A Nonviolent Social Movement, Bent Upon Peacefully Reformatting the Whole Foundation Of Liberia, And Reinstalling
A Brand New Civic Operating System, But Through A Demanded Sovereign Citizens’ Convention Right Now, Rather
Than Continuous Fake Colonial Elections, Like The Pending 2023 Polls!!!
Featured in the following few pages are related excerpts from some of our many Revolutionary articles, and the
radically detailed title of this excerpt is:
Some Proofs That America Established Liberia For Selfish, Criminal Purposes, But
NEVER For The Best Interest Of The Original Africans That Own This Land, And She
(America) Continues To Run Liberia This Way, And For This Ugly Purpose. But We Now Want God
To Help Us End This Very Sad And Long Chapter Of The Unspeakably Criminal Manipulation Of A
Whole People’s Affairs
Our biggest inspirations in this huge national endeavor intended to bring final, lasting change to this
country by the grace of God, are proudly and largely drawn from both Qur’an 2:42 and John 8:32. This
strange enterprise of great details, as reflected in just the topic or heading above, demonstrates first, our
fear for God, and next, our extremely honest appreciation of the very immense sacrifices made here over the
past decades by the United Nations, which God moved to come and lay the foundation for the kind of change
that our Revolution now aggressively advocates (meaning fundamental and structural changes to this
society). For instance, we aggressively disagree that the mighty UN spent over US$45 billion here in different
costs, from 1990 to date, 2021, and lost over 190 precious human beings here in peacekeeping operations
etc., just to maintain in place, at the end of the day, a very divisive state name, Liberia, a mocking and
disrespectful Declaration of Independence, some messy Constitution, a long list of illegitimate national
symbols, emblems, and holidays etc., NO, NO, and NO. For 7 years of intensive research into this very
nightmarish 2-century-old Liberian story strongly confirms to us that all of the plagues and curses currently
devastating this country – ranging from grinding poverty, to untold lack of development, to chronic moral
decadence across society, and to extreme lack of independence and sovereignty etc., not to mention the 13
full-scale ghastly civil wars that have wrecked our country between 1822 and 2003, with 4 bloody coup
d’états between 1871 and 1985, plus 1 blood-splattered national riot, all yet for a total of 18 BLEEDING
national experiences that took up over 30 years of our existence etc., do convincingly owe largely to our
society’s willful or conscious, but sorrowful suppression of mighty TRUTH in favor of great LIES. With
these great LIES overwhelming the entire country and blocking every good thing from happening for God’s
children here; and with the fact that “to every action, there must be some opposite and equal reaction” for
change to happen, as propounded by Isaac Newton’s 3rd Law of Motion for instance, our Revolution is
determined to redeem this country through God’s Unbeatable Power by rising up to tell the TRUTH – no
matter how embarrassing and dangerous, and no matter against whom it is told, and even if this very ‘raw’
TRUTH telling works against our personal selves, including, even if it breaks our cherished relationships
with husbands, wives, fathers, mothers, schoolmates, workmates, friends, and those sending us remittances
from abroad etc. and etc.
And because Liberia is so tied to America every step of the way, the Liberian story can NEVER be successfully
told for the purpose of bringing honest positive change while leaving America out, thus demanding the volume of
information that we now have to confront if we truly want a change that will inaugurate working systems, law
and order, decency, civilization etc. in this country once and for all by God’s grace. ***Note: Because we have
discovered that a country’s matter can be so huge and serious, and can normally be solved largely, by either: (a) using
the barrel of the guns, or (b) using some massive soul-searching national dialogue; and we prefer (b) over (a), this
revolutionary Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign is intended to spark some great societal and even international
debate that will ultimately lead us to some immediate, compulsory National Conference, or Sovereign Citizens’
Convention, to discuss all of these grave societal issues for final collective relief and liberation, God willing . Finally, If
you ever appreciate this kind of constructive, civil effort by a group of fellow citizens to bring change to our country once and for all,
and you believe that instead of always surfacing at ‘Bhutuo’ and using Bazookas and AK47s in the name of revolution, or bring ing
change, we can rather use pens, papers, and different peaceful civic actions to bring about final, positive change to our country by
the grace and power of God, then please contribute whatever cents and dollars you can afford to this lifesaving national cause. Our

Article identification, plus special words of encouragement for READING……………………...0
General Introductory Notes for all articles………………………………………………………...1
7 of the colonially NASTIEST REASONS for which the US Government has ‘rightly’
always considered ALL the human beings of this country (Liberia) to be their personal
property, or pets, whose futures, potentials, destinies etc. should remain in the hands
of America – defecto or dejure – forever, not to mention the vast natural and other material
resources within these 43,000 square miles of rich West African lands, arm robbed from
our Native African forefathers, and taken full control of, by the US Government, for
their colonial purposes during these painful 200 years now………………………………………2
How sadly, the same way that America orchestrated that evil agenda against us in 1816, arm
robbed our land in 1821 to actualize this evil agenda, sent down her Harvard Law School
Professor to place all of their evil thoughts and intentions against us into some theoretical
statehood arrangement; brought down 7 of their women to design something called flag for
us to match their agenda etc. and etc., is the same way that they have worked along with
their other colonial agents to design and impose upon us all of the other civic and social
theories needed to facilitate group life, including: the form of government in use here,
the shade of democracy at play here, the system of economics we claim to be using here etc……3
A long list of rhetorical questions that we politely ask those who want us to remain
stuck in the kind of relationship that we currently have with mighty America, a relationship
which our Revolution has painfully discovered: is sadly characterized by bloody coercion,
psychological torturing, mental enslavement, and intellectual maneuvering etc.……………...….4
How we are basically arguing that no matter how many good ideas that we ourselves craft in
this place for ourselves, with the current American slavery chain tied all around our throat
and neck, we will never collectively succeed ……………………………………………………..4
A small brain teasing session intended to reconcile some of the unthinkably corrupt and
unethical comportment of America in Liberian affairs, including the cruelly colonial
manipulation of human affairs in this country, from the very conception of Liberia in 1816,
200+ years ago, up to this point, in the year 2021.……………………..........................................5
How the corrupt handling of the Charles Taylor issue by America adds to this bad colonial
record……………………………………………………………………………………………6
How the haphazardly-issued response of the US Embassy in May 2019 to statements made
by Rep. Yekeh Kolubah, Deputy Minister Eugene Fahngon and Sen. Prince Johnson adds
up to this nasty colonial record…………………………………………………………………7
The Plain Truth Revolution’s radical reaction to such a colonial US Embassy response ……..7
While colonial master America who was trying to condemn Messrs. Johnson, Kolubah,
and Fahngon through this release for being tribalist, ethonocentric and discriminatory, our
Revolution presents just a small sample of the US Government’s records for taking side
with the Americo-Liberians in wreaking great havoc on the Native camp in this country ……8
How everything here proves bloodily colonial for which some bolder conversations
about these issues must be held around the table instead of keep moving on with failed
colonial Liberia…………………………………………………………………………………….9
More convincing proofs of Liberia being the US Government’s perpetual colonial property,
something that MUST now politely STOP by the grace of God…………………………………10
List of 10 of Liberia’s post-Mickey-mouse independence presidents that were born and
rared in America before coming down to assume their positions, not to mention all those
that governed the colony during the 25 years before its claimed independence of 1847………...11
How, apart from the fact that almost all persons that govern Liberia MUST be either born in
America, or be closely related to America, the US Government is also explicitly involved
with all processes and decisions about who governs this colony of theirs, even when the
beautiful democratic word called “Election” is used ……………………………………………12
A gist of some of the NASTIEST colonial records behind Liberian elections of the new
Millennium, from 2005 to 2017……………………………………......................................12
Some proofs of how even American presidents, including prominent figures within the
international community do agree strongly with these claims made by our Revolution
about America’s colonial ownership of Liberia………………………………………………….14
How the vision-bearing Kartees’ Family of the Plain Truth Revolution initiated the practical
demonstration of the Revolution’s arguments that it is America that currently colonially
owns Liberia in totality…………………………………………………………………………...15
How we think that the theory of Liberia is sadly unsustainable, as for example, no serious
and progressive people can ever survive on the discussions and outcomes from just one pre-
Mickey-Mouse Independence national forum, as the one held between June and July 1847,
for which a much serious and more inclusive national forum MUST be held now before
we spoil everything probably mistakenly ………………………………………………………..16
How we believe that because of the kinds of suppression that we have suffered in this country,
and continue to suffer to date at the hands of America; and the kind of fate that this bogus
1816 American connection has exposed us to for the past 200+ years now etc., for God to
show HIMSELF omnipotent on our behalf, the biggest challenge to America in this life
(preferably a peaceful one), MUST come from this small, dark part of the globe ………………17
How we want the US Government and the Government of Liberia to please be very careful
with the handling of this well-informed agitation of ours for final change in our country by
the grace of God, as God loves all of us human beings equally, and is gracious enough to act
on our behalf so massively just as America thinks that she is being favored too by our God…...17

