GROUP 4

The meeting will be allotted basically on the planning and coming up with a
SUGGESTED FORMAT OR TEMPLATE for our group’s E-PORTFOLIO based on
the templates that Mr. Regalado provided to our Class Presidents and Secretaries.

Introduction
• Our group (4) discuss and come up with a suggestions from our fellow group
mates in our Facebook Messenger Group lead by the Group Leader, Mr. Algem Paul
T. Cabrera at exactly 2:40PM in the afternoon about what topic where going to
tackle first. But apparently we decided to do the template format first.

• They also chose the letter C in the template to be erase and to add the things that
needs through the work from home.

Content of the Meeting

• All the members were trying to contribute with regards to this matter for us to
proceed the other things to compile in our portfolio. Our group choose what they
think the best option for template to this activity. They suggest anything like the
alternative applications to be use in terms of passing the requirements that needs to
be pass on time.

• Rodil, Maica thinks that the the numbers 2, 4, and 6 in the template are using only
for face to face or gathering for the work immersion. She suggests removing it. She
also included the "Sending Task Sheets" which requires an internet connection to
that part.

• Serenio, Lezeil suggest that it should be better if it's about to pass the things
through online.

• Balang, Diolito wants to use the Gmail because that was so easy to use in terms of
passing the requirements. Unfortunately, this app can only share or send a message
for not exceeding 25 mb of file.
• Estrella, Genyrose added more applications to be use in terms of passing the
papers and for virtual meetings through online and these are the following: (1) What
app, (2) Skype, (3) Telegram.

• Lacuarin, Denise added the Instagram and Snapchat for communication and send a
picture with types of writing a paper through internet that can be share to anyone

• Zafe, Patricia Maye shared her suggestion that Google meet is reliable for online
meetings.

What is the final consensus of the group?

• Final templates were chosen by the rest of our members and we all agree to remove
the letter C in the template by Mr. Regalado and change it to "Academic Work from
Home Paper Works."

How did the meeting end?

• Finally, the meeting ends by sending the pending template of the title page of the E-
Portfolio that was sent by the Group Secretary, Ms. Condes. The meeting will resume
the next day and the pending task will be soon completed as follows. It ends with an
actively participating in our group and some people haven't seen their existence but
at least, we shared any thoughts.
