Section 5: Ownership and Management Plan

Ownership Structure
The Circuitz Electronic Shop is founded by its owner Paulo Javier. The shop will be
managed by a manager that have the necessary knowledge and skills in electronics. Next to the
manager are the sales staff of about 2-3 persons which will accommodate the customers. Lastly
is a guard for security purposes that will monitor people going in and out of the shop.
Management Plan and Team
As the founder of the business, the first employee that I need to find should be the
manager/employer of the business. The requirements on the position are;

 He/she should at least be a high school graduate that took as strand or a vocation course
that is related with electronics or electrical installation,
 He/she should have a good moral character and show good reasons why I need to hire
him/her through a job interview.
The manager/employer would then hire the remaining employees needed like the staff. He/she
should consider the following in hiring;

 He/she should have at least finished his/her secondary education


 He/she should have a good moral character and show good reasons why I need to hire
him/her through a job interview.

Last to be employed before starting the business is the Guard. The manager would hire from a
trusted security agency that hired people from their security standards.
External Resources and Services
As an engineer who started the business, is no need to hire engineer consultants for
professional resources. Accounting on the other hand would be a handful of job in the business.
An accountant would be necessary every now and then.
Human Resources
The total maximum number of employees at the start of the business are five (5).

 2-3 Sales staff/maintenance that will have a monthly salary of at least 5000 Php.
 1 Guard that will also have a monthly salary of at least 5000 Php.
 An Accounting Consultant that will have a 7000 Php. per consultation.
