The Prince And The Wood Girl

A long time ago, there lived a simple girl who was beautiful. She was liked by the villagers. Not
only her beautiful, but also because her kind and hard working attitude. Her name is Katherine,
usually called Kat by the villagers there. In the morning, Katherine started working to find wood
in the forest. Katherine started putting the wood in the basket she’s carrying. On returning
home, Kathering accidentally meets a handsome prince rasting under the tree. The prince
awoke from his sleep and saw Katherine standing looking at him. “ Who are you? Why are you
alone in this forest ? “ ask the prince, “ I’m Katherine, I’m working on finding wood in the forest,
what are you doing too ? “ ask Katherine while putting her bakset down. “ I’m Peter, I’m just
refreshing my mind in this forest “. “ Are you a prince? You brought a horse with you “ ask
Katherine while looking at a white horse tied to a tree . “ Yeah, I’m a king’s son from the
kingdom of Therondia “. Shortly after the conversation, the prince and Katherine together
continued their journey. They are getting intimate and closer. Prince takes Katherine to her
home. They separated after arriving at Katherine’s house, and then the prince returned to the
palace.

Day after day, they see each other more and more. The prince always goes to the village where
Katherine lives. Until one day, the king meets the prince and talks about the important things. “
Peter, I’m old and can’t lead the kingsom properly anymore, I hope you find a wife soon to
accompany you to be a king. “ . “ I’m going to find my own companion, don’t worry dad “, “ No,
I’m going to pick a wife for you and I promised to her to marry you “. Peter is shocked and
rejecting what his father said. “ I can choose a woman who deserves me myself, dad “. “ Can’t.

disappointed with his father’s decision. He went into the woods to tell Kathering about his
father’s decision. The prince tells Kathering all about his disappointment with his father.
Katherine only comforts the prince and says that every decision taken is best for him.

The next day, the woman of her father’s choice came to tha palace. She is a princess os a
kingdom and has beautiful face, but her behavior is very bad to others. The prince was forced
to meet them. The princess continues to express her admiration fot the prince and wants to
marry the prince immediately. The other night, the prince met Katherine as usual and
recounted what happened that day. That night, Katherine and the prince didn’t know that
anyone had noticed ther from earlier. The next day, the prince came to see Katherine at his
house, but when he saw the house was empty no one was there. The prince returned to the
palace feeling sad and disappointed. The prince went to see Katherine a few times but never
saw her. The prince felt something was wrong happened with Kathering. He searches the
woods and didn’t find her. It’s been three days since Katherine disappeared and she’s been
searched. Tommorow is his wedding day with the princess.

The wedding day arrives, all the people come to celebrate the prince’s wedding. The music
sounded festively greeted by the house of horse’s foot steps entering the palace. Invited guests
start arriving. The marriage begins immediately and everyone waits for the presence of the
prince and the princess. Then the palace door opened and someone was heard shouting.
Everyone stares at the door and looks at a woman with a shabby appearance. “ stop this
marriage, the woman is not a princess but an evil witch “. Everyone was screaming and started
looking at each other and the prince immediatel stayed away from the witch. Hear that, the
beautiful princess turns into an evil old witch and tried to hurt everyone there. Everyone ran
around the palace. The prince tried to fight back with the sword he had but to no success.
Katherine saw the necklace that the witch was wearing, she immediately told the prince to take
off the necklace that the witch was wearing, and the prince did. Everyone was shocked to se the
witch screaming and them turned black at the time, the witch had left.

Everyone is happy about it. The king approached the prince “ sorry, I don’t know about this,
now I will support your every choice “. The prince approaches Katherine and then asks to be his
companion as a king later. Everyone rejoices, the prince and Katherine get married and live
happily together.
