5 PROCEDURE TEXT

How to Make Avocado Juice

Ingredients:

 1 avocado
 1 cup water/milk
 1.5 tsp brown sugar
 5 tbsp milk power
*omit milk powder if u r using milk

How to make:

1. Cut in between the seed of avocado, and then twist.

2. Scoop the flesh out using a metal spoon.
3. Put the milk powder (or milk), water, and brown sugar into the blender and blend it
till smooth.
4. Ready to drink! This is another easy way besides using it to make salad and good for
skin too.

How to Make Hot Milk

Ingredients:

 Milk
 Sugar

Tools:

 Stove
 Glass
 Spoon
 Stewpan

Steps:

1. Boil milk
2. Wait until the milk boiling (7-10 minutes)
3. Put the boiling milk into a glass ( big size)
 4. Add a spoonfull sugar
5. Stir well
6. Ready to drink!

How to Make Fried Banana

Ingredients:

 1 ripe black-skinned plantain or 4 small finger banana (make sure that the banana is
sweet)
 1 tsp. sugar
 1 egg
 6 tbs. flour
 a pinch of salt
 water
 vegetable oil for deep frying

Steps/ Instruction:

1. Place flour in a deep mixing bowl. Make a well in the middle of the flour, and add
egg, sugar and salt. Add water little by little. Whisk vigorously until batter is evenly
smooth for coating and not too thin. If it is too thin, add more flour.
2. Peel plantain or banana and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with 4-inch
width. Dip into batter to coat generously.
3. Heat oil in a wok or deep fryer until moderately hot. Place coated plantain or banana
in the wok or deep fryer and fry slowly until golden brown and crispy. This usually
take approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove bananas from oil, drain on paper napkins
and dry well.
4. Serve while still warm

How to Make Fried Rice

Ingredients:

 1 stick of Leeks
 2 plate of White rice
 2 cloves of Garlic
 3 Eggs
 3 cloves of Onions
 Cooking oil
 Tomato sauce
 An enough Salt
 Pepper
 Cayenne chili
 Add some complementary material which are chicken, sausage, meatballs, and shrimp

How to make:

1. Prepare a frying pan and pour the cooking oil according to your taste.
 2. Heat by using a medium flame.
3. After the oil is hot, put the onion, garlic, and chili.
4. Stir all the materials until fragrant and ripe.
5. Put the supplementary materials according to your taste.
6. Stir until evenly cooked.
7. Put the eggs and scrambled until cooked.
8. Put the white rice and stir until mixed with all the ingredients.
9. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper until all those materials are blended.
10. If you have smelt a fragrant and your fried rice has already cooked, you have to serve
on a plate.
11. In order to make the fried rice looks interesting, you should decorate with the sliced
tomatoes and other additional materials as you like.
12. Ready to serve.

How To Make Fried Chicken

Seasoning Ingredients:

 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces

 1 pepper powder
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 ½ teaspoon salt
 ¼ teaspoon chilly powder
 Oil

Ingredients of dry ply:

 100 grams of maizena flour

 400 grams of flour
 ½ teaspoon baking soda
 ¼ teaspoon msg (If you like)
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 1 teaspoon instant broth powder chicken flavour

Ingredients of liquid ply:

 300 grams of flour

 300 ml cold water
 40 grams maizena flour
 ½ tablespoon milk powder
 ½ teaspoon baking soda
 ½ teaspoon pepper powder
 ¼ teaspoon salt
 ¼ teaspoon msg
 an egg yolk

How to make:
 1. Liquid ply: Mix , cornmeal , of milk powder , baking powder , pepper , salt and msg.
Stir it slowly. Put the egg yolk and water little by little while stirring until it’s mixed
well. Keep it in a refrigerator or private cold .
2. Dry ply: mix all of dry ply
3. Season the chickens with salt, pepper, garlic, ad chilly powder. Mix it well for about
15 minutes.
4. Roll the pieces chicken into dry ply until all of the surface is full of flour. Dip it into
liquid ply and roll it back into the dry ply. Do the same steps again.
5. Heat the oil and fry it until the color is brown. Lift it up. Drain it and set in serving
dish.
6. Serve it with chilly sauce or tomato sauce.
