Between 97.6% and 99.3% of deliveries were on time from 2015 to 2019. Most notably,
deliveries were on-time only 98% of the time December 2019. Overall, the percentage of on-time

As we can in the table PLE's have quality, ease of use, price and service. The most
common description of the central tendency is the mean was quality. 4.395 is the most higher.
By examination of the data, the standard can be estimated at around 4.00. However, the mean
was the higher of the table. It shows the quality is good and choice of the customer, so the
conclusion as we can from the survey, the customer preferred something product based on the
quality and the ease followed by the service and price is the lowest.

Based on 2014 Customer survey data, the F-statistic value is 23.69, and the p-value is
1.079, which is greater than α=0.05. Thus, we fail to reject the null hypothesis and conclude the
mean 2014 Customer survey for four differences in rating of specific product service for all
region are not the same. For Critical Value approach, the F-statistic value is 23.69 and the critical
F-Value is 2.616, whereby the F-statistic value is more than critical F-Value. Thus, we do reject
the null hypothesis. For defect after delivery, the p-Value Approach, F-statistic value is 178.215,
and the p-value is 8.68, which is greater than α=0.05. Thus, we fail to reject the null hypothesis
and conclude the mean defect per million items receive from suppliers in the month are not the
same. Critical - Value Approach, the F-statistic value is 178.215 and the critical F-value is 2.540,
whereby the F-statistic value, is more than the critical F-Value. Thus, we do reject the null
hypothesis.

Based on the regression analysis in evaluating the data of Employee Retention The p-
value for all the independent variables are more than 0.05, therefore we can conclude that the
coefficients are statically significant. Thus, we fail to reject the H0.