EXCERPT/ARTICLE #4 OF 35
This is the 4th Subject Matter, or Theme among the 35 different topical issues that we have
brought to you during this PTR’s 2020/2021 Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign. Please get
any other one that you are interested in, or all the rest, very importantly, either from your
friends, or from the street corners, if possible, or better still, simply from the Internet at
either https://is.gd/rawoma or https://is.gd/wigica.
Special Notes: (a) Please take the reading of these items very seriously as God needs
everybody’s attention and input now to either change this only country of ours’ (meaning
“Liberia’s) situation around for the better once and for all, or sadly, to deal it a big blow of
punishment for stubbornly refusing to change in 200 years. Remember that although Liberia was
physically established in 1822, according to very credible sources, the act to create this US
Colony in Africa was nevertheless passed by the American Congress on March 3, 1819, and it
still maintains this ‘US colony’ status in practice today, in 2021. (b) We are encouraging every
petit trader, article publisher, street vendor, and all business people for that matter to please
access these items from us free of charge (although maintaining their originality and integrity),
and then produce and reproduce copies to deal them out to the public at very affordable prices, as
part of this great sensitization campaign for final, positive change in our country by God’s grace.
To re-stress or re-emphasize the very critical need for every member of this society to adopt some
honest appetite and culture for reading, especially for reading every bit of information or item, as
possible, that talks about their country, this only precious home of ours, so that, together, we all can
now change this country’s highly embarrassing situation around for the better by the grace of God,
before we unfortunately lose it to the Devil totally, God forbid, let’s encourage you with these 3
quotes, 3 of our most prominent quotes on reading for that matter, as follows: (1) There are crimes
worse than burning books [or articles, papers, leaflets etc.], and one of such horrible crimes is your
refusal to read them. – Joseph Brodsky (2) Read, Read, and Read!!! Read everything – thrash,
classics, good and bad, and see how they do it. Just like a carpenter who works as an apprentice and
studies the master, Read! You will absorb it. Then write. If it is good, you will find out. If it is not
good, then throw it out of the window. – William Faulkner (3) If you would tell me the heart of a
man, tell me not what he reads, but [rather] what he rereads. – Francois Muriac
WE STRESS: If everyone fights to read, especially to read the deep things pertaining to our country
right now; and together, we create this new, civilized and lifesaving culture and tradition of reading,
thus pushing this great tradition onto future generations beginning now etc., we could be surprise to
see a brand new, and productive society coming into being immediately during this very lifetime of
ours, and before our own eyes. But if you refuse, thinking that our time is too important to read
things about our own country, or that we are too busy with our jobs, or our business etc., and as such,
we care less about reading what’s happening around us, and to our society etc. and etc., we may be
surprise as well, that during this very lifetime of ours again, and right before our own eyes again, war
could break out in this country, and that cherished job or business that is too important to us today,
including our very lives – God forbid – could be shattered; and in this way, we are going to be
responsible. The blood of our people will be on our hands and heads. A hint to the wise should be
quite sufficient!!!!
Thank you very much for getting properly informed, and joining us to make “Liberia’s 201st anniversary
a year of great change on Planet Earth!!!! **Note: The numbers on the cover page are exclusively for our

KEY BEGINNING NOTE: (Same Across All 35 Revolutionary Excerpts Released During This
2020/2021 Citizens’ Enlightenment Campaign, Apart from Excerpt #1, and featured at the
beginning of each first page, or on the entire first page of each article; meaning, if you read it with
understanding for a given excerpt or article, then needless to continue reading it for subsequent
excerpts. You may just go straight into the main issues for the rest of the 33 excerpts or articles.
This note reads):To get a good idea of what this big and strange civic campaign is all geared towards
achieving at the end of the day, including its importance, plus why we are presenting things so strangely for
this environment as you see us doing, please first refer to our article, with title abbreviated or paraphrased here
as, “ What Really Does Our Revolution Immediately Want For Country, And How We Intend To Achieve
It”, posted at https://is.gd/hugoku; and to also have an idea of the leading convictions and philosophies that
drive this whole Revolutionary enterprise of ours, please as well, refer to our article ‘abbreviatedly’ entitled
here as, “The 21 leading convictions and philosophies of Our Revolution”, posted too at
https://is.gd/nugaha. But if you are already aware that the overriding goal of this civic campaign is to
‘undo’ and ‘redo’ ‘Liberia’, then you may please just go ahead and read this article before coming back to
the first two recommended above, which will enhance your insight into the issues; with the first being very
crucial for gaining better understanding of how we intend to accomplish this great civic job of re-
foundationing our country (“Liberia”), God willing. Note further that the names and web links of all of the
individual articles accompanying these first two above, and thus forming part of this “2020/2021 Citizens’
Enlightenment” campaign of our Revolution, including this very article, are listed and categorized in a
separate 7-page release that we have decided to publish independently at https://is.gd/lowoza or
https://is.gd/elumem, depending on preferred file type. We will additionally try to produce independent hard
copies of this pretty key, 7-page “Revolutionary menu” for street circulation by God’s grace. For those who
want to investigate further, apart from our Facebook Page and web address provided on the cover page above,
you may politely go to https://is.gd/ilodil to access a single file with the list, abstracts, and links of all of the
articles that we have managed to do within these 7 years of our investigation thus far, ranging from full-
fledged pamphlets to audio recordings, and amateur videos. Remember that we are a white-collar
Revolution of IDEAS, and not of guns, a Revolution that is demanding some radical National Dialogue etc.,
reasons for which all of the issues needed for such dialogue MUST be provided, or largely provided by us,
God willing, even if such intellectually-intensive National Conference, as we are demanding – and not
appealing for – will have to last for 6 uninterruptible months by the grace of God, since you will bear us
witness that the burden of proof always lies with the accuser or claim maker. And we are the claim maker
here, saying in short that: “largely EVERYTHING about Liberia is ABSOLUTELY WRONG, BLOODY,
and very UNSUSTAINABLE, for which we now demand this compulsory national Get Together to forthwith
sit around the table, and set things right for ourselves once and for all, by the grace of God, before ever re-
taking off, although now, on a better and sustainable footing as a people. And finally, please note importantly
here that our main articles do have full ‘pre’ and ‘post’ items – including acknowledgements,
bibliographies/references etc. – but for revolutionary purposes here, mainly to politely push you into
completely reading each of these excerpts/articles without picking and choosing issues for now, we have
decided to omit some of these ‘pre’ and ‘post’ items. Additionally, for the cumbersome nature of compiling
these massive amounts of information, and the very difficult working and other environmental constraints
that have been faced, and continue to be faced by our team, based on the kind of handicapped society in which
we find ourselves, not to mention the natural human aspect, you may experience some errors here and there,
including some probable disconnects, as you read on, especially as these articles are excerpts, randomly
collected from much bigger works. Never mind, please. For we will keep reading these epic articles, and
where faults of any kinds are found within them, we will keep bringing them down, correcting such faults, and
reposting them by God’s grace, as we are systematically committed to care, official correction of faults,
continuous improvements, and ultimate excellence. Thanks for your understanding, and thanks as well for
developing interest in this lifesaving civic agenda. Welcome onboard the reading of this particular article.

