Developed 3 technical group user stories: applicant, manager and examiner; defined

Designed account registered on chatbot, decentralized and authenticated for each role.

Oversaw and managed project's process using Base wework - a task-based web

Nghe An's hydro-meteorological and climate change Project - a web-based
software improving the management capacity, saving time, improving productivity

the impact of climate change in Viet Nam.
Investor: Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Bac Ninh, Son La,
Hoa Binh, Nghe An, Lang Son, and Nam Dinh Provinces
 Assessed the climate of Bac Ninh, Son La and Hoa Binh Province.
Developed and updated climate change adapting action plan for Bac Ninh, Nam Dinh,
Nghe An, Son La and Lang Son Province.
Manipulated and analyzed Bac Ninh's geographical data.
Developed information structure for Bac Ninh's hydro-meteorology and climate
