PO Box 98 Ahoskie, NC 27910 RE: The University of North Carolina at Greensboro - Termination of Agreement FOR: Sponsored Project Agreement 20200331.3 Project Title: UNCG NCNSC - Building Capacity to Identify and Serve Trafficking Victims in Eastem NC - 2020 UNCG PI: John Weil Dear Ms. McCarter: Effective today, April 30, 2021, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro hereby terminates Sponsored Project Agreement 20200331 3. This action is pursuant to clause 19 of the original agreement, effective 30 days from today. The modified end date for the project will be 05/31/2021. Project activities are to cease for this project on 05/31/2021, and final invoices should be sent to our fiscal office in accordance with clause 3, by 07/15/2021. Once final invoices are received, UNCG will issue an agreement amendment deobiigation. In an effort to complete all project activities please note the following «Allowable reimbursements include half of the coordinator's salary for April 2021 and May 2021, supplies purchased in April 2021, half of office rent for April 2021 and May 2021 + Any supplies needed for May 2021 need to be preapproved by the UNCG Project team before purchase and to make sure that the expense will be reimbursable. +We have a virtual site meeting scheduled for May 18th at 10:00 am. We would like to keep that meeting as scheduled for any needed wrap up. + April 2021 reimbursement and supporting documentation, Victim Tracker, and Activity tracker are due by noon on May 10, 2021+ May 2021 Victim Tracker and Activity tracker are due by noon on June 10, 2021.
