activity or operations [should now ever]
be undertaken, assisted, or suggested by any of our personnel.” In trying to dig these deadly
secrets out further, the US Senate, in 1975 convened the “Senate Select Committee to Study
Government Operations With Respect to Intelligence Activities.” It was chaired by Senator
Frank Church (Democratic Party, Idaho). The Church Committee uncovered that the CIA and
other governmental agencies had employed a so-called “tactic of plausible deniability”
during decision-making related to assassinations. CIA subordinates were deliberately
shielding the higher-ranking officials from many responsibility by withholding full amount of
information about planned assassinations. Government employees were obtaining tacit
approval of their acts by using euphemisms and sly wordings in communications. In specific
connection to the Fidel Castro tale, the Church Committee also stated that it substantiated 8
of the assassination attempts against Castro by the CIA. The Church Committee rejected
political assassinations as a foreign policy tool and declared that it was incompatible with
American principles, international order, and morality.” The Committee also recommended to
Congress to consider developing a statute to eradicate such, or similar practices, but Congress
has never done so yet. Instead, President Gerald Ford signed Executive Order 11905 in
1977, [while on his way out now], instructing that “No employee of the US Government shall
engage in, or conspire in political assassinations.” But this unfortunately has still been a
scam. In as late as 2010 for instance, according to both the Associated Press and Wikipedia,
what the whole world knows as an official US Government Aid granting institution, the US
Agency for International Development (USAID) launched a multi-million dollar anti-regime
covert operation in Cuba under the guise of a humanitarian project, but truly intended to incite
violence against the Cuban Government. The project established an anti-regime social media
6

network called Zunzuneo (or the hummingbird’s tweet), which attracted potential dissidents
as tourists and aid workers etc.
➢ Still desperately determined to dangerously surveillance every human being in this world
for their own selfish aims and benefits again, America’s own citizen and CIA contractor,
Mr. Edward Snowden, had the following astounding revelations, among many more,
about his country’s dangerous ambition to subjugate all of mankind through these kinds of
dubious means. In a May 2014 interview with the NBC News, Snowden disclosed that the
US Government trained him as a spy, making him work under cover overseas in fake jobs
with fake identities.
Key points from the Snowden leaks, according to himself and other sources quoting him
include:
i. There’s an NSA (National Security Agency) phone call database called Boundless
Informant, beefed up by a secret court order, requiring Verizon to hand to the NSA millions
of Americans’ phone numbers daily; there is also a component spy program conducting
surveillance on French citizens’ phone and Internet records, and those of other high profile
individuals in the world of business and politics.
ii. The UK Guardian states how XKeystone, an analytical tool that allows for the collection of
almost anything done on the Internet, helps shed light on one of Snowden’s most
controversial statements, in which he says, “I, sitting at my desk [could] wiretap anyone, from
you, to your accountant, to a Federal Judge, or even to the President, once I have a personal
email.”
iii. The National Security Agency harvests millions of emails and instant messaging contact lists,
searching through email content; tracking and mapping the location of all phones,
undermining attempts at encryption via Bullrun, and that the agency was using cookies to
‘piggyback’ on the same tools used by Internet ads to ‘pinpoint targets for government
hacking and to bolster surveillance.
iv. The NSA is secretly tapping into Yahoo! and Google data centers to collect information from
hundreds of millions of account holders worldwide by tapping overseas cables using the
MUSCULAR Surveillance Program.
v. “SIGINT Strategy 2012 – 2016”, which is an NSA mission statement, affirms the agency’s
plans for the continued expansion of surveillance activities. Their stated goal [is] to
dramatically increase mastery of the global network” and to acquire the capabilities to gather
intelligence on Anyone, Anytime, and Anywhere.”
vi. Leaked slides revealed in Greenwalds’ Book, “No Place To Hide”, released in May 2014
state that the NSA’s explicit objective has been to Collect It All, Process It All, Exploit It All,
Partner It All, Sniff It All, and Know It All.
vii. In March 2014, documents disclosed by Glenn Greenwald, writing for the Intercept, showed
that the NSA has a program called QUANTUMHAND, which sets up fake Facebook servers
to intercept connections
7

