This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the agreement between Miss
Mary Ann Estomta and Wipro Ltd for engaging in remote work. Remote work means
working from home or another location outside the usual workplace. It can be part-time
or full-time, depending on the arrangement.
With remote work, your job requirements and responsibilities stay the same. You're still
expected to be professional productive, and provide excellent customer service, no
matter where you work. The number of hours you need to work each week won't change,
but your team leader can be flexible with how you schedule those hours
Basic salary of

/- per month.

OTHER BENEFITS:
a.
Leave, holidays and working hours as applicable to your category of employees and
locationof posting.
Participate in the Company Provident Fund Scheme as per the rules and policies
applicable toyour category of employees.
d.
Participate in the Company Medical Assistance Program and Contributory Mutual
Benefit Program for your category of employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a.
In view of your position and office, you must effectively, diligently and to the best of your
ability perform all responsibilities and ensure results. You will be expected to work extra
hours to achieve the above whenever the job so requires. In this connection, you are
required-not to engage in activities that have or will have an adverse impact on the
reputation / imageand business of Wipro, whether directly or indirectly.
b.
You will be required to undertake travel on Company work for which you will be
reimbursed travel expenses as per the Company policy applicable to you.
c.
Consistent with (c) above, any matter or situation or incident that may arise that
couldpotentially result, or has resulted, in any violation of the Policies or this letter,
shallimmediately be brought to the notice your Business Unit Head.
In connection with your employment and during the term of your employment you
shalldisclose and assign to WIPRO as its exclusive property, all developments developed
orconceived by you solely or jointly with others and shall comply with the Policies of

To ensure we all respectfully communicate with each other, here are some general

The employee and Wipro Ltd will work together to decide what equipment is needed for
remote work. HR and IT departments can help with this. Wipro will maintain the
equipment it provides, while the equipment the employee brings will be their
responsibility.

You must receive approval from your team leader if you want to move company
equipment to a new location. Wipro Ltd
If you cease work, promptly return all company equipment, including laptops and power
supplies.
Security Measures
This agreement is subject to the terms and conditions stated in the Wipro Ltd. I Mary Ann
Estomata have read through Wipro Ltd remote work policy and processes. I've read and
understood the Wipro Ltd Remote Working Policy and this agreement. I agree to follow
and comply with the terms and condition
