Flow Process of Product Development

1. We develop the desired products for our customers by using our technology
and equipment and following to the requirements of our customers. For the
pressed borosilicate glass products, we have developed many kinds of
products in a wide range of shapes.such as microwave oven trays, microwave
oven glass ware, door glass for washing machines, and other pressed glass
products, etc.
The company performs the feasibility evaluation for each drawing or product
furnished by our customer, and then communicates the evaluation opinion with
the customer. in a bid to reach a consensus. The development schedule for
the product. such as, mold manufacturing, test product and etc. is then
decided.

2. The company confirms the drawings or products furnished by the

customers and carries out the mold design and manufacture. and develop the
facility related to production equipment upgrading.

3. The company starts the pilot production and makes continuous

improvement, and finally delivers the sample to the customer for confirmation.
After all customer requirements are satisfied, the company starts mass
production for the product as per the purchase order from the customer.
High borosilicate glass is the high-tech glass products in the glass family, which we often refer to
as heat-resistance glass and was not applied to the industrial production until the 1930s. It is a
special glass material with low thermal expansion(3.7*10-6),high temperature
resistance(600℃),abrasion resistance ,high strength, high hardness and high chemical stability.
Due to its excellent properties, the glass is widely used in industries such as daily
necessaries, pharmacy, household appliances and solar energy. The high borosilicate glassware
produced by our factory all passed the oven safe , microwave safe ,freezer safe ,dishwasher safe
test and passed the international test for European standard,LFGB,DGCCRF,FDA etc.

Here is the process flow:

1.All of the raw material is imported from U.S.A and Turkey . Silica sand, borax and other raw
materials are mixed proportionally and then we use an electronic scale to weigh in each raw
material to ensure that the mixing ratio satisfies technical requirements.

2.At the temperature as high as 1,600℃, the raw materials are melted together. The precise
control on the liquid surface is used together with the automatic feeding system to ensure the
process stability of the melting and clarification. Molten glass feeding system and multiple-station
press machines are used to produce various products, such as round glass food storage, glass
bowls, glass jars;rectangular glass food container ,glass jars ,glass bowls, glass baking dish ;Square
glass lunch box ,glass meal prep containers. So far we have more than 400 different molds. So far
our factory OEM for Pyrex ,OXO, LOCK&LOCK,BOROSILI,and other brand .
3.Which are fire-polished to eliminate the un- smoothness caused by the parting line of a
mold/dire.Products (such as different shape glass containers, glass bowls ,glass baking dish, glass
jars... )are annealed in a annealing to eliminate their internal stress and ensure their physical
properties.

4.All of the products(glass container ,glass baking dish ,glass bowls , glass jars ,glass measuring
cups )are inspected according to the quality standard of company or customers’
requirements, such as SGS,Intertek ,CCIC, PONY,UONE,SMQ ,BV,CTI ,TUV... And then packed the
glassware, such as glass storage container ,glass food container ,glass jars ,glass food container
with bamboo lids, glass baking dish with lids ,pyrex measuring cup ,glass lunch box, stored and
shipped with the package complying with the specification by customer.Amazon top seller glass
food storage set containers must use safe package .

Types of Glass Storage Containers

Untreated Glass

The cheapest glass to produce is likely all around you: untreated soda-lime
glass is used to make jars, bottles, and cups. If your glass container doesn’t
say it’s tempered or strengthened, it’s probably untreated, or just regular old
glass. But that isn’t necessarily a bad thing; for storing food in the fridge or at
room temperature, soda-lime glass is fine. It’s when you freeze or heat the
glass that you want another option.

Tempered Glass

Soda-lime glass can be tempered or heated in such a way that it can withstand

a wider range of temperatures. This tempering process also means that the
glass is less likely to shatter. And, when tempered glass breaks, it tends to
fracture into small, harmless pieces, not the big, jagged pieces of untreated
glass. Tempered glass is not just used in food; car windows, shower doors, and
microwave oven doors are made from this material.