viii. In an August 2014 interview, Snowden disclosed a cyber-warfare in the works, codenamed,
MonsterMind. He says that one provocative feature of this software is its ability to initiate
attacks routed through innocent third countries, employing spoofing. In his words, [for
example], “you could have someone sitting, in, say China, making it appear that the attack is
originating from Russia. And then we end up with shooting back at an [innocent] hospital in
Russia etc.
Chester County-Pennsylvania-born, and long serving member of the US military, and also a
renowned CIA Agent, Major General Smedley Darlington Butler narrates as his own
experience when he was used by the US Government to wreak havoc on others for the selfish
benefit of Wall Street. This is according to quroa.com from California. Mr. Butler states, “…I
spent 33 years and 4 months in active military service, and during that period, I spent most of my
time as a high-class muscle man for big businesses on Wall Street, and the bankers. In short, I
was a rocketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico, and especially Tampico safe
for American Oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National
City Bank boys to collect their revenues. I helped in the ripping apart of half of a dozen Central
American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International
Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902 – 1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic
for the American Sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit
companies in 1903. In China, in 1927, I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went on its way
unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints…the best he could do
was to operate his racket in 3 districts. I operated in 3 continents….”
Relative to her other straight-jacket colonialist activities, America still stubbornly officially sits
over some countries or territories’ destinies today, during this Golden Age of the Silicon Valley,
refusing to grant these places their rightful independence against multiple, strong UN resolutions
for them to do so. Here’s first of all an excerpt from Quora.com about America does practice her
part of colonialism. These are different contributing writers providing their individual takes on
this topic.
(a) One of them wrote: “…. It’s true that the US wasn't out there sending military expeditions to
remote parts of Asia and Africa like the British and French were doing, but that's not to say that they
weren't [or they aren’t] out there colonizing too. If you take a look at the US in 1783, [he meant here
the time Britain formally recognized America’s 1776 independence], after they gained independence
from the British, their territory only extended to the eastern half of the Mississippi River
environment, and apart from the coastal areas, most of this was vastly unorganized territory. During
the rest of the 19th century, the US proceeded to acquire the rest of what has since become the
continental United States, through purchases and conquests from various Indian tribes and European
powers. During this time, the idea of "Manifest Destiny", that it was the God-given duty of the
Americans to settle the whole of North America, began to emerge. This writer then argues: if "we-
need-to-settle-the-entirety-of-this-continent-because-God-said-so" - doesn't this sound like
colonialism? He insists, “I don't know what else does”, if this idea or argument doesn’t. He goes on
to narrate that in the later part of the 19th century, and into the 20th century, the US continued
acquiring territory out of what is currently the continental United States, including many islands in
the Pacific. America’s overthrow and subsequent takeover of the Hawaiian kingdom was a textbook
example of colonialism. Furthermore, in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, policy makers, most
prominently Teddy Roosevelt, began to exert their influence on various countries in the West Indies
8

and in Latin America.

What made American colonialism much more different from the British was that they did a great job
at homogenizing (meaning standardizing, regulating and integrating) the areas that they conquered
from others, into their own property. If you look at territories in the British or French Empires, their
populations are generally made up of large native populations ruled by a small, white elite (there are
of course some exceptions to this, namely Canada and Australia, but this was overwhelmingly the
norm in Asia and Africa). When the US acquired new territories, however, large numbers of
American settlers quickly poured into the area, quickly outnumbering preexisting populations
(whether those were Indians, Creoles, Hawaiians or Hispanics etc.) ….”

