long and very healthy life.
1. You should exercise at least three days a week. In the park, gym or in
the garden of your house.
2. You should eat balanced in every food.
3. You should eat many of fruits and vegetables.
4. You should sleep at least eight hours every day.
5. You should not sleep with cell phone in the bed.
6. you should not drink alcohol and smoking.
7. You should go to the doctor at least once a year for a general checkup.
