Why it works
The principle is based on the artificial

reproduction of a natural phenomena. Wet deposition removal process:
The machine ejects through the nozzles tiny Rainout ↓

water drops which colliding with the dust
particles capture the dust and per effect of Washout ↓
gravity fall to the ground.
Sweepout ↓
The size of the drops depends on the nozzle size
mounted which varies from 50 to 300 micron.
Smaller nozzles are available to suppress dust
sizes of 10 micron.
The trials made by primary health and

environmental firms have certified a decrease of
the dust particles of 50% minimum, in the worse
operational conditions.

Blower –Vent –Crowns -Nozzles
The blower is made of steel and its shape has

been studied to maximize the water jet
distance, minimizing the energy required by
the vent.
The vent is directly coupled to a electric
motor with 3kW. Air-Flow straighteners are
mounted to reduce thrust losses.
The blower has 2 indipendent stainless steel

crowns. Each crown is equipped with 32
nozzles made in stainless steel, for a total of
64 nozzles.
The unit permits a launch of the air-water mix

to a distance of 25-35 meters in absence of
wind. The jetting of the air-water mix, with a
peripheral rotation motion, is able to cover an
area of 2500-3077m², in absence of wind.
A light warning signal placed on the blower

warns when the machine is turned on. The
unit has a zinc coated fan protection mesh is
placed on.
Blower –Vent –Crowns -Nozzles
Different nozzles sizes mounted as standard on each crown

are; 5 – 10 GPH. Other nozzles sizes are available on request.
The nozzles mounted on each crown can deliver

11-19-26-38-57-79-98 litres/minute.
The international standard size of the nozzles is gallons per

hour 1 gallon US = 3,785 litres.
Water consumption is a combination of water delivery, water

pressure, nozzles dimension;
64 Nozzles 3 gph at 6 bar = 11 l/min: 660 litres/h
64 Nozzles 15 gph at 10 bar= 73 l/min: 4380 litres/h
Blower Rotation and Rising
The jet covered area is the sum of the following
factors:
The angle of the air-water mix launch
The water pressure output of the nozzles
The rotation motion of the blower
The blower's rotation and rising system is

completely hydraulic, and is fed by the main
hydraulic circuit present inside the frame.
The rotation 0°- 360° is performed by a hydraulic

reducer coupled to a hydraulic motor. The
reducer has transducer mounted which acts as
“angle reader”. The automatic rotation path
chosen can be set directly on the control board.
Rotation speed can be varied directly by the
control board (option)
The rising motion is performed by a hydraulic

cylinder, and is able to tilt the blower -15° + 55°.
The boom is painted with 2 coats of anti-rust

primer and 1 coat of polyurethane paint
Rising Boom
The Boom is manufactured in steel, and is

set to mount all Akkuajet Blowers,
permitting to upgrade the unit at any time.
The flange of the boom is directrly coupled

to the top of the frame. The upper part of
the boom contains all hydraulic hoses and
electric wiring.
All boom motions are made a hydraulic

cylinder complete with safety valves.
Its extension permits the blower to reach a

total height of 5,5 metres.
The boom is painted with 2 coats of anti-

rust primer and 1 coat of polyurethane
paint.
Main Frame
The frame is manufactured in steel, and is

set to mount all options, permitting to
upgrade the unit at any time, in any
configuration available.

The unit is set to mount Trailer, Back-

Pack and Tank options.
The steel used has a thickness of 8mm,

and is painted with 2 coats of anti-rust
primer and 1 coat of polyurethane paint
Hydraulic-Electric Circuit
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic circuit feeding

the blower's rotation and rising commands. All essential
parts are enclosed in the main frame, away from
environmental agents and accidental damages.
The circuit is composed by the following components:

A CAN-BUS type electric circuit is entirely enclosed in

the machine's canopy and controls all electric functions
including the crown heating system.
Water Filter and Valves
The machine is equipped with a filter and filter

cartridge element in stainless steel. The filtering
capacity of the cartridge is 100 micron. The
cartridge is easily washable with a low pressure
water jet gun.
Each filter is equipped with 2 valves mounted on the

filter which command each crown separately.
Electric valves are mounted as standard equipment.