F
rom: (a), their 1816 meeting at the Davis Hotel in Washington DC which concluded on
how Blacks exploiting the ongoing slave rebellions and terrorizing the American Society,
including poisoning the minds of other slaves to disobey their masters etc., should be
weeded out, and expelled from the country in order to bring about stability and tranquility to the
American society, and to restore the unfettered obedience of slaves to their masters, for which
they quickly established a ragtag NGO called the American Colonization Society to carry out
this scheme, to (b), their 1817 Congressional Resolution that authorized the ACS to dump these
people very far off the expanding American frontiers for fear of the kind of mischief that will
characterize life to where these people would be dumped; to (c), their 1819 Congressional
Resolution that authorized the ACS to establish a colony in Africa for the dumping of these
unwanted people according to America’s social dictionary, including Congress’ instruction to the
Treasury Department to disburse a hundred thousand dollars (US$100,000, around US$2
million of today’s money equivalent, according to Wikipedia) to this cause, meaning to facilitate
the creation of this colony by ACS in Africa, and giving President James Monroe, founder, and
member of ACS the legitimate authority to use the US Navy officially in this operation; to (d),
their implicit instructions to Naval officers on this operation (Surgeon Dr. Eli Ayres and naval
Lieutenant, later turned Captain Robert Field Stockton of the USS Alligator to arm rob land
from the Africans – if that’s what it took – to ensure the creation of this “Recycle Bin” Colony in
Africa for their unwanted Blacks; to (e) the change of our territory’s existing, original name,
Grain Coast, given by the Portuguese Explorer, Pedro de Cintra, to “Liberia” given by
Carolina and Maryland States’ Congressman Robert Goodloe Harper, who was also a US Army
General; to (f), their January 1846 instruction to these dumped, unwanted Blacks to declare
independence over our territory that they had already arm robbed for the use of these people, so
just as to cleverly end ACS’s financial responsibility of catering for the colony; to (g) their
explicit seconding (which in this case means, sending as backup, or sending to represent, or
sending to secure their interest etc.) here, of their colonial agent, Professor John Simon
Greenleaf of the Harvard School of Law, to the so-called Constitutional Convention in June to
July 1847, the man who totally framed the whole Liberian statehood theory into America’s
exclusive colonial favor etc. and etc., the US Government has ‘rightly’ always considered ALL
the human beings of this country to be their personal property, or creatures, whose futures,
potentials, destinies etc. should remain in the hands of America – defecto or dejure – forever, not
to mention the vast natural and other material resources within these 43,000 square miles of rich
West African lands, arm robbed from our Native African forefathers and taken full control of, by
the US Government, for their colonial purposes during these painful 200 years now.

Before proceeding further, please note importantly here that: (a) the slave rebellions that
produced criminals and persona non-gratas, as mentioned above, which the ACS was
established to address, by ostracizing such criminals instead of rightfully and morally
rehabilitating them etc., were prompted by growing calls for slaves to be free in America, and for
slavery, as an institution, to be abolished, plus government’s own intervention in this direction,
including President Thomas Jefferson’s reported 1808 bill, or executive order to abolish slavery,
which was just apparently for mere formality, as he was also a member of the ACS, and privately
owned slaves as well. (b) The 4 major and dangerous descriptions used by Americans, including
ACS founders, for people that qualified for this outright banishment out of the American society
included Morally Lax (Blacks), Mentally Inferior (Blacks), Criminally Oriented (Blacks), and
of course (Blacks) proven to be Promoters of Mischief. (c) All of the facts presented above,
3

including all those featured from the very beginning of this article, are gleaned from different
credible sources including the Niles’ Weekly Register of Baltimore, Maryland, and other major
cities within the USA principally, then Wikipedia, then Dr. Neils Hahn’s narration of the
Liberian tale, narrations done by Dr. Fred P. M. van der Kraiij of the Netherlands, books written
by California-based New York Historian Dr. James Ciment, and Liberia’s own American-
trained Historian Dr. Joseph Saye Guannu among others.

Having made these worthwhile clarifications, we now continue by saying that the same way that
America orchestrated that evil agenda against us in 1816, arm robbed our land in 1821 to
actualize this evil agenda, sent down her Harvard Law School Professor to place all of their evil
thoughts and intentions against us into some theoretical statehood arrangement or framework;
brought down 7 of their women to design something called flag for us to match their agenda etc.
and etc., is the same way that they have worked along with their other colonial agents to design
and impose upon us all of the other civic and social theories needed to facilitate group life,
including: the form of government in use here, the shade of democracy at play here, the system of
economics we claim to be using here, and so forth, and this same America has been using bloody,
physical, psychological and economic force and duress to restrict us to those thoughts, theories
and ideas of theirs painfully forever, when the United Nations has said in all of her key
documents that all groups of people should be allowed to think for themselves, and to design for
themselves the right kind of political, civic, economic and other social theories that suit their
common conditions and aspirations in life.

It is this kind of relationship that we have with mighty America, characterized by bloody
coercion, psychological torturing, mental enslavement, and intellectual maneuvering etc. that
some people in this country, with the support of some American backers want us to remain stuck
to forever, especially largely out of the two big reasons of: (a) fear, and (b) personal greed and
interest, as others are massively enjoying from this eternal seizure of a whole people’s fate and
destiny, as they work along with the colonial master, America herself, in doing all this evil.
We are humbled to ask these few rhetorical questions here, as follows, among many more that we
have, including: (a) Should we keep empowering and encouraging Americans (mainly the US
Government) and her colonial surrogates and beneficiaries on ground, to continuously
demonstrate private ownership of our lives, thoughts, destinies, fate, potentials etc. as their
personal property, private belongings, or collateral damage forever, when in reality, it is ONLY
GOD who exclusively owns us, and everything about us, human beings? (b) Because of the
adject poverty that Liberia is exposed to, majority of the citizens live on little remittances from
family members and friends mainly in America. In addition, because of the of the closeness of
Liberia’s relationship with America, no country on the Planet hosts the biggest Liberian Diaspora
than the United States, which Wikipedia says hosts over half a million Liberians. Now, if even
one thinks that as a result of our final consciousness to self-determination today, and as a result of
the appropriate radical actions that we are now getting involved with, by the grace of God, to
effect this determination etc., the fate of the around 500,000 Liberians in America will be
endangered by our actions and advocacy for independence from America, and the fate of the
Liberians living on remittances also will be endangered etc., then we will still ask such skeptics
to reconcile facts like the ones in these questions that follow, including: (i) Should the fate of 5
million suffering people and their entire future generations, not to mention the mockery being
4

made out of our God, God forbid!, in this phony Liberia hullaballoo etc., continue to be held
hostage just for the sake of protecting the interest of 500,000 people who are already enjoying
greener pastures, and who already find themselves in a society that respects the rights of human
beings, and in which they could easily defend themselves for our positive actions back home,
which will ultimately bring relief and pride to them in the end? (ii) Are our 500,000 brothers and
sisters in America not law-abiding residents, and even citizens there, faithfully and diligently
contributing to the American economy? (iii) Should our fathers, mothers, cousins, uncles,
aunties, brothers and sisters in America allow themselves to be unjustifiably molested because
their proven suppressed and oppressed majority family members back home want to make life
better for themselves? (iv) Should we keep protecting $50 and $100 remittances against the huge
potentials that we have to become millionaires in large majority if our country was running the
way it should be, or if it was running in our best interest? (v) With all of the over 500,000
Liberians that we have in the United States, and majority sending $50 and $100 to their family
members, friends and relatives back home regularly, do we still not have some of the worst
economic profiles, if not the worst on the Planet, including the poorest of the poorest on Earth,
after 200 years now of being around? With all of these remittances coming down regularly, does
Liberia not carry the description of one of the hungriest countries, if not the hungriest country on
the Planet; is Monrovia not been graded by the United Nations Development Program and
other think tanks as the world’s most uncomfortable city regularly etc.? Does all this not speak
volume that the only way out of our situation is to begin to think and act for ourselves, and within
our own supreme collective interest as a group of people, instead of keep depending upon
people’s remittances, although we are not saying here that these remittances are not helping for
the time? Should there not be a time for everything under this sun, and a time for every purpose?
Should we be depending upon people’s remittances forever against our own development and
advancement in life, as a truly independent people? (c) It’s even fascinating to know that
America herself intriguingly announced her pretentious recognition of Liberia’s fake ACS-
granted independence for material and economic resources’ sake in 1862, although their
government has been the same entity playing all of these different colonial games etc. and etc.?

