Supply the following equipment:

Steam Header. Qty: 1 No.

TOTAL PRICE: USD XXXX.00/- Ex-our works at Pune, inclusive of Packing &
Forwarding. Excise duty & VAT shall be charged extra as applicable at the time of dispatch.
Freight & Insurance shall be charged extra at actual.

Payment Terms: 20% advance against Submission of detailed drawing, balance 80%
payment against dispatch. The invoice will include full details of banker with account
number. We will notify you 1 week before cargo readiness date, the actual packing size,
weight, address & contact details for collection by your appointed freight forwarder.

Date).

(Contractual Delivery Date). It is requested that any query regarding the status of the order should state
our order acceptance no. (O.A.N.) and the C.D.D. This information would enable us to let you know the
status in the least possible time.