Borosilicate Glass - High Borosilicate Glassware

Borosilicate contains boric oxide, which makes it even more resistant to thermal
shock than tempered glass. But it’s also more expensive to produce

Safety

As previously stated, certain glass, like tempered and borosilicate, are

specifically designed to be heated or frozen without shattering. While untreated
glass can typically be frozen, you will have to carefully thaw it at room
temperature before transferring it to an oven or microwave. Untreated glass is
also unsafe to put in the oven.
Advantage
1. non-toxic, stain-proof borosilicate glass provides superior safety, sturdiness and convenience.

2.TAKEAWAY GLASS CONTAINER:Big capacities to store much food.Save time and space by
cooking and freezing your meals for later.

3. • MICROWAVE, OVEN, FREEZER, & DISHWASHER SAFE (NOT THE LIDS):Easy heating, storage,
and cleaning, including oven use up to 968°F.

Writing guide.

Formatting/Structure
Use Heading 2,3,4 cascading headlines for section and subsection headings. Heading1 should not
be used at it will be the title.
Use ‘Normal Text’ for the rest of the content
Do not Bold or Underline headings.

Break Down Complex Topics

Organize ideas into sections. Break each section into subsections if that makes sense.
Each paragraph should convey one idea.
It may make sense to organize sections in a sequential order.

Source Your Facts

Backup ALL your facts with links to evidence preferably from a reliable/reputable site with some
authority in the market.
Include all reference links within the content pointing to the exact deep page containing the
information not the top level domain so we can easily refer to them in the final publication.

Writing and Style

You don’t necessarily need to follow a strict editorial style, however you should keep all your
grammar, punctuation and formatting consistent.
For example, if you choose to use the % sign instead of spelling the word ‘percent’ then do this
throughout all of your articles.

Show Personality (IMPORTANT!!)

Your articles should demonstrate the writer’s (or ghostwriter’s) personality. This can be by
sharing anecdotes and your own opinions (without being divisive!). You should write in a clear
and informal way, almost like you’re talking to a friend—and use pronouns and possessive
pronouns (e.g. I, me, we, you, your, my, our) to talk directly to your readers.
Short Sentences and Paragraphs
Short sentences and paragraphs are much more effective and easier to read. Stand-alone
sentences and single words can work too.

Correct: “Acne sucks! Tonight’s your cocktail party with the girls and you’ve woken up with the
map of a small country on your face in red pimples. Does this sound familiar? Well never fear,
because we’ve got just the solution!”

NO Salesy Language
Wrong: “You’ll find peace of mind when your dog finally stops barking!”
Wrong: “You can rest easy knowing your dog’s behavior troubles are finally over.”
Wrong: Anything else that sounds like it could be in an infomercial
Instead, use conditional language (if, might, could, may, maybe) to make recommendations:
Correct: “This might be a good choice for those who want an in-home training option.”
Correct: “If it’s important to you to find a positive dog trainer, this may be a good place to start.”

Avoid Passive Language

Write in the active voice:
Wrong: “To give you the best choice a ton of products were reviewed.”
Correct: “I reviewed a ton of products to give you the best choice.”

Avoid Technical Jargon

If you need to use any technical language (or acronyms), explain in clear detail what it means.
Wrong: “POH is one of the most commonly reported aesthetic complaints to dermatologists.”
Correct: “Dark circles, or periorbital hyperpigmentation (POH) is one of the most commonly
reported aesthetic complaints to dermatologists.”

Always Add Value and Avoid Filler Language

Every sentence should add value to your article; ask yourself if each sentence is necessary and if
it enhances the quality of writing.
Always add useful/valuable information.
No BS’ing.
Wrong: “If your dog is acting up, you might need a dog trainer” (…duh).
Wrong: “This company teaches your dog to walk politely. They also offer leash training.” (…says
the same thing twice).
Wrong: Anything else that doesn’t add information to the article