Basically, what we are saying here is that no amount of good ideas that we ourselves craft in this
place with the current American slavery chain tied all around our throat and neck, will ever
succeed, that’s why it’s too important to first untie this colonial chain. In fact, it is so disgusting
to observe that in a somewhat regularly boastful confirmation of her private ownership of
Liberia, and her original intention and design for Liberia as a trial ground for all sorts of unethical
and immoral experimentations, including multiple deadly maneuvers and the horrible
manipulations of human affairs etc., the current colonial state, or status quo, in Liberia continues
to be bloodily protected and sustained since the American soil is so precious and under some real
restrictions to ever allow any of these kinds of dubious activities like what the US Government
and her multinational companies or Wall Street giants normally do here. With the kinds of human
enlightenment work that has now been done in several places around the world too, it has become
very difficult, if not impossible for any of these kinds of unethical trials and experimentations
with human beings that America and her multiple Wall Street actors and Bretton Wood
institutions have now gotten so used to doing here unchallenged. America’s many strange and
bloody manipulations of human affairs in this country – using one cunning formula or another
brutal one – have now become so difficult to describe, and unimaginable to bear. A few of the
5

numerous accounts of America’s egregious manipulations of human affairs here include just the
few that we have outlined below.

But as a sort of premise, we say, let’s please try to reconcile the below historical comportment of
America in Liberian affairs from the very conception of Liberia in 1816, 200+ years ago, up to
this point, in the year 2021. We will try to connect the dots using several different arguments,
each of which will be constructed with the conjunctive preposition, even though, as you will see
as follows; that is: …..(a) Even though the American Southerners who established the American
Colonization Society to rid their land of ‘predominantly’ criminal Black elements that they said
were terrorizing their country through different rounds of slave rebellions and other illicit
activities, including other Blacks that they had established to be just utterly unproductive, for
which the Americans used four key adjectives to describe these people, i.e. their targets of this
ACS’ “Send Them Back To Africa” Campaign as: morally lax, criminally oriented, promoters
of mischief, and mentally inferior, the Americans still insisted that they were bringing these
same caliber of Blacks back to Africa (today’s Liberia) to ‘Christianize’ and Civilize Africa,
beginning with this place (Niles’ Weekly Register; ACS Second National Convention etc.); (b)
Even though America had vowed not to recognize Liberia’s independence because it insisted
that the founders of Liberia, their ACS Back to Africa Products of the four key adjectives
mentioned above, were pure rogues and mischief makers who totally lack every iota of self-
governance, this same United States Government in 1862, swallowed its words, and recognized
Liberia’s independence, mainly for the sake of America’s economic gains over other European
powers in this part of West Africa (New York Times, February 5, 1862); (c) Even though this
America, we know, is the biggest champion and police of democracy in our current world, when
criminals took guns and gruesomely murdered sitting President William R. Tolbert in 1980 and
seized power in Liberia, Washington unprecedentedly stepped up its financial support to the
Liberian Government under these broad day ‘alleged’ killers of Tolbert and his several officials,
at a scale never before seen in Liberian history, as: America’s support climbed from an annual
amount of US$20 million to a walloping US$75 million per annum (Wikipedia and other
sources); (d) Even though America champions the cause of morally upright and democratic
tenets both at home and all around the world, this same America aided (one way or the other) the
escape of its own Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Operative and criminally indicted Liberian
Government Official, Mr. Charles Taylor from the Plymouth Corrections Palace in
Massachusetts in September 1985, a man who then, with the backing of Liberian groups and
finances from America again, waged one of the deadliest and bloodiest of all recorded civil wars
on the African Continent, on Liberia from 1989 to 1997 (Boston Globe Newspaper, BBC World
Service, US Library of Congress etc.); and (e), in line with ALL of our research findings that
Liberia was sadly established to be principally inhabited by criminals, and as such, to be
governed only by criminals (conscious or unconscious), even though, it has now been
overwhelmingly established that Americo-Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf had had her
finger active in every pie of bloodbath that decimated this country since 1985 up to this point,
including her reported defense, before the very US Congress in June 1990, of the use of child
soldiers in Liberia’s very NASTY and BLOODY 14 year uncivil crisis of 1989 to 2003
(according to sources such as http://focusonliberia.worldpress.com; www.publicagendanews.com
6

etc.), America, the biggest known advocate and contributor to the promotion of human rights and
the rule of law across our world, did shamefully, colonially stand by the side of this woman,
using their huge global influence to make her win all of the prestigious accolades in this world,
ranging from the very reputable Nobel Peace Prize to the prestigious Presidential Medal of
Freedom, awarded to her by President Bush in 2007, and not to mention the 14 honorary
doctorate degrees that she took to her credit from universities all across the United States, in
addition to the American Government’s politically motivated award of huge prize money to this
very CORRUPT woman and her Government through the supposedly objective Millennium
Challenge Corporation for so-called good governance and economic maturity etc., and an even
more unwavering commitment that everyone saw on the part of the United States, to continue to
do business with this woman and her government at every level; and even at the point of this
woman’s exit from office, America still worked with her – again using one formula or the other –
to choose for herself a befitting successor, in her view, that will continue to colonially drive the
country in the direction which she and her colonial master want it go!!!!! Oh, fellow human
beings of our beautiful Planet, what a terribly mind-boggling situation, to see one colonial duo
just charming everybody to sit by and watch, as they violate every norm of principle-mindedness
and even their own conscience, to the extent that we see America and her surrogates (Americo-
Liberians and their GOL) handling human affairs of this place called Liberia.
When Nigeria decided to grant Charles Taylor asylum in 2003 to enhance the current Liberian
Peace process, there reportedly were no provisions for him to be extradited in the future,
according to a US Congressional expert, as he Taylor himself, for the sake of peace, decided to
take several things into consideration to drop his right to fight to the end. Nigeria stuck to its vow
that it will never turn Taylor over to the Hague, nor to any authority, except upon the formal
request of a democratically elected Liberian president or government. But when Harvard-trained
World Bank Economist, and America’s most outstanding colonial surrogate of all-time, Ellen
Johnson Sirleaf took power in 2006, just within less than two months after her inauguration, in
betrayal of Taylor, and in breach of a key element strengthening the country’s current peace, she
did a formal request to the Nigerian Government for Taylor’s extradition against this key pillar of
the current peace claimed to be enjoyed by this country. After denying this action for a while as
usual, Mrs. Sirleaf finally admitted this iniquity; and, responding to a suggestive concern about
why so soon with the issue of turning her fellow compatriot and rebel-mate over to an already
American backed kangaroo justice process against Taylor], Ellen replied, “[We acted out of]
international pressure, ‘controlling our efforts to…. raise the resources we need for our
development etc…. (Nicolas Cook, Analyst in African Affairs: Foreign Affairs, Defense and
Trade Division, US Congressional Research Service, Library of Congress) **Please note above
that we use the word ‘kangaroo’ justice process with NO prejudice to the United Nations,
which was part of this process with a different, more honest intention for justice, just as she has
been active with the country’s TRC process for justice. For the kangaroo aspect is America’s
very intrusive involvement with the process just to get at Taylor for different colonial reasons, as
the UN was never going to be the one forcing Taylor out of his asylum in Nigeria, and so forth.
That’s not how the UN works, our Revolution knows this for sure.

