-Research should be systematic. The particular reason for the circumstance, you will be following a
specific set of procedures and steps. In order to obtain the most reliable results, certain steps in the
research process must be followed at all times.

2. Why research is important in your strand?

- As a STEM Student, research is important to my strand because it can help us to have a detailed
analysis of everything and enhance our knowledge and skills that we can use in our future courses.
Since, this strand provides preparation for students in using science, math, engineering, and technology
to solve real-life problems and advance national development. With research, we can study the
experiences and perspectives of the people by using a qualitative or quantitative approach, and by doing
this, we can somehow come up with a solution if there are problems that arise. To sum up everything
that has been stated so far, research had an important role, since it is a way of thinking and a systematic
inquiry to describe, explain, predict and control the observed phenomenon.

- Research should be Objective, A researcher should objectively look at the basis on which the work is
founded. He or she must never produce results out of nowhere; the results of the research should be
validated. These results must never be based on biases. The researcher needs to clarify indicators and
boundaries within which the research is confined because these factors could affect objectivity.
2. Why research is important in your strand?

- Research is essential in a STEM student like me because I firmly believe that, Research is the next
fundamental step in a student's education where it is the point that students stop being told what they
need to know and move to the next level by seeking their own answers. With the help and use of
research, you’ll learn how to find, understand, and evaluate sources and information that you can use
and apply with your daily living. So I, therefore, conclude that research defines to be the vital spark that
allows the world for humans to function, and also, Research is to see what everybody else has seen and
to think what nobody else has thought.

1.Research should be clear. A clear asseveration that exemplify all objectives can assist us to conduct
and enlarge effective and significant research. It should make unobstructed to the reader what
significance of the research was the benefaction and the benefits of it. Clear objectives help ensure that
the precise information is accumulate the first time.

2.Research is important in my strand because research can find answers to things that are unknown,
filling gaps in knowledge and changing the way that healthcare professionals work. It also helps us,
students, to have a detailed analysis of any topic. Research that develops our critical thinking skills, gives
us knowledge and learnings and also provide us an information that we can apply or use in our daily life.
Research empowers us with knowledge. Though scientists carry out research, the rest of the world
benefits from their findings.
