I, Muhammad Asif S/o Mehar Ud Din Resident of Dhoke Naju Kha Ameen Town,
House no.129/2, Sector A-4, Khayaban e Sir Syed Rawalpindi, holding
CINIC 31203-0000000-0, do hereby solemnly swear by Allah that:
(a) I am a Muslim and follow Faqa Hanfia.
(b) According to my faith and the above said Fiqah a am not obliged to pay Zakat on the following
types of assets in the manner laid in Zakat and Usher Ordinance 1980 (XVIII of 1980) and in
the accordance with the decision dated 9th March 1999 of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
(i) Bank Account All types of bank Accounts including Saving Bank Account, Notice,
Deposit Account, AGPR Salary Account, Fixed Deposit Account and other Accounts by
whatever name described, with the Bank. Post Office national Saving Centers and
Financial Institutions etc.
(ii) Securities all types including shares, Debentures, N.I.T Units, I.C.P Mutual Fund
Certificate, Defense Saving Certificates, Special Saving Certificates, National Deposit
Certificates Account, Khas deposit Certificate Account, Premium Saving Certificates
and GP Fund & etc.,
(iii) Funds Provident Funds Gratuity, Annuity etc.
(iv) Loans given to others.
(v) And all other investments etc. Including insurance policies, claims, premiums
investment in National Saving Certificate / Current and saving Accounts, Bond, Beard
Certificate, Fixed deposits, Salary, defence Saving Certificate, Pension, Usher, all type
of agricultural produce from land and postal saving account.
(vi) That what is stated above is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