With some knowledge now about some, or all of the many sensitive issues bordering on the
survival and forward-march of our society, after carefully recounting some fishy events of the
past, involving the kind of bloody manipulations being done here by the Americo-Liberians
against the Native camp, with colonial master backing, and using different formulas, including
the fake use of the words “revolution”, “patriotism” or “nationalism” and the likes, a few top
Native elements within the current Americo-Liberian GOL Administration decided to raise some
red flags sometime in 2019 about a certain professed patriotic venture coming under the
predominant leadership of the Americo-Liberians once again. Instead of colonial master,
America, either staying free of these kinds of true debates since they seemed purely domestic, to
see how the country could handle it by herself, or for America to rather intervene in a way that
dignifies the Natives while calling for more of calm etc., she published a statement at her
Embassy’s official website that tried to paint these top Native elements in the GOL as people
who didn’t know what they were saying at all, or just mere trouble makers, using such
expressions as ‘promoting a divide’ to describe these officials’ comments and well-researched
observations. In early May 2019, the US Embassy posted at its official website a press release in
this regard, excerpted as follows: “The Embassy of the United States is concerned by recent
comments made in various fora which could impede Liberia’s progress”, [as if Liberia was
making any progress in the midst of this kind of bloody ethnocentrism and negative American
hegemony]. They continued: “Those who promote, through words or deeds, a Congo-Country
divide do not have Liberia’s best interests, or that of their constituents at heart, but rather
appear motivated by personal ambitions or fears. It is unacceptable for Senator Prince Y.
Johnson, Rep. Yekeh Kolubah, ex-generals or other former actors in Liberia’s civil wars to
incite unlawful acts through ill-considered rhetoric that could jeopardize Liberia’s hard-won
peace and stability. It is equally irresponsible for people within leadership positions in
government or the ruling party to promote such division as Deputy Minister Eugene Fahngon
has done on Social Media. To take such a public stance and suggest that it is a private opinion or
a personal right reflects a misunderstanding of the nature of public service in a democracy…”
Note that to this US Embassy comment, the Plain Truth Revolution says, while we don’t
encourage anyone reflecting upon these painful realities in a way that may stir up hatred and
animosity, while keeping the problem unresolved [probably as the former rebel generals
mentioned above might have been doing it] etc., we rather argue that an honest and impartial
patron, as America wants to always be in Liberian affairs, should have instead appropriately
recognized the existential nature of the dirty legacies of this Native treatment by the Americo-
Liberians, which their own citizen, Professor Dr. James Ciment of New York did describe once
as “Liberia’s Original Sin”, and as such, the Embassy should have empathized the plight of the
99% citizenry of this country who continue to suffer the legacies of these unresolved American-
backed Americo-Liberian cruelties to date, and talk something positive about it as well, instead of
making it appear as if Messrs. Johnson, Kolubah, and Fahngon didn’t know at all what they
were saying, or they were mere wicked people trying to stir confusion, NO, NO, and NO. For
sadly, this was some of the colonial tactics again being played by the US Government to keep our
country like this forever. For a people who are afraid of their HISTORY and the TRUTH, are a
cursed and doomed people, and God forbid, we are NOT!!!!, so we are going to bring back these
harsh unresolved past and debate them, as we now search a better version of independence and
8

sovereignty, God willing. For we believe President Chi Jinping of China when he said, “To
forget history is a betrayal [of the sufferings, pains and contributions etc. of the people that lived
before us], and to deny past crimes, is to keep repeating them [STUPIDLY].”
Meanwhile this very colonial master America who was condemning Messrs. Johnson, Kolubah,
and Fahngon, is on record for taking side with the Americo-Liberians in wreaking great havocs
on the Native camp of this country, and she continues to do so to date, again, using different
formulas, and she has not done anything to redress these great iniquities yet. Since the burden of
proof always lies with the accuser or claim maker, let’s just provide you a few accounts here of
how the US Government has explicitly stood on the side of the Americo-Liberians to wreak
havoc on the Natives of this country consistently. 5 of the proofs will be historical, while we will
give one example of current days’ part of the accounts, in connection with President Chi’s
warning above that once we do nothing about the past, those cruelties of the past will keep
repeating themselves. Here we go:

(a) To so-called aid the expansion of Liberia on behalf of the predominantly criminal Black
American returnees by force against every qualm and concern of the Natives and original
African owners of this land, the US Government, in the 1820s, according to Wikipedia, began
to send down huge supplies of military-style arms and ammunition to the Americo-Liberians,
one of such military vessels tracked in these cruel activities was the Schooner Shark in 1827.

(b) According to an April 2020 communication now delivered to the Liberian authorities by
Boston-based Torli Krua of the Universal Human Rights International featured as well on
FrontPage Africa online, and other credible sources, the Matilda Newport Massacre of
unarmed Native protesters in Monrovia in the early 1820s was aided and abetted by the
United States Navy. Monrovia was a US Naval Base, and some of the African Americans
who settled came as employees of the US Navy. The cannon used, which is mentioned in
several different narrations of Liberia history, as reportedly fired by Matilda Newport, was
actually a property of the US Navy and was used by US Naval operatives instead against our
Native forefathers for agitating for their own lands that were being robbed from them by both
American agents and the Americo-Liberians.

(c) The Kru, Grebo and Gola Tribes, notably from the beginning, fed up with how the cruel
Monrovia-based Americo-Liberian elite government persistently sat by, extorted monies from
them in the name of taxes, without the provision of any social services to them, while at the
same time imposing itself upon them by interfering with their age-old trade activities with
seafarers and other foreigners etc., rose up against the Americo-Liberian Government in
revolt. Very itchy to intervene to the advantage of the Americo-Liberians in a much more
intimidating way, while showing superiority, the US Government, in their perhaps first
showdown on this new agenda, decided to instruct Captain A. A. Seemes to use his official
gunboat, the USS Alaska, to carry Americo-Liberian President James S. Payne to Cape
Palmas for the settlement of the Grebo War (1875-76), one in a series of domestic indigenous
uprisings against the cruel rule of the Americo-Liberians; and as usual, tensions quieted down
from this war to the advantage of the Americo-Liberians. Because the root causes of these
kinds of uprisings were never tackled, as it remains the same way today, in 2021, the
9

achievement of Captain Semmes and his USS Alaska was short-lived, as our Native
nationalists were not deterred by America’s display of their warships or gunboats on behalf of
their so-called freed slaves, and these tribal uprisings continued after brief cessations.

(d) Because the US Government saw the determination and fearlessness of our Native forefathers
to defend their rights and their God-given heritage, America decided to now be more
physically brutal on behalf of her criminal Black deportees rather than using mere
intimidation as it was reported in the case of Captain A. A. Semmes and his USS Alaska in
1876. During the Grebo attack on the Americo-Liberian settlement of Harper, Maryland in
1893, despite the fact that the Greboes had a legitimate concern, and that this issue was
domestic, American troops came from onboard their official gunboat/warship, the
Gorronoma, and on behalf of the ever-corrupt and cruel Monrovia Black American Settler
Government, fought and massively killed the unsophisticated Grebo tribesmen, people who
were mainly fighting with traditional implements like bow and arrows.

(e) Such official American Government brutality against our poor, un- and underequipped tribal
people didn’t stop with the experience of Gorronoma in 1893. In 1915, when the coastal Kru
people decided to resist the Monrovia’s Black American authorities again for the same reason
above, even expressing the depth of their frustration by declaring their loyalty to Great
Britain, as any reasonable group of people would do, and begging Sierra Leone to annex their
territory etc., the United States Government, in response, diverted its warship, the USS
Chester, in route from Turkey, back home to America, to Liberia instead, to brutally squash
this 1915 Kru Rebellion, and they did again, on behalf of their ever-mischievous and
unproductive Black American Monrovia based government. etc.

Because of these and many more disgusting narratives, Liberia and its GOL, with great US
Government support, have failed in 200 years to ensure any proper working of the beautiful idea
of democracy. And everything here sadly, from theory to practical, proves the existence of a
totally non-independent and non-sovereign country with the human beings only living like the
personal properties of some powerful people sitting somewhere else. A country claiming
independence and sovereignty since 1847, majority of the people of this place don’t even know
as yet, over 170 years, what form of government their country runs; what shade of democracy
their country runs; what system of economics is at work in their country etc. Every historical,
theoretical, and practical reality here proves that our country is not independent, and that
what was declared here in 1847 was a very fake thing. If the good people of America, who were
at the center of granting this independence in 1847 want to disagree with our argument today,
then the best place to defend their disagreement will be at that National Convention or that
Sovereign Citizens’ Convention that we are now demanding. Or, if they agree with us on this
key point, then of course we can declare or re-declare our independence in a legitimate fashion;
still again, at this same demanded National Convention. But we demand that debates
surrounding this counter-claim of ours be logically concluded before anyone ever stands on line
again to vote in this place, and before the government undertakes any major capital project
anymore.
10

