Hello Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you regarding Financial advisor position opening. I have been working as a
Customer Care Advisor at Scotiabank since Oct 2019, and during this time I have developed
multiple service skills, impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled
customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, describe
promotional offers and use persuasive sales techniques to upsell services and/or convince clients
to apply for additional banking services.

Duties at my current position include answering inbound phone calls in a fast-paced work
environment, providing timely and excellent customer service. Executing financial transactions
according to bank policies and procedures. Responding to customer inquiries, providing
information on bank accounts, policies, products, and services. Assessing needs of customers,
suggesting products and services accordingly. Research and resolve service-related problems.

Serving as first point of contact and technical resource for all customer inquiries and issues.
Managing customer profiles, switch bank deposit accounts, and process fund transfers and loan
account requests submission via telephone and mail. Provide navigational assistance with online
and mobile banking. I have skills for Personal banking, Revolving credit, Branch redirect, Car
loans and After-hours Fraud. As a part of Field support team and Subject Matter Expert (SME),
assisted new/current CCA’s transition into their new role with the bank, learn Contact center
platform and help them meet performance goals. Working here, I have been able to resolve issues
at a 90% rate and memorize an entire line of company products & services – including fees and
special promotions. And I have been selected as one of Scotiabank’s top individual
performance Award winners for 2020. I have also enrolled for IFC course since that is my next
goal towards my own development. My experience at previous job has helped me improve my
leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge
of how to upsell services and goods to potential clients.
