Evidence: Live longer

In a three minutes video give your tips to live longer keeping in mind topics such
as healthy habits and how to avoid diseases.
Considering the following aspects:
Good morning, the purpose of my talk is to about eating habits

1. You should keep a balance among family and your personal
needs.
2. You should exercise in the park or in a gym one hour daily
3. You should eat vegetables, fruits and other foods in moderation.
4. You should go to the doctor every month even if you are not sick.
With this you have no risk ofsuffering from any serious illness.
5. You should do things that develop your mentality for be more
intelligent and dedicated.
6. You should not be sad in difficult times, you must do things that lift
your spirits.
7. You should move away electronic equipment such as cell phones,

1. You must drink at least two liters of water a day.
2. You must wash your hands before eating and after going to the
bathroom.
3. You must use solar protection especially if you are exposed to the sun
4. You must put your health in the hands of professional people.
5. You must not remain all day on the computer
6. You must sleep at least seven daily hours