Having made this very crucial point, we like to continue with the adequate substantiation of our
claim against America here by stating that in order to make sure that all the colonial MESS
created here – some of which we believe America did out of mistake – remain intact, and that
our fate and destinies remain in her hand colonially forever, God forbid, America does all she can
always to ensure that governance and political leadership remain ‘rightly’ under her control one
way or the other forever. We say as such, according to careful statistics, for Liberia’s 170+ years
of Mickey Mouse Independence now, she has had 25 presidential administrations, but 22
physical presidents. And not to mention how all of the roughly 15 or 16 Agents and Governors –
whether acting, or proper – from Dr. Eli Ayres to Joseph Jenkins Roberts – that governed the
Liberian Colony and Commonwealth were all born in the United States etc., out of these 22
physical presidents, 10 are reported to have been born in the United States before emigrating to
Liberia, and later assuming their so-called presidencies, while out of the balance 12, 9 are of
strictly American descent, locally called the Americo-Liberians, with the only 3 Native ever
recorded to assume this country’s presidency in almost 2 centuries now, only serving for a
combined 12 years and 3 months respectively. And sadly further, specific mention is meanwhile
to be made here about the bloody nature through which the longest serving Native, which was the
10-year service Native, did assume the presidency, and how the 3 month-service Native, only
went in to complete an Americo-Liberian’s term (for which he’s really not to be counted much),
while for the last, which is the incumbent, that has been around for about 3 years now, came to
power through another round of the usual bloodily deceitful Americo-Liberian exercises called
Elections in this country, a beautiful democratic exercise that has unfortunately been
commandeered by the Americo-Liberians since 1847, with US Government support, for use as
ultimate tool for the perpetual effectuation of their colonial Kleptocracy called a Democracy,
which aims forever, to propagate a terribly criminal culture, and an ever-exacerbating Tyranny of
a Huge Ignorant Majority – all for America’s colonial gains at the end of the day. And as a
colonial and imperialist hallmark, each one of these 2 main Native regimes were, and are, being
overwhelmingly characterized by Americo-Liberians’ active involvement with driving ALL of
the key policies of the day, and doing all of the sinister political moving and shaking the same
way behind the scenes, in America’s prime interest.
It’s good to repeat here that these so-called Native Presidents, for emphasis, were, and are being
heavily dictated to, directed, instructed, controlled and influenced by Americo-Liberian advisors,
or are completely driven by the original US/Americo-Liberian 1822 strategic colonial agenda for
this country etc. For example, to prove that it is the Americo-Liberians who are running the
show, as they have always been doing so since 1822 in their master’s best interest, one can see
that with a novice and seemingly illiterate Native Liberian president (even though a reported
naturalized American citizen again) in power today, advisers of his, in key national matters are
all Americo-Liberians, reportedly, including: (a) Economic Adviser, the one advising on the
most biting issue of the day, plaguing the country, economics, is Charles Bright; (b) the Legal
Advisor, Mr. Archibald Bernard, and (c) the Political Advisor is Mr. Emmanuel Shaw etc.
This almost exactly was what happened during Samuel Doe’s regime, the 1st of the two full-
fledged Native presidential regimes that have ever governed Americo-Liberia in its 195-year
history now, as Moses Blah was just ending Charles Taylor’s balance 3 months, as we mentioned
11

earlier. Considering Liberia’s other two branches being controlled by Natives as people who look
at things largely from the surface claim, apart from these Natives just “urinating beside a pile of
feces that does not come from their own stomach”, as said in one of our local proverbs, it’s no
secret here in Liberia’s fake democracy, that the colonial style president controls the other two
branches, and thus through the explicit instruction of Bernard and Shaw, Weah controls the
Judiciary and the Legislature etc., again, all in sustenance of the colonial status quo.
As it is almost always good to go beyond the summarized claims to providing some relative
detail in order to make our debate stronger, here are the American birth records and times of
service, of 10 of those 22 physical Liberian presidents above, including: (1) Joseph Jenkins
Roberts, born in Norfolk, Virginia, the USA, in 1809 (governed firstly from 1848 – 1856, then
from 1872 – 1876); (2) Steven Allen Benson, born in Cambridge, Maryland, the USA, in 1816
(governed from 1856 – 1864); (3) Daniel Bashiel Warner, born in Baltimore, Maryland, USA,
in 1815 (governed from 1864 – 1868); (4) James Spriggs Payne, born in Richmond, Virginia,
USA, in 1819 (governed firstly from 1868 – 1870, then from 1876 – 1878); (5) Edwin James
Roye, born in Newark, Ohio, USA, in 1815 (governed from 1870 – 1871); (6) James Skirving
Smith, born in Charleston, South Carolina, USA, in 1825 (governed from 1871 – 1872); (7)
Anthony William Gardner, born in Southhampton, Virginia, USA, in 1824 (governed from
1878 – 1883); (8) Alfred Francis Russel, born in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, in 1817 (governed
from 1883 – 1884); (9) William David Coleman, born in Fayette County, Kentucky, USA, in
1842 (governed from 1896 – 1900); and (10) Garretson Wilmot Gibson, born in Maryland, the
USA, in 1832 (governed from 1900 to 1904). The remaining 10, including Ellen Johnson Sirleaf,
are direct descendants, or offspring of Americo-Liberians. For the strategic colonial agenda
mentioned above, i.e. jealously guiding and sustaining the colonial status quo, including their
own criminal and lazy pedigree etc., even at the sight of the very brutal killing of one of their
own kinsmen, William R. Tolbert and his officials allegedly by Samuel Doe for power,
[although several credible sources now point to America as the one that did this bloody job for
colonial purposes again], the Americo-Liberians, including immediate past President Ellen
Johnson Sirleaf could not just wait to occupy political positions in this very bloody Doe’s
government – all because these people’s only vocation in life has been, and will continue to be
so-called POLITICS, POWER, POLTICS, POWER, and nothing else – the politics and power,
shamefully with which they can NEVER accomplish anything worthwhile owing to their
criminal and mentally inferior backgrounds as their former masters have repeatedly told us, and
because their master feels good working with them for the criminal manipulation of the affairs of
this country – again and again, all for perpetual colonialist or imperialist gains. Thus, according
to Professors Joseph S. Guannu and Tuan Wleh, within short time after Tolbert’s assassination,
Americo-Liberians had taken up key positions in Doe’s Government, including J. Rudolph
Grimes, who was now Doe’s Diplomatic Advisor – traveling the sub region and the world over to
build Doe’s image.
Apart from her citizens coming down to be Liberian presidents, in addition to actively working
with colonial agents to decide who governs Liberia when it is not one of those born Americans
that come down to serve, the US Government is also explicitly involved with all processes and
decisions about who governs this colony of theirs, even when the beautiful democratic word
12

called “Election” is used, which then always proves to be used out of deception – all strong
reasons for which Liberia’s part of democracy sadly qualifies for such mocking descriptions as: a
KLEPTOCRACY, a painful TYRANNY OF SOME MASSIVE IGNORANT MAJORITY,
and the list goes on, as we mentioned earlier on. To shed small light on this point, let’s bring you
a short account of how this American imperialist phenomenon has bloodily characterized all of
Liberia’s so-called democratic elections right after the most recent Uncivil War that ended in
2003, since these are accounts about the New Millennium, as those from the 19th and 20th
centuries are more like complete ANIMAL STORIES or fables, not worth consuming all of our
precious time here for now as other articles have already dealt with them sufficiently – again, this
is without any prejudice to our many good people of this country. According to a Monday, May
22, 2017 publication of the local Public Agenda Newspaper entitled “US Embassy Denies, But
Knowlden Unveils Deep Things: Narrates America’s Role in 2011 Elections; Is Liberia’s
Democracy Under Threat?”, the leading contender and one of the only two remaining candidates
in the 2011 Run-off elections, Mr. Winston Tubman of the Congress for Democratic Change,
did confirm to this paper that before the conduct of this run-off, he received a lot of calls from US
Government officials – [both from their Embassy in Monrovia and from Washington DC] –
asking him to back off from the race, as it was not his time, and that they were still
interested in working with the incumbent, Hon. Ellen [Corrupt] Johnson Sirleaf. For the
most recent past professed Presidential and Legislative Elections, it is common knowledge, just
as for all others, that the Americans had a superior hand in the choice of president, as for
example, http://www.liberialistener.com along with other credible sources, in its May 10, 2017
publication entitled “Why Is the US Embassy Inviting Presidential Aspirants” did narrate as
follows: “….In a press release posted on its website dated May 5, 2017, the [US] Embassy said
in its statement, ‘We congratulate the Government and people of Liberia for their vibrant
democracy and their successful registration process. We are inviting a series of private
discussions with presidential aspirants of political parties who wish to engage with the US
Embassy. The first dialogue took place [a few days ago] with Cllr. Dr. Jallah Barbu of the New
Liberia Party. The US Embassy will continue these dialogues in the weeks that follow, in order to
better understand the platforms, priorities, and philosophies of the aspirants…” Note that these
so-called Embassy Consultations were ordered closed to the press by Embassy Authorities.
Meanwhile, the victor from this US-Embassy-consultations-packed electoral process of 2017, Mr.
George Weah, as featured in the August 22, 2017 edition of the local Daily Observer Newspaper,
under the story “NAMBO Uncovers Senator George Weah’s American Passport”, is reported to
be an American citizen. The local pressure or civil society group, NAMBO (or National
Movement to Support Boakai) claimed that then Senator Weah’s American passport has his
surname WEAH, and other names, GEORGE MANNEH, with his photograph clearly in
evidence. The group went on to reveal that now President Weah’s date of birth on this passport is
recorded as October 1, 1966, and the issuance date is May 3, 2013, with the expiry date of May
2, 2023, while the passport number is 5052523219 etc. There has been no substantial rebuttal yet
to this claim, which places the current Americo-Liberian-Native President to be in complete
violation of double provisions within the already badly-manipulated laws of Liberia, including
Chapter 22 of the Alien and Nationality Law of Liberia, which prohibits citizens from dual
citizenship or engaging in certain acts in foreign countries, such as joining their armed forces,
voting in their elections etc., all of which an American passport holder qualifies for doing in
America, and the first part of Article 52 of Liberia’s fake constitution which requires the
13

