Planning Your Trip Deciding where to go is the first step. Do you want to go
somewhere peaceful and relaxing or a place where your days will be busy and
exciting? Ask the advice of family or friends or look on the internet for suitable
places. It is best to stay at a campsite rather than just camp in a field by yourself.
It isn’t too expensive, you will have better facilities and you will be safer than in
an isolated field. For a weekend trip, don’t drive for more than 3 hours to reach
your campsite, or you won’t have enough energy to put up your tent!
