RE: FINAL DEMAND LETTER

Dear Ms. Katorse:

I am writing you this letter in behalf of SMARTGLOBE TRADING SERVICES to

formally demand from you the total amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php121,500.00) your partial payment
for amount that you malversed from the company.

Record shows that you issued two (2) North East Bank Checks dated January
6, 2019 and February 14, 2019 covering the aforesaid amount. However, upon
presentment, the checks bounced due to insufficiency of funds (DAIF) and
drawn against closed account. Copy of the checks are hereto attached for your
reference.

Therefore, unless you pay the full amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php121,500.00), five (5) days upon
receipt of this letter, we shall be constrained to file the necessary criminal or
civil action against you in court to collect the said amount plus the cost and
expenses of suit to protect the interest of the company.

This is our FINAL DEMAND.