president to be a citizen of the country, even though naturalizing elsewhere, or taking on the
passport of another country, each strips him/her of this Liberian citizenship, again, according to
the Liberian Code Revised, Vol. II, Chapter 22, page 192, “Loss of Citizenship”, under 22.1,
“Acts Causing Loss of Citizenship”, all additionally as reported by another local daily, the
Concord Times Newspaper.
Even further, the very people on ground deciding the Liberian elections results are all, or
predominantly Americans. In this same, recent past 2017 elections saga, one of the leading
contenders, long-time Native Liberian politician, Dr. Togba Nah Tipoteh, went to great lengths,
to prove the American Nationality or American identity of the Head of the National Elections
Commission of Liberia (NEC), Mr. Jerome G. Korkoya, even though Dr. Tipoteh claimed
additional commissioners at the institution also fit into this same category. According to Dr.
Tipoteh and several other sources, including the FrontPage Africa Newspaper, the Concord
Times Newspaper, US-based LibPolitics’ Wade Williams etc., Cllr. Jerome Korkoya was
naturalized as a US Citizen at a ceremony on December 21, 2007 in the City of Willingboro, New
Jersey. He is reported to have a US passport that features the following particulars: Full Name:
Jerome George Korkoya; Born: December 24, 1961; Passport Number: 467078002; Issue
Date: March 16, 2010; Expiry Date: March 17, 2020. Mr. Korkoya’s Liberian Passport
particulars, as revealed by these sources as well include: Full Name: Jerome George Korkoya;
Date of Birth: December 24, 1961; Issued: May 27, 2013; Expires: May 26, 2015. These
sources additionally claimed that according to the Voters Information website of the US State of
New Jersey, Mr. Korkoya voted in the American elections of 2008 etc. Against the outcries of
thousands of citizens, with some voicing out their disappointments and disapproval of this kind
of brutal lawbreaking on various radio talk shows in the country, including SKY FM’s 5050,
Kings FM’s “Dumoun and Ballah Show etc., including now National Bar Association’s
President, Cllr. Tiawon Gongloe, who decried how Cllr. Korkoya committed Perjury as he had
to lie under oath at the Liberian Senate during his confirmation, in breach of Section 2.3 of the
Elections Law of Liberia which speaks of the qualifications of appointees to the National
Elections Commission, by stating that “Every commissioner shall be a Liberian Citizen…”
among others etc., one James Kpadeh, in the “Comment” Section of the August 22, 2017 edition
of the Daily Observer Newspaper lamented how Liberia’s Court of final arbitration, the Supreme
Court still went ahead and declared Mr. Jerome George Korkoya legally eligible or fit to maintain
his position as NEC Chairman in the midst of all these bloody outcries etc.
Before we close, if you still have doubts after all that you have read above on these arguments
about America establishing this colony for her personal, selfish gains, and not for the benefit of
its vast owning African majority, a reason for which we are now politely ‘squeezing’ them every
step of the way for all of us to find solutions to our country’s problems together by the grace of
God, then what do you make of just the 3 statements below, among many, from these prominent
world opinion leaders, including two American presidents themselves about the authenticity of
our claims here. The main point stressed here by Presidents Grover Cleveland and William
Howard Taft, plus Sir Jeremy Greenstock of the UK is that it is considered by all in the world,
even in the United States, that Liberia is an offshoot of America (only that it has thus far been a
bad example of America in Africa). For example, President Grover Cleveland acknowledged this
14

in his 1886 message to Congress when he said, “It must not be forgotten that this distant
community (Liberia) is an offshoot of our system…..”; President William Taft recounts some
historical ties between the two nations as a reality that gives an opening for a wider
intervention of America in Liberia when he spoke to Congress in 1909 etc.
Several key sources also recognize and speak of these special historical ties between America and
‘Liberia’. For instance, Britain’s then Ambassador to the UN, Sir Jeremy Greenstock once
argued that the U.S. is the nation that everyone thinks should be the natural candidate to lead in
anything concerning Liberia because of its historical ties with this West African Nation.

But apart from the narratives presented at the very beginning of this article, here are additional
reasons why Liberia was established, and for whom Liberia was established, from the horses’
own mouths:

1. Liberia's origins in the early 19th century planted the seeds of its late-20th-century civil war.
Liberia was the brainchild of America's leading statesmen, including Henry Clay, John
Randolph and Daniel Webster. In 1816, they founded the American Colonization Society as a
means of ridding the U.S. of free blacks, whom Clay called "useless and pernicious (wicked
etc.), if not dangerous," and to bring Christianity to Africa. (Another America: The Story of
Liberia and the former Slaves who ruled it” By Dr. James Ciment: Hill and Wang, 296
pages, $30)

2. US Congress – Because of the growing threats that were now being posed by the day to the
American society by troublesome Black elements – the eventual targets of ACS’s Back to
Africa campaign – the American Colonization Society wrote several US private and public
institutions and bodies, including Congress, for financial support to expedite this process.
According to the Niles’ Weekly Register’s April 12, 1817 edition, Congress, locked up in a
debate on February 11, 1817 about whether or not to lend financial support to the ACS for
this project, advanced the following justifying arguments, among others: “…..Hence, it seems
manifest that these people [referring to the Johnsons, the Bernards, the McClains, the Weeks,
the Jones, of present-day Liberia.] cannot be colonized within the limits of the United States.
If they were not far distant [that is, if we don’t dump them far off], our rapidly extending
settlements would soon reach them, and the EVIL NOW FELT would be renewed, probably
with aggravated mischief.” – (www.liberiapastandpresent.org/; Nile Weekly Register, April
12, 1817 etc.)
3. Founded in 1822 as a colony for African-Americans returning to Africa, Liberia was created
in the image of the U.S., and the former slaves and free blacks who moved there. Driven by
idealism or by poverty, they “endeavored to recreate the only social and political order that
they knew, [i.e.] that order of the antebellum South—which had them setting themselves up
as the master class, and the vast indigenous majority as the slave class” [although supported
by the U.S.] (Another America: The Story of Liberia and the Former Slaves Who Rule(d) It:
Dr. James Ciment, Author)
4. Although the movie (i.e. Liberia: America’s Stepchild”) ends on a hopeful note, showing a
wedding in front of a monument dedicated to the "unification," (talked about, in the movie), it
15

depicts the sad story of a failed notion: that former slaves could [EVER] create freedom and
equality if given the power to mold a new social order of their own [something they’ve failed
to do]. The subtext of the narrative reveals a country that is just starting to emerge from its
infancy to ask questions about itself. Nancy Oku Bright succeeds in pointing to the internal
contradictions of Liberia, such as its cultural identity, ethnicity and religious conflict.
Liberia's crisis of identity is well documented, with the absolute dominance of a
bastardized American culture that engulfed the African soul of the "natives" without giving
much in return.(http://www.nytimes.com/movies/movie/299312/Liberia-America-s-
Stepchild/overview)

5. Pastor Solomon Juah – he states succinctly: “Liberia was not built on Christian principles [as
people normally say here]. Liberia was established by criminals……We are gentiles…
Criminals came here and established this place as their farm, and we are just fighting to
change it, but it is not even changing…... (Sky FM, October 20, 2014)

6. Dr. Charles Johnson, League of Nations – for his part, he asserted: “Liberia is a nation
conceived solely as a haven for free American slaves to the detriment of the majority
indigenous population….” - (www.theperspective.org) etc. and etc.

