Re-Qualification of Manufacturers - Procedure.

Re-Qualification is applicable only for the already approved manufacturing
facility against respective product category(s) / sub-category(s).

Approval Notification (for Prequalification/Requalification) issued by KOC

specify the Validity of Approval and hence require periodic requalification.

To retain the already obtained approval(s) from KOC, respective

manufacturers are advised To submit Request for Re-Qualification; 3
Months prior to the expiry date with below details.
 Approved Name in KOC.
 Current Name & Physical Plant address.
 Approved category/subcategory.

Failure to do as above, may lead to automatic cancellation of approval

already granted to the manufacturer.