(b) Jesse Jones, an armchair foreign policy analyst, commented as follows , “…..Some U.S. leaders
had ideas of invading Canada and/or Cuba, to add these territories to those of the United States, but
this would have involved conflict with European powers (Great Britain and Spain largely,) which
would have been too risky. Instead, the U.S. left Cuba alone, and the Oregon Treaty in 1846
peacefully demarcated the boundary between the U.S. and British Canada. In 1854, the American
Commodore, Matthew Perry, "opened" Japan up to trade through a display of force, but America
never "colonized" Japan. In 1867, Alaska was purchased from Russia on peaceful terms…. By 1898,
the U.S. had become a world power in terms of industrial and military strength, and the "closing of
the frontier" meant further expansion would have to come from overseas. The Spanish-American
War in 1898 marked the beginning of the "American Empire." The U.S. crushed the Spanish
Empire and added the Philippines, Guam, and Puerto Rico, gaining its first overseas territories, as
well as acquiring a temporary protectorate over Cuba. In a separate action, Hawaii was annexed
from the native Hawaiian kingdom in 1898. Even so, this American Empire was still quite limited in
scope compared to the European Empires……After World War II, decolonization meant that the
U.S., Great Britain, France, etc. relinquished many of their colonies. The U.S. granted the
Philippines independence. However, America remained in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and several Pacific
islands (Guam, the Virgin Islands etc.) by the consent of the locals, similar to continued British rule
in Bermuda & the Falkland Islands, or the French in French Guiana etc.…. In the Cold War, the
Americans and Soviets engaged in a geopolitical struggle for influence around the world, but this
Cold War narrative is generally not considered [in the traditional or pure sense of] "colonialism.",
Mr. Jones argues.
His narration continues against America’s use of colonialism in its traditional sense when he
explained, “The U.S., as [relatively the biggest] among the world’s superpowers of today, maintains
military bases all over the world. In the early 2000's, [for example], America invaded and occupied
Afghanistan and Iraq. However, I disagree that this amounts to evidence of an "American Empire."
The U.S. maintains military bases in countries such as Japan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, etc. via
alliances….As for Afghanistan and Iraq, these invasions were fundamentally about national security,
and not resource exploitation as in true colonialism…..Iraq's ownership of large oil reserves may
have been another motivating factor (as it is in all, or many of the U.S.'s dealings with Middle
Eastern countries); however, it's patently obvious that Iraq was not purely a "war for oil" as some
critics suggest…
(c) Another Quora User explains: “……Here we run into a pretty [massive] difference between
American and British patterns of colonization. The British colonized without the expectation that the
colony would become part of their metropole – for instance, India would never become part of the
9

UK, Canada would never become part of the UK, et cetera. On the other hand, the US colonized - at
least in the westward expansion - with the expectation that the colonies would mature into states,
which would formally become part of the US. This user then argues: Just because you call your
colonies "territories" and just because you expect to one day formally annex them doesn't
mean you're not colonizing, it just means you're not using the jargon. So the US started out as a
colonial enterprise of England, became independent of Great Britain, and then began its own part of
colonial enterprise”. This user further strengthens his debate that America too is involved with
colonialism in different forms, like in the case of what she’s doing to poor Liberia].
Still further, the user explains, “Alaska was originally a Russian colony that was cheaply purchased
without reference to the wishes of the indigenous peoples living there, and the US bought the Virgin
Islands from Denmark in much the same manner. [We interject here that the Indigenous Liberian
ethnic groups could learn a very big lesson from this clue]. Like what the other user narrated, this
analyst disclosed further that the US assumed control over several Spanish colonies after the Spanish-
American War, including the Philippines, Cuba (as a protectorate) and Puerto Rico. He says, most
American textbooks also do a miserable job at covering the Philippine-American War, which lasted
from 1899 to 1902 and was the result of the US wanting to crush the Philippine independence
movement. The Kingdom of Hawaii ended up getting colonized by Dole (yeah, the fruit guy) and
annexed by the US. And getting really on the nose, the African nation of Liberia was founded as
an American colony of freedmen, virtually none of whom had come from that part of West
Africa, this user still went on to substantiate his argument. [We say what a great cue here again for
Liberians of the 16 original ethnic backgrounds.]

