Based on presentation for Shuanglin pipe double wall corrugated on 20th November 2019, regarding the
RCP size diameter 300mm,400mm and 500mm cannot find the supplier with the specification HDPE
liner on the RCP and can only be done by the third party. Therefore, we want to propose substitution for
the RCP with HDPE pipe double wall corrugated by the supplier P.T. Shuanglin pipe Indonesia with
some advantages of HDPE double corrugated pipe with following advantages:
1. Suitable to be used in earthquake prone area
2. Low cost in engineering
3. Ultra aging resistance
4. Life time more than 50 years
