Evidence: Live longer

In a three minutes video give your tips to live longer keeping in mind topics
such as healthy habits and how to avoid diseases.
Considering the following aspects:

Hi! In this video I want to give some advice to everyone so that we can have a
long and very healthy life.

• Seven pieces of advice using should.

1. You should exercise at least three days a week. In the park, gym or in
the garden of your house.
2. You should eat balanced in every food.
3. You should eat many of fruits and vegetables.
4. You should sleep at least eight hours every day.
5. You should not sleep with cell phone in the bed.
6. you should not drink alcohol and smoking.
7. You should go to the doctor at least once a year for a general checkup.

1. You have to drink very water every days.


2. You have to follow the doctor's recommendations when it sick.
3. You have to wash your hands constantly.
4. You have to avoid stress
5. you have to feed very well.
6. You have to bundle up when it's cold so you don't get sick.
7. You have to shower every day.

1. You must not self-medicate.


2. You must drive drunk.
3. You must keep your weight balanced
4. You must sleep very well.
5. You must avoid the food fast.
6. You must have a family and friends that you enjoy and be happy.
7. You must check your cholesterol, blood pressure and glucose levels.
