The general objective of this training is to activate and consolidate students’ background in English and enable them to
attend classes in English. And also to raise their awareness on several topical issues so that they can have a broad picture
of what is going on the planet, where they are, and what can be their role to improve things.

After the training the students must be able to:

- understand what teachers tell them in English,


- ask questions in English when they don’t understand something,
- give their opinions and answer questions orally or in a written form in English;
- read texts, watch videos and listen to audios in English and understand them.
- take part in debates on current issues.

We are going to apply an active approach during this training. Students will be responsible for their learning and they
will be in charge of teaching all the lessons. I will guide them and consolidate what they teach with additional resources.
