Introduction

 Quizizz is a creative software uses a quiz-style teaching and learning method where a user
answers questions in a series independently, and contends with other users on the same quiz.
 This is used in class, group works, pre-test review, exam, unit test, impromptu tests.
 Quizizz serves the distance-learning purpose – students can learn both in the classroom and at
home.

Description
 Lists two different application modes:
o form a formative evaluation in real-time in the classroom.
o to be arranged by the teacher to the student as an extracurricular assignment.
 Users can follow their own schedule.
 Quizizz is a student-dominated guide that students can know the questions and answers on their
own devices.
 Be able to use Google account to connect.

Pros and cons


 Advantages:
o Gamification techniques increase students’ motivation and engagement
o Provide aggressive and competitive environment to make students taking the initiative in
reviewing the knowledge
 Disadvantages:
o Students may become more individualism, which means they are not willing to help
other students.
o not delivering knowledge and assessments individually
o hard to use Quizizz to set up the same complexity tasks for students
