    AFFIDAVIT

    I, SHAHID JAHANGIR S/O RAJA JAHANGIR Resident of HOUSE NO.171,


    STREET 64, I-10/1, ISLAMABAD, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
    under:-

    1) That the deponent is fully conversant with the contents of this affidavit.

    2) That EHTESHAM DOST S/O DOST MUHAMMAD CHOHAN holding


    CNIC No. 34201-3651666-9 is my cousin and residing with me above
    mentioned address.

    3) That I further undertake that I will have no objection for registration of his
    Motor Car Model, 2015, Chassis No.6004830, Engine No. 027339 in
    Islamabad Motor Registration Authority against my address.

    That the contents of this affidavit are true and correct to the best of my
    knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed there from.
