Help Desk Assistant, Data Entry – GFA

Save the Children invites applications for the above-mentioned position. Qualified women are

The role

The overall purpose of this position is to record beneficiaries complains and feedback. The incumbent
will also be responsible for making referral for Displacement/ Protection Cases/New Arrivals. H/she
will provide support managing database, updating with necessary documents and information. S/he
will also assist in schedule preparation and data analyzing for various report preparation and actively
engage on build capacity of camp Volunteers to ensure that they are engaged with beneficiaries.

Qualifications and experience

— 02-year working experience, preferably in refugee camps and/or emergency context.


— Preference will be given to general food assistance program experience
— Knowledge of food distribution, logistics management and community mobilization.
— Moderate understanding on database
— Excellent facilitation and communication skills
— Ability to speak and understand local language is must
— Good computer (MS Office, Excel and Internet) operating skills
— Data entry experience, particularly in any online platform
— Bachelor Degree in any discipline. However, educational qualification may be relaxed for
highly experience & skilled candidates.

Contract length: Up to December 31, 2021


Job Location: Ukhiya camp based.