When the machine is turned off all valves need to be
closed manually and the machine will discharge all
water present in the hydraulic and filter line,
discharging filter debris.
A safety system shuts off the machine in case the

filter cartridge is dirty. The filter can be cleaned
automatically by a discharge valve commanded by
the radio control (optional).
2 water pressure manometer measure the input and

output pressure of the water supply line.
Radio-Wire Command
The machine is equipped standard with Radio-Wired
Command, which receives-transmits signals up to 100 meters
distance. The unit is equipped standard with 2 batteries and
operates up to 10 hours without recharging. A wire
connection is supplied for areas where the radio signals are
not available.

All 3 wheel trailers have folding

supports to diminish dimensions for
truck of container transport.
Trailer axles and tow-bar are hinged

to the Main Frame and can be easily
folded by extracting the safety pins.
The rear axles can extend in width

to permit greater stability on
construction sites.
Tire threads are designed for off

road use. All tires are tubeless and
can be foam filled upon request.
Crawler Tracks
The undercarriage has been engineered for the mounting of the

AKKUAJET machine and Diesel generator.

Water Tanks – Tank Frame
The tanker is entirely built in steel, and is made by

2 sprung coupled frames. The frame is set to
mount the Diesel generator and the A-JET
machine.
Available tanks have a capacity of 5000, 7000,

9000 e 11000 litres with baffles, which permit a
on/off road speed of 60km/h.
The machine's axle is over-engineered, and fixed

to obtain the correct weight distribution.
Standard includes a ladder, charge steel tube,

sand filter on the bottom, sprung frame, stationary
break, drum breaks on the axle, fenders.

Concrete base – Electric cables
A reinforced concrete base can be supplied to anchor

the unit steadily to the ground and keep it elevated
from floor level. Base dimensions are 1200 x 1200 x
200 mm, weights 750 kg.
Neoprene electric cables can be supplied for the units

in 20 and 50 meter lengths, complete with female and
male sockets to fit the unit.
Neoprene is currently the highest quality lining for
electric cables, resistant to sun and water and ice.
Variable Blower Rotation Speed
The machine can be equipped with optional

Variable Blower Rotation Speed.
The system includes hydraulic proportional valves

mounted on “rotation line” the hydraulic circuit.
The system permits to increase or decrease the

speed, by acting on the lever present on the radio
command.
Speed simbols are used on the radio command to

identify the correct lever direction to increase or
decrease speed.
Water Jet Lance
The Water Jet Lance is an option studied for

demolition companies which require spraying the
demolition grabs on the excavator while its producing
dust.
The lance has a throw capacity of 12 to 15 metres and

the jet spray width can be changed by operating a
lever based on top.
The nozzle can be changed depending on the quantity

of water desired.
The ON-OFF command of the lance water line can be

activated by the radio command which activated the
electric-valve.
Night Lights
The machine can be optionally equipped with night

lights. There are two types of night lights
available: fixed and orientable, all 24Volts.
The Fixed Lights kit (3 lights) is placed on top of

the blower and can be set to illuminate in various
positions up to 100 meter distance. The blower's
movements permit further orientation.
The Orientable Light kit (1 light) is placed on top of

the blower, can rotate horizontally 0°-360° and
vertically 260° by radio command and can
illuminate up to 100 meter distance. The blower's
movements permit further orientation.
Electric Water Pumps
The pump installed is a vertical centrifugal type.

The electric motor of the pump absorbs 4 kW and
has a IP55 protection.
Pump delivery with 1 crown 5gph nozzles, one

with 10gph nozzles and one with 15gph is 4510
liters/hour.
Maximum pump pressure is 25 bar. Working

pressure with above nozzles sizes is
approximately 20 bar.
All pumps are equipped with electric control

panel. This makes it easy to install or replace the
pump when needed.
The electric motor and the control panel of the

pump are protected against falling objects.
The graph in the following page shows all

pressure-delivery curves available.
Dosing Pump
A Dosing Pump can be supplied for liquid input in crown
lines, it operates by Venturi method.
Performance:
dosing capacity varies 0,2 - 2% (1:600 -1:60)
maximum water delivery 1 - 20m3/h
maximum water pressure 0,12 – 10 bar
maximum concentrated product delivery 2-400 l/h
The unit is extremely reliable, as it has few wear parts,

and is very accurate in the mixed volumes
Water components are heated by electrical

resistenaces, mounted inside the A-JET body, which
bring the components to 5°C, avoiding ice formations.
The heater is electrically, therefore a constant energy

line should always be connected to the machine.
UV Filter anti-bacteria
The Ultraviolet Filter can be supplied for bacteria reduction and

elimination with effectiveness superior to 99,99%.
