Chartered Certified Accountant  with demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, management
accounting and general accounting functions. Superior analytical skills, practiced at drilling down
to transaction (work flow) details in support of process and profit improvement. Computer
proficient in Oracle (ERP system), Quick-Books, Pastel evolution and MS Office.

ACHIEVEMEMTS:

 Completed the project of system change over project in a specified time (i.e. from data ease to sage pastel
evolution 2012 at Bindura University of Science Education)
 On the above note I was responsible for the reconciliation of both old and new system to verify if all data was
posted correctly and due to the success of the assignment I was promoted from receipting to fulltime reconciliation
and reporting officer.
 I have managed to complete ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and I’m among the best
students in F7 Financial reporting in Zimbabwe 2012 December exams.
 I help the organization on better debtors controlling by suggesting better way on staff health service claims.
 Managed to cut cost by 20% when the support from government was reduced and the operations were not
affected.
 I have accomplished my task at AMC MOTOR which I was contracted to do, which include the implementation and
put in controls to monitor operation and capture all transaction and do reconciliation in a specified period. (The
company had operated without accountant for at least six month).
 I worked with external auditors (BDO Zimbabwe, Ruzengwe & Company Chartered Accountants, Auditors General,
E&Y.)
 I was responsible for special audit for the University. (Audit of grants for the specific projects)
 I produce financial reports to the donor fund for the university (RUFORUM, CHILDCARE, ZINGSA etc.)

Financial Reporting and Audit:

 I’m able to review the Trial Balance, general ledger accounts and balances and monthly bank reconciliation before
producing financial reports for audit and management reports.
 I have experience of preparing financial statements which are in compliance with International Financial Reporting
Standards; (IFRS & IAS) and national regulations.
 I worked with external audit in the audit of annual financial statements for reporting and other specific audits;
 I can produce monthly financial reports properly and submitted to management and the board on a timely basis;
 I have experience in donor funds management and grants from government and remitting the acquittals as
required on time;
 I have experience in payroll reconciliation and managing the remittance of third part creditors.
