Dear All,

We regret to announce that despite our best efforts in adopting strict precautionary measures
for employees and clients to ensure a safe workplace, one employee of our company, after
undergoing swab test for COVID-19, has tested positive for the virus. The management is
remotely monitoring the afflicted employee, who is thankfully in stable condition.

The management will be disinfecting our office at Unit 1509-1510 One Park Drive, Fort
Bonifacio, Taguig City.

We would like to reassure you that the management is doing all it can to keep the offices and
employees safe from COVID-19. We will continue to manage the situation.

In light of this unfortunate circumstance, we require all employees who had contact with the
positive employee to undergo self-quarantine and SWAB TEST using your Health Card. I
attached guidelines for your reference. Please submit result to the management once released.
