- The kind of a dance-drama history that is one of the unforgettable experiences

and definitely became close to my heart is that the Sandugo Festival. It is an
annual historical celebration that takes place every year in Tagbilaran City on the
island of Bohol in the Philippines. This festival commemorates the Treaty of
Friendship between Datu Sikatuna, a chieftain in Bohol, and Spanish
conquistador Miguel López de Legazpi. Among the major activities during the
month is the Miss Bohol Sandugo Beauty Pageant, and the Sandugo Street
Dancing Competition which is usually held on July. And one of my most
unforgettable experience is that I was given the opportunity to joined the said
competition not just once but twice. Bringing the banner of our school which is
the San Roque National High School. And bringing pride to our Municipality of
Mabini. By that experience, I learned a lot especially the discipline. Even though
we didn't won the title. Yet joining the contest and being one of the contingent
was a momentous event for me because in that very moment I was able to
showcase my talent. Even though it's quite exhausting yet a very commendable
one. And for me, it was the very unforgettable experience I'ved ever encountered
in my high school life.

Grappling the way out,

In vast misery and flout;

Gripping now is doubt,

When it feels no one to count

It's like chased prey in a hunt

Eaten countless time;

Verdict! not even my crime

How loathing I am?

Your peak of rage, lot of harm;

Even graves won't rest me calm.

HAIKU:

ALMIGHTY

Who knews all those tears,

That feels dark eyes full of fear?

Watches how solo kept.

Who'll show loving care

When sorrows are out to bare?

Waft all those nightmares.

Who 'll lessen burdened heart,

That offers light lowly load?

For one's salvation.
