Dear Laguarta:

Within the last few years, it has come to my attention that Mountain Dew is a world-renowned product,
a true drink for everyone. I engross myself in Mountain Dew daily, I take Mountain Dew showers, I thrive
off Mountain Dew. Unfortunately, the Pepsi vending machines within my academia, Spokane
Community College has not been refilled, nor have they been properly maintained. Every time I go for a
casual drink before or after class, I notice that the machine is either empty, or the bottom section where
I must stick my hand into the machine to get any sort of drink out. Due to this consistent problem, I wish
for compensation. Within this letter I have included documented details to support my complaint.

Due to the lack of inconsistency of what is or is not in the vending machine I truthfully believe that
compensation is needed. I see students every day looking at that vending machine pondering what to
get, often I see Eduardo, a fellow classmate desperately desiring to quench his caffeine addiction. Clearly
this has brought stress and despair amongst many other students, as the righteous owner of this said
vending machine, I believe it is your duty to support and fully maintain this faulty machine.

The vending machine has many errors with it, most of which are simple fixes.
 The collection drawer always has the bottle stuck.
 Whenever I open a fresh bottle of Mountain Dew, the bottle seems to always have been shaken
up and fizzes everywhere.
 The soda bottles will expire very soon if not purchased.
I suggest to fix these problems to give each and every student a 12 pack of their choosing (non-alcoholic
Pepsi products), and to further continue the vending machine era. Vending machines everywhere!

Many problems are occurring within the students at Spokane Community College that could easily be
fixed by donating more of Pepsi products, I specifically would prefer Mountain Dew Throwback. Thank
you for taking the time to read my letter, for an appropriate time to respond would be 2:30 AM on
Friday mornings at 509-524-2021.

Sincerely,

Kyle Cross
