Evidence: Live longer

In a three minutes video give your tips to live longer keeping in mind topics such
as healthy habits and how to avoid diseases.
Considering the following aspects:

 A short presentation about the topic.

habits are very important in our life, to prevent diseases and be healthy.

 Seven pieces of advice using should.

 You should do at least thirty minutes of exercise daily.

 You should use sun protection especially if you are exposed to the sun.

 You should sleep 8 hours every night.

 You should drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

 You should get a medical checkup once a year.

 You should eat more fruits and vegetables in moderation.

 You should wash your hands before eating and after using the bathroom.

 Seven obligations using have to.

 You have to take care of your body and your mind.

 You have to follow the recommendations of the doctors.

 You have to live in peace with the community.

 You have to exercise daily.

 You have to love your family.

 you have to have a life projet.

 you have to abandon sedentary life.

  Seven obligations using must.

 You must turn off your phone before sleeping.

 You must be happy.

 You must be punctual with meals.

 You must drink 8 glasses of water.

 You must get to work early.

 You must sleep at least eight hours a day.

 You must respect the community rules.
