METRICA 
 
METRICA  is  a  company  for  surveying  interior  spaces.  We  use  3d  scanners  to  survey  housing, 
commercial, hotels, factories and other unique spaces. 
Point  cloud  refers  to  a  3d  model  made  from  millions  of  laser  points  in  a  millimetric  density.  We  scan 
and extract every shape in the space and the result can be useful for various needs. 
The  point  cloud  model  helps  us  to  get  all  the  architectural  information  and  measures  to  produce  2d 
drawings or 3d models (Revit / Sketchup) in our high quality of standards. 
 
2d Architectural Drawings 
The drawings we produce are for existing spaces. They contain all the architectural elements. 
As  architects  we  describe  the  existing  elements  just  like  we  expect  to  get  them  from  the surveyor - 
we provide the exact “existing picture” of any space with high accuracy, coherent and clean drawings. 
 
Job Requirements 
The  basics  is  being  a  cad  ​expert​.  Autocad  and  architectural  drawings  should  be  like  a  ​mother  tongue​. 
This is important. 
We  are  looking  for  an  experienced  team  member  that  cannot  live  with  inaccuracy.  The  job  requires 
rigorous and sensitive characterististics with passion for beautiful architectural drawings. 
 
Working Remotely 
Our  team  works  remotely  as  part  of  our  vision  to  be  an  international  company  and  mainly  to  have  a 
scattered  office  that  combines  different cultures. We like the concept of being a nomad or to give the 
opportunity for someone else to live like that. 
We work remotely but closely, availability is important but in general we are very flexible. 
 
Deadlines 
We  work  with  deadlines  for  every  project.  Most  of  the  projects  need  to  be  delivered  within  24-36 
hours  from  the  day  the  link  has  been  sent  to you. In some cases we allocate more time to achieve the 
processing step. Some other cases we work in groups on a certain project. 
 
Amount of work and salary 
Monthly Salary - $500. 
If  you  fit  the  job  -  you  can  count  on  us  for  the  long  term.  We  require  to  process  12-15  point  cloud 
models a month. The size of the project varies (small apartments, shops, offices etc.) 
We share bonuses depending individually on the team member - motivation and quality of work. 
 
Pilot Project 
If  you  think  you  are  qualified  and  you  have  the  needed  experience  in  architectural  drawings  -  you 
belong  with  us.  We  would  be  happy  to  start  with  a  pilot  project.  The  pilot  project  includes  2d 
processing  for  an  existing  drawing.  If  it  will  be  successful  we  will  send  you  a  point  cloud  model  to 
process  a  small  interior  space.  Suitable  candidates  can  achieve  a  stable  position  for  long  term  with
