Project SEARCH - Hilton Capital Area Region in September 2020.
This program helped me to prepare for my future in a career by
learning about professionalism, responsibility, time-management, and
hospitality. I also have previous internship experience and training as
a Laundry Attendant at the VA hospital where I learned to work
collaboratively with others, fold laundry, and stock neatly.
Additionally, I gained experience in health services through my
participation in the Workforce Development Program at River Terrace
Education Campus. Some skills I learned were envelope stuffing and
moving furniture and cleaning the stockroom. During my most recent
internship, I gained experience working virtually, creating and editing
PowerPoint presentations for Special Olympics.

I am not only familiar with the tasks required for this position, but I
also really enjoy the responsibilities. I am really passionate about
working in this environment, and genuinely appreciate the products