Today, the US still boasts of 5 inhabited colonies with numerous uninhabited ones, which in
reality do belong to other countries, but she wouldn’t let loose of them because of some potential
resources in those places that she’s so interested in.
In short, a clever colonial maneuver, a show of America’s colonialism, a total of 5 inhabited
colonies, including those mentioned earlier on – and the Americans refer to these 21st century
colonial arrangements as unincorporated or insular territories. They also have numerous
uninhabited ones. The full list of the inhabited ones again include: (a) Guam, (b) Puerto Rico,
(c) Northern Mariana Islands, (d) American Samoa, and (e) the Virgin Islands of the United
States. (1) Guam, a Western Pacific Ocean Island, is being governed under the US Organic Act
of 1950; (2) Puerto Rico, part of a Northeastern Caribbean archipelago, is currently
administered under the US Puerto Rican Federal Relations Act; (3) the Northern Mariana
Islands, located in the Northwestern Pacific Ocean, is at present run under the US 1977
Covenant of Administration; (4) American Samoa is located in the South Pacific Ocean, and is
governed too under the authority of the US Department of Interior; while finally, (5) the US
Virgin Islands, located in the Caribbean, are regulated under the US Revised Organic Act of
1954. etc.

Every attempt by all, or a majority of these territories, backed by UN resolutions, to gain their
full-fledged independence, or gain some form of clear political autonomy, has been squashed by
the US Government. For example, in the 1980s and early 1990s, there was a significant
movement in favor of Guam becoming a commonwealth, which would give it a level of self-
governance similar to Puerto Rico and the Northern Mariana Islands, although these latter
10

islands too are currently in search of greater autonomies. However, the US Federal Government
rejected the version of a commonwealth arrangement that the government of Guam had proposed,
due to it having clauses, in the words of Washington, that are incompatible with the Territorial
Clause (Art. IV, Sec. 3, cl. 2) of the U.S. Constitution. Other movements are advocating U.S.
statehood for Guam, union with the state of Hawaii, union with the Northern Mariana Islands
as a single territory, or independence, but none of them is succeeding. Guam is generally thought
of as conservative, on the political spectrum.

For Puerto Rico, the United States Congress legislates over many fundamental aspects of Puerto
Rican life, including citizenship, the currency, the postal service, foreign affairs, military defense,
communications, labor relations, the environment, commerce, finance, health and welfare, and
many others….In 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011, as we might have briefly mentioned earlier
on, the United Nations Special Committee on Decolonization passed resolutions calling on the
United States to expedite a process "that would allow Puerto Ricans to fully exercise their
inalienable right to self-determination and independence," and to release all Puerto Rican
political prisoners under U.S. detention; to clean up, decontaminate and return the lands in the
islands of Vieques and Culebra to the people of Puerto Rico, to perform a probe into U.S. human
rights violations on the island, and a probe into the killing by the FBI of pro-independence
leader Filiberto Ojeda Rios – and all of these have yet to be realized.
Then next, and in a nutshell, is the case of American Samoa, a place noted for having the
highest rate of military enlistment of any U.S. state or territory. As of September 9, 2014, the
local U.S. Army Recruiting Station in Pago Pago was ranked first in production out of the 885
Army recruiting stations and centers under the United States Army Recruiting Command
(USAREC), which includes the 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the
Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, the
Republic of the Marshall Islands, Korea, Japan, and Europe….Although technically considered
"unorganized" since the U.S. Congress has not passed an Organic Act for the territory, American
Samoa is [somewhat] self-governing under a constitution that became effective on July 1, 1967.
However, the Island is still on the United Nations list of Non-Self-Governing Territories, a listing
which is disputed by the territorial government officials, who do consider themselves to be self-
governing. It is though still being administered by the Office of Insular Affairs, U.S. Department
of Interior.
Finally, on May 26, 2009 the U.S. Virgin Islands’ Fifth Constitutional Convention adopted a
proposed Constitution of the Virgin Islands, which was submitted by President Barack Obama to
Congress on March 1, 2010. On June 30, 2010, President Obama signed Pub.L. 111–194 in
which Congress urged the constitutional convention to reconvene [because apparently, provisions
in their new constitution did not match Congress’s wishes for the Island]. etc. and etc.

