1. Fire extinguishers are manufactured in accordance with EN3-7+A1:2007,all tests
should comply with the standard requirement . 2. Every parts should be verified before final assembly. No mechanical defect is admitted 3. Fire extinguisher will be charged with 20-0,1 kg of Carbon Dioxide, with water content less than 0,015% water. 4. Leakage test – fire extinguisher 10 min – use a soapy solution over the essembly area. No bubbles admitted. 5. After passing the final test the horn will be fit on the valve threaded connector. 6. The label should be positioned after the leaking test and clean – up of the fire extinguisher. The label should be positioned to permit reading when the fire extinguisher is pinned to its support. 5. The fire extinguisher will be packed in cardboard boxes or in PVC mash, according to the clients demand.
