• I want a simple design of a rectangular speaker
• With speaker foam inside it should sound good
Project Diagrams
CAD sketchup
Materials/ Tools
• Wood
• Band saw
• Miter saw
• Drill press
• Soldering iron
• Glue
• Tape
List the major steps of the project:

● Draw a sketch of the project

● Design the project in CAD Sketchup
● Cut the wood
● Glue the wood together
● Put tape on the wood so it can stay in the box shape and leave it
overnight to dry
● Cut the piece of wood that's going to be the front panel
● Use the drill press to make the three holes in front
● Drill the amps and speaker in the holes
● Glue the front board to the box
● Cut a thin piece of wood to use as the back
● Drill some holes for the plug and volume knob
● Put foam inside so the speaker sounds nicer
● Then put the rest of the pieces in the back and hot glue it shut
What is the most important thing you
learned in this project:

How to put together a speaker from the beginning to the end.

What do you wish you had spent more time on
or done differently:

Something that I should've spent more time on was cutting the holes in the back
much better.
What part of the project did you
do your best work on:

The part that I worked my hardest on was soldering the cables in the speaker.