Former territories of the United States also include Philippines, who fought America for her
independence for about 3 years, but her independence was formerly recognized by the United
States way later on, July 4, 1946. Cuba was an American colony, or territory, as they love to
refer to theirs, whose independence, America recognized on May 20, 1902; and the Panama
11

Canal Zone, under an effective joint Panama-U.S. control based on provisions of the Hay–Bunau-
Varilla Treaty from 1903 to 1979, eventually gained some freedom under different arrangements
after this time. Note that all of these accounts come from Wikipedia.

The big concern after all this reality has been established is that: “If America has all these, and
even many more records about colonialism and imperialism in the respected Whiteman’s world,
even up to this point, then think about what she would care about, in a sadly perceived,
insignificant Blackman’s “Liberia”? But with God above, however, and with our strong
determination to constructively engage them, our only all-time friend, with some people even
referring to them as our stepmother, we all, together, can turn this very ugly page around for the
BETTER, and that’s what the Plain Truth Revolution advocates for right Now, God willing.
That’s why, knowing pretty well how America is so much involved with Liberian affairs,
especially in such a colonially negative way, and also knowing how, because of the UN’s
continuous efforts at taming and restraining America’s hyper-ambition for ruling the world
without equals, as demonstrated by the UN’s objections to some of the US’s unremitting acts of
colonialism in this day and age, all make America to somewhat hate the United Nations at
different fronts etc., we have aspects of our Revolution which speak to these critical international
issues that affect our quest to contribute positively both our country, and to our world by the
grace of God. In this direction, our Revolution publicly denounces the US’s incessant
undermining of the UN in many respects, and its great show of contempt to this august world
body, despite all of her financial contributions to this body. To go beyond the expression of mere
disappointment or criticism of the US’s actions against the UN, and to find some workable
solution to this huge challenge posed to the UN in its worthy world leadership role, we have
advanced some recommendations to the UN, found in the concluding pages of our article about
how the GOL, with US Government support, continues to slap the UN in the face, posted at
https://is.gd/agacaz, which we believe, if the United Nations takes seriously, it will handle such
challenges to her leadership role, as for instance, its tendency of counting too much on single
countries for support and sustenance, like the case currently with her dependence upon the US in
this light, something which America badly builds upon to continuously undermine the UN. With
emphasis, we believe that our recommendations will improve leadership at the United Nations,
dissipate some of the already existing leadership weaknesses and biases that exist, and all this
will make our world a much better and safer place relatively, until God’s great return to judge
this world. Thanks.
As you may have been previously informed, this is just one of the 51 main articles that form part of our
ongoing 2020/2021 citizens’ enlightenment campaign, or our Revolution’s honest, but painstaking
effort and determination never to leave any stone unturned – relative to exposing ALL of the big and
bloody problems of this country (“Liberia”), as we prepare the mind of every citizen and well-wisher for
our demanded National Dialogue, or National Convention, or Sovereign Citizens’ Convention etc.,
whichever way one prefers to call it, so that if this dialogue will have to last for days, weeks, or even
months, there can absolutely be no dull moment at that event. Remember that such activity or event
promises to eat up considerable national resources, and as such, it will rightly be expected to produce the
much-needed final, lasting solutions to our country’s seemingly unsolvable problems by the grace of
God, a strong reason for which we MUST do all we can to provide every bit of information needed to
12

guide and sustain this process. The file that lists all of these 51 main articles, including the one you just
read (exposing the huge mess of this country, ranging from its colonial understanding of religion –
without prejudice to our many good people in the religious circles here - to its broken reasonings behind
deeds and actions, and to its colonially sorrowful activities in the areas of education, health, governance,
politics, civics and economics etc. and etc. – all of which make REVOLUTION the ONLY most viable
remaining alternative for change, in line with GOD’s WORDS), can be found at https://is.gd/lowoza or
