framework that could take a toll on the store network, what interest and what price was offered,
how much was required to complete orders on schedule, what was the level of workload and
problem identification.

Inventory Control: As most Cadbury outputs have a low operating life so Cadbury needed to
keep the Freshness Index of the item transferred to the buyer after which they sought a
framework to maintain adequate stock, not less or more, cost savings and moreover more
significant assistance.

Finally, in 1 year, they have used the entire ERP module for the entire organization entirely in
the offices and all the branches so it should be a bit explosive. To complete the ERP
implementation Cadbury needs to partner with external vendors and the ERP organization
along with Siemens and IBM. This planning and implementation were carried out entirely by
senior management. They currently have an official MIS in which information is entered and
the whole framework is refreshed. So from scratch, there is a complete flow of information and
anyone can see and access this information from any side and part of the organization. This has
not happened so suddenly.

Research Methodology

In order to present the important aspects of such a vast project, I used various sources to get
information about Cadbury. Following are the methods which I utilize to research the
information on Cadbury:
1.My very first source is websites, I searched various websites which can have even a small
amount of data about Cadbury. I read them all thoroughly and compare them with each other,
find similarities and finally confirmed them with some of the company’s official websites.

2.The second source which I used is articles and journals about companies because according
to my knowledge articles and journals are really helpful to know about the current position of
the company.

3.To know about the company’s future goals I searched for various interviews of Cadbury
officials where they discuss their future goals and plans to stay in the market as well as to
dominate the market.

4.I also searched company websites to know about the supply chain processes.

5.I also discuss my project with my friends who work in Mondelez international which is the
parent company of Cadbury. I get a lot of information about manufacturing and supply chain
from my friends.
