Wipro Ltd (Wipro) is a provider of software solutions, IT consulting, and business

process outsourcing services. Remote Work Agreement

TERMS AND CONDITION:

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the agreement between Miss
Mary Ann Estomta and Wipro Ltd for engaging in remote work. Remote work means
working from home or another location outside the usual workplace. It can be part-time
or full-time, depending on the arrangement.

With remote work, your job requirements and responsibilities stay the same. You're still
expected to be professional productive, and provide excellent customer service, no
matter where you work. The number of hours you need to work each week won't change,
but your team leader can be flexible with how you schedule those hours

You will be eligible to receive the following:

Basic salary of

a.

Rs.17,709.00

/- per month.

b.

You will be paid a Commutation Allowance of

Rs.800.00 /-per month.

OTHER BENEFITS:

You will be entitled to the following:

a.

Leave, holidays and working hours as applicable to your category of employees and
locationof posting.

b.Perquisites, if any, as applicable to your category of employees and / or based on


functional requirements as determined by the company

Participate in the Company Provident Fund Scheme as per the rules and policies
applicable toyour category of employees.

Participate in the Company Medical Assistance Program and Contributory Mutual
Benefit Program for your category of employees.

c.Company sponsored and administered Employee Benefits Programme for


managementemployees, comprising of gratuity plan, survivor benefit plan and industrial
injury benefit

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In view of your position and office, you must effectively, diligently and to the best of your
ability perform all responsibilities and ensure results. You will be expected to work extra
hours to achieve the above whenever the job so requires. In this connection, you are
required-not to engage in activities that have or will have an adverse impact on the
reputation / imageand business of Wipro, whether directly or indirectly.

b.

You will be required to undertake travel on Company work for which you will be
reimbursed travel expenses as per the Company policy applicable to you.

understand the scope andintent behind these policies and to comply with the same.
These Policies are updated / modified on a periodic basis and new Policies may be
introduced from time to time. As andwhen this happens, the Company will notify you and
you will be required to comply with thesame.

Consistent with (c) above, any matter or situation or incident that may arise that
couldpotentially result, or has resulted, in any violation of the Policies or this letter,
shallimmediately be brought to the notice your Business Unit Head.

In connection with your employment and during the term of your employment you
shalldisclose and assign to WIPRO as its exclusive property, all developments developed
orconceived by you solely or jointly with others and shall comply with the Policies of
theCompany in Wipro Infotech

To ensure we all respectfully communicate with each other, here are some general
guidelines:

● Record your working hours with Hubstaff


● Keep your Slack status up to date so your team knows when you are available or
mayjbe even on holiday so they won’t bother you.
● Submit a daily standup with Hubstaff Tasks each day. List what you worked on in
the day and how long each task took, your main priorities, your stress level,
what's on your mind, a big win for the day, something you wish had gone better,
and any roadblocks you encountered.
● Request PTO when you will be away from your desk. If you take the day off, please
let your team leader know two days in advance and a week in advance for
anything longer. Stay in touch with your team leader, your main point of contact at
Wipro Ltd The employee and their team leader(s) should work together to share
any updates during the workday.

Equipment and technical requirements:

The employee and Wipro Ltd will work together to decide what equipment is needed for
remote work. HR and IT departments can help with this. Wipro will maintain the
equipment it provides, while the equipment the employee brings will be their
responsibility.

Here are some general equipment and technical guidelines to follow:


Create a dedicated workspace that promotes maximum focus and is ergonomically
designed. You are responsible for providing space, telephone, networking, and internet
capabilities with appropriate speed.

Show patience and understanding towards colleagues with different ideal home working
conditions.

You must receive approval from your team leader if you want to move company
equipment to a new location. Wipro Ltd

equipment belongs to the company.

Only approved parties should work on the company's hardware.

Report any damage or changes to company equipment promptly.

Company equipment is for business use only.

Keep hardware and software secure from unauthorized access.

If you cease work, promptly return all company equipment, including laptops and power
supplies.

Security Measures

As an employee of Wipro Ltd, you agree to:

● Safeguard organizational information from unauthorized disclosure or damage.


● Adhere to federal, state, and organizational rules, policies, and procedures for
public and official record disclosure.
● Consider work at the employee's remote location as official business for the
organization.
● Maintain records, documents, and correspondence securely (physical or
electronic).
● Promptly report any incidents of loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your
team leader and IT.
● Release or dispose of records following relevant laws organizational policies, and
with supervisor's consent.
● Protect electronic and computer files as organizational records.
● Promptly surrender organization-owned equipment and data documents upon
request.
