Mission
The mission of Circuitz Electronic Shop is to be the go-to shop for
anyone who has electronic related matters. The shop aims to provide
people with quality electronic products at the most affordable price and
to give people the best service in customer assistance and a repairing,
building a good foundation not only in the shop but within the lives of
our customers.

Needs for the Products and Services
1. Locals that needs to buy electronic related products and purchase
or repairs in their appliances.

Market Size Estimation
Overall, the Return of Investment of the units of product and
services will be at maximum of six (6) months or less.
1. Php. 20000 worth of electronic components (resistors, led
lights, switches, wires, adaptors etc.)
2. Php. 10000 worth of tools and other equipments (screw-
drivers, soldering irons, pliers etc.)
3. Php. 50000 worth of appliances (bulbs, voltmeters, CCTVs
etc.)
4. Php. 10000 worth of service and repair materials.
Not all of the units and products are going to be sold at that time
frame but the investment will return which means the remaining
products and services or the interest will be added to the next
investment where the potential repeat purchase volume will be at

an approximation of a quarter (1/4) more than the previous
investment.

In terms of the repairing services;
• Customers will get more than what they paid for because of their
low service fees and the items from the shop that’s needed in the
repair will have an automatic discount and will cost less than its
normal price.
Pricing Strategy
The price range of Suggested Retail Price (SRP) up to only a fifth
(1/5) of its investment price will depend on how much a certain product
cost in other shops. As the shop aims to be known for its quality and the
most affordable prices in town, no same item from other shop should
cost less than what the item from Circuitz Electronic Shop costs. That
way, as much as how low the prices are, they would not be unprofitable
because more customers will come and more profit will too.

There will also be annual whole sales of old items from the shop in
addition for the next investments coming.
Competitive Analysis
Almost all Electronic shops are already equipped by their own
strategies in luring customers to their stores. And like them, Circuitz
Electronic Shop also have offers that will give its own stand against its
competitions. These offers will surely challenge even the existing market
that’s already dominated by established competitors. Some of which are;
• the product’s price ranging from their Suggested Retail Prices (SRP)
up to only a fifth (1/5) of its investment price,
• circuitz staffs are the best in accommodating customers as it is
considered in their orientation before work,

• ustomers getting more than what they paid for because of low
service fees and items from the shop that’s needed in the repair
will have an automatic discount that will cost less than its normal
price,
• proper packaging of products depending on its built material and
item durability,
and many other offers that might be similar to other Electronic shops
but in greater scale when it comes to Circuitz.
Ownership Structure
The Circuitz Electronic Shop is founded by its owner Paulo Javier.
The shop will be managed by a manager that have the necessary
knowledge and skills in electronics. Next to the manager are the sales
staff of about 2-3 persons which will accommodate the customers. Lastly
is a guard for security purposes that will monitor people going in and out
of the shop.
Management Plan and Team
As the founder of the business, the first employee that I need to find
should be the manager/employer of the business. The requirements on
the position are;
• He/she should at least be a high school graduate that took as
strand or a vocation course that is related with electronics or
electrical installation,
• He/she should have a good moral character and show good
reasons why I need to hire him/her through a job interview.

The manager/employer would then hire the remaining employees
needed like the staff. He/she should consider the following in hiring;
• He/she should have at least finished his/her secondary education
• He/she should have a good moral character and show good
reasons why I need to hire him/her through a job interview.
Last to be employed before starting the business is the Guard. The
manager would hire from a trusted security agency that hired people
from their security standards.
External Resources and Services
As an engineer who started the business, is no need to hire
engineer consultants for professional resources. Accounting on the other
hand would be a handful of job in the business. An accountant would be
necessary every now and then.
Human Resources
The total maximum number of employees at the start of the business
are five (5).
• 2-3 Sales staff/maintenance that will have a monthly salary of at
least 5000 Php.
• 1 Guard that will also have a monthly salary of at least 5000 Php.
• An Accounting Consultant that will have a 7000 Php. per
consultation.

Section 6 : Operating Plan
Production
The manufacturing of the products are done by the companies
where Circuitz Electronic Shop are getting the supplies from. No changes
or modification are made to the products so the customers will get the
exact product that the companies are producing. In case a shortage in a
product happens, a set of orders from the companies will be done and
delivered to the store in not more than a week. When a demand on a
certain product goes high, a change in the item’s investment plan would
happen to make sure that Circiutz can supply all the demands of the
customers.
Facilities
The ideal location of the store will be on an urban place where
people would go to when they have electronic-related needs. In that
location, a stock room together with the store itself should be at least
400 square meters. An engineer would plan the structure of the building
for it to be well built, and for it to be legalized by law when it comes to
its structural form. Safety measures will be greatly incorporated in the
building’s structure like sprinklers, CCTV Cameras, locks etc.
Staffing
A contracting for employees will also be done right after their
training or orientation just to get the persons who are capable for each
job. For the staff of the store that passes the training, they would have
their own closets for their personal belongings and a comfort room for
not only the employees necessities but also for the customers.
Supplies
The inventory of the store’s products both in the store and in the
stock room will be managed by a maintainer oriented by the manager to

be arranged in a manner that would keep it from getting defects and
should also be arranged in a way that would lessen the product’s
damages in case a disaster or an incident happens. customer’s
