 3. SPRAY AND CHEMICAL APPLICATION CABINETS WITH CONVEYOR

Sprey Cabinets with Conveyor allows to apply chemical application to robots dressed up with jeans while they are
moving on the conveyor and is a system that makes easy and increase the workflow and daily capacity.

The cabinet system using in this system is designed in accordance with the customer demands as Eco-Friendly
Professional or Semi Professional Cabinet. In case of choosing The Semi Professional, The Conveyor System is
made from Webb Type Conveyor and in case of choosing Eco-Friendly Cardanic Type, ( Cardan Shaft) Conveyor
is being chosen.

There are two different models in this system according to the system capacity requirements. Numbers of the robots
can be increased and decreased by changing of the length of the cabinet and conveyor. Generally this system
consists of 12 or 18 dummies. The capacity of the conveyor system with 12 dummies for 3 shifts are approximately
4000 – 4500 pcs and the capacity in the system with 18 dummies, this number increases to 6000 – 6500 pcs.

Entirely Cr-Ni, with water screen, extra long bath platform and air flushing (nozzles) system

The construction of chemical application cabinet consists of 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel panels. The water curtain,
water tank and filtration tank having a thickness of 2 mm, and the tank on the top area having a thickness of 1.5
mm are all made of 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.

In this system, the air is flushed by the nozzles. Any chemical or permanganate particles unavoidable by water
screen are bound by those flushing nozzles. The nozzles can be cleaned when needed, as they are easily
detachable.

There are two different separate valves functioning in order to adjust the pressure of the top carriage container
and nozzles. There is a double filtration system for the water, which is carried by the pump from the bottom
tank to the one located on top of the cabinet. By this double filtration system, the impurity of water is
prevented. The water used in the system is discharged by an emptying valve.

The chemical particles are bound properly by the help of the water screen and air flushing system. There are
two fan absorption units at the bottom and centre sections of the water screens. By this system, a very effective
absorption is achieved and the diffusion of chemical odour through the environment is prevented.

The electrical board having the necessary thermal and contactor protections is located on the cabinet. The
illumination is provided by fluorescent armatures. The length of the cabinet varies depending on the number of
robots.

 8. METOCURE ECO-GREEN TYPE CURING OVEN WITH CONVEYOR

Automatic Type Ovens with Conveyor can be U-Turn Type or Tunnel Type in accordance with the customer
demands based on the layout of the plant as well as their workflow.
Thermo block (heating unit) is designed as a separate section attached to one side of the oven.
The energy requirement is minimized thanks to the modulating type of burner we use in thermo block unit.

The inner part of heating unit is made of high-quality stainless steel and provides long-term operation without
any problem.

The air canals are located on the base of oven. As all the jeans are conveyed through the oven and be passing
from each point of oven, there is no shade difference between the jeans of one batch. The temperature
measurement taken from different points –mostly from 7 different points- of the oven are indicated on the
control panel in digital form so that the temperature of each point is controlled and seen by the operator easily.

The burner operation is cut in and out by the control panel according to the average values of measured
temperatures within the oven.

The conveyor used in our ovens is specially designed Cardan Shaft model conveyors.
The trolleys on monorail is freely moving and running while the gap between the jeans hung is 400 mm.

The engine of the gear drive system is low revolution DC and reduction gear type.

The conveyor speed can be changed by the frequency adjustment device. The speed adjustment can be done
between 0.5 m/min – 3 m/min thus the curing time can be adjusted according to the process requirements.

 13. SAMPLE CURING OVEN

Box Type Ovens with Trolley consist of demounted sandwich type panels. The insulation material used between
the panels is 60 kg/m3 rock wool and glass wool. The heating unit is assigned according to the type of the oven
and mounted at the backside of the oven.

The heating unit is made of stainless steel as the heating system is provided by Natural Gas, Diesel or LPG.
As the burning chamber is separated and insulated inside the oven, there is no flame, fire, soot, black, pollution,
dust coming up to the jeans so there is no mark, shade or smell etc. on the jeans.

There are special air ducts and blowing vents inside the oven in order to assure homogeneous distribution of hot
air through the oven. The oven can be easily installed and used on a plain ground. The rail system on the floor of
the oven allows an easy entrance and movement for the trolleys.

The oven reaches to set temperature (~160C) at start-up within 25-30 minutes. The maximum temperature
difference between all the points inside the oven is 30C. As reaching the set temperature, the automatic
temperature limiter is activated so that the set temperature remains constant. Thus, the most suitable working
circumstances are obtained.