That’s why in short, our biggest blame in all this Revolutionary debate is being directed at
America, and our vision-bearing family, in the Kartees, already started physically demonstrating
this conviction of our Revolutionary Assembly as early as 2017, by the grace of God, when a
group of 12 – comprising 5 nuclear Kartees’ family members and 7 dependents and close
relatives embarked upon a 22-intermittent-day civic action (including days and nights) at the
US Embassy in Monrovia seeking redress for how the employer of our vision bearer, the local
Liberia Petroleum [Refining] Company (LPRC) has been, and continues to mete out sheer
ethnocentric injustice against the Kartees’ family after their breadwinner has been serving the
company for over a decade and a half now. This was: when despite all of the grave issues that
we have with America; despite the fact that we blame America for over 90% of our country’s
problems – both personal and collective, including our very own; despite the fact that we both
admire and humanly fear their level of sophistication and capability to strike almost anyone from
anywhere, including from people’s very bathrooms – although when God permits this to happen
notwithstanding – (as Edward Snowden’s accounts presented in our other articles about what
the US’s NSA, CIA and other intelligence and security apparatuses can do by now) etc. and etc.,
we still mustered the Godly courage, including courage against the warnings of both the Liberia
National Police and Embassy’s Intercon Security, to march within the US Embassy facility in
dissent during our first and only protest action thus far against them under the banner of the Plain
Truth Revolution, which happened between March 29 and April 19, 2017, as a way of rightly
employing non-violent civil disobedience to gain the relatively right kind of attention that we
wanted that day from the Embassy’s authorities, which we got eventually, to a large extent –
glory be to God. The point here is that we were brave, just for that first trial, to go to such great
length, even though peacefully, against the world’s First Among Superpowers of our time, by
God’s power, not because we, in any way, hate America, or overlook their might, or want to
make war with them etc., NO, NO, and NO, but because we relatively trust in their level of
16

civilization and objectivity. For LPRC, because of the poor level of maturity in our society, the
vivid absence of true civilization and objectivity yet in our society, coupled with the level of
physical darkness and untold deprivation within our communities etc. – with all this being perfect
situations which evil geniuses take advantage of to wreak havoc on good and well-intentioned
people etc., we have never tried as yet to peacefully march into the main LPRC Fence during
these long years of our engagement, although FAITH will still have to make us do so eventually,
if need finally be by God’s grace etc. For witnesses to this particular claim, Madam Kimberly
Jones, the Embassy’s then Regional Security Officer, the one who physically met with us during
the conclusion of this engagement on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, including the Liberia
National Police, the Kool FM Radio Station in Monrovia, represented on that scene by their
then reporter Micah Davis etc. all bear testimonies to this claim. Other prominent sources that
bear some witness to this 22-day revolutionary event include Farbric FM, the Daily
Observers’ CY Kwannue, the News Newspaper etc.

As we close, we think that it’s very crucial for us to reemphasize here that the theory of Liberia is
sadly unsustainable, as for example, no serious and progressive people can ever survive on the
discussions and outcomes from just one pre-Mickey-Mouse Independence national forum held by
a very tiny portion of the population acting criminally under colonial influence, and with direct
colonial master support as well, to deceive the vast majority, the more legitimate segment of the
population at that rate. That whole one-month event held, with its outcomes sealed at the
Providence Baptist Church in 1847, so-called legitimizing the fake colonial Liberian theory,
was a sham, never to be respected anymore if we ever mean business as a people.

Finally, because of the kinds of suppression that we have suffered in this country, and continue to
suffer to date at the hands of America; because of the kind of fate that this bogus 1816 American
connection has exposed us to for the past 200+ years now, keeping us at the bottom of every
good thing that makes life better for any group of people, ranging from ideas to materials etc. and
etc., we of the Plain Truth Revolution strongly believe that for God to show HIMSELF
omnipotent on our behalf, the biggest challenge to America in this life (preferably a peaceful
one), MUST come from this small dark part of the globe, meaning, it must come from us. Just in
line with what the Bible says, for instance: that certain conditions in life can sometimes cause the
first to become the last, and the last becoming the first, we, the people of this country, now hope
to rise up to the challenge of taking some great group decision out of courage and faith in God
that will lead us to seizing our destinies back from the hands of colonial thieves, and thus
catapulting, or somersaulting us, if you may, into conditions of life that will put us on par with
peers, and will make us to greatly contribute to life in an unprecedented way, by the grace of
God. We will pray to be the source of great changes that will make our world a better place. And
as a good beginning point, because of how much the UN has contributed to this country, far
beyond what she has been doing for many of her over 190 members in her 75 years of existence
now, members, most of whom do far better for the United Nations than us etc., we will initiate a
major reform process of the United Nations from this country by the grace of God. This will be
our part of big contributions to the UN as equal citizens of the world too, in helping her NOT to
fail like her predecessor, the League of Nations, because of the foul-smelling influence of its
major financial contributor, the United States of America, a country which coincidentally, and
17

very importantly, is the one running things in Liberia, and at present, running things mainly
against the UN’s ultimate success here, unfortunately. For instance, knowing that the world is run
by ECONOMICS, ECONOMICS, and ECONOMICS, with economic ambitions and greed being
at the heart of colonialism, imperialism, and all those damaging foreign dominance and dirty and
negative impacts in world affairs, including states’ failures and their fragility as well etc., we are
bent on impressing upon the UN to take every necessary action, using her power, as the world’s
biggest authority, to ensure that the issue of political economy is handled with all of the care and
authority required. Since over 90% of the problems of this world come from how ECONOMICS
is approached, just as over 90% of human progress is dependent upon how well ECONOMICS is
understood and approached, we want to work with the UN to ensure that new and more radical
policies governing the handling of economic issues across all of her member states are introduced
and put into effect to improve every country’s economic performance, and thus, to increase and
improve their contributions to the United Nations so that this noble institution doesn’t keep
depending on single nations like the United States for most of the financial needs that it has to
operate etc. Our other articles speak on this point better however.

Last, but not the least, a good and friendly caution for the US Government and the Government
of Liberia in these new waves of debate is for this colonial duo to please be very careful with the
handling of this well-informed agitation of ours for final change in our country by the grace of
God, as God loves all of us human beings, equally, and is gracious enough to act on our behalf so
massively just as America thinks that she is being favored too by our God. And on a further
Godly note, just as in Hebrews 8:10, God indicates a new Social Contract (Covenant) with
mankind, it’s now very benefitting and lifesaving for all of us, for America to reassess her current
relationship and connection with us, and then consider getting into a newer and better
relationship contract with us in this country, a new relationship, as President Obama once said,
which will honor our dignity and humanity once and for all, instead of us keep existing on Planet
Earth merely as America’s pets and domesticated animals as this 18-page excerpt has sufficiently
proven. Thanks.
As you may have been previously informed, this is just one of the 51 main articles that form part of our
ongoing 2020/2021 citizens’ enlightenment campaign, or our Revolution’s honest, but painstaking
effort and determination never to leave any stone unturned – relative to exposing ALL of the big and
bloody problems of this country (“Liberia”), as we prepare the mind of every citizen and well-wisher for
our demanded National Dialogue, or National Convention, or Sovereign Citizens’ Convention etc.,
whichever way one prefers to call it, so that if this dialogue will have to last for days, weeks, or even
months, there can absolutely be no dull moment at that event. Remember that such activity or event
promises to eat up considerable national resources, and as such, it will rightly be expected to produce the
much-needed final, lasting solutions to our country’s seemingly unsolvable problems by the grace of
God, a strong reason for which we MUST do all we can to provide every bit of information needed to
guide and sustain this process. The file that lists all of these 51 main articles, including the one you just
read (exposing the huge mess of this country, ranging from its colonial understanding of religion –
without prejudice to our many good people in the religious circles here - to its broken reasonings behind
deeds and actions, and to its colonially sorrowful activities in the areas of education, health, governance,
politics, civics and economics etc. and etc. – all of which make REVOLUTION the ONLY most viable
remaining alternative for change, in line with GOD’s WORDS), can be found at https://is.gd/lowoza or
