Why are sandwiches made
using bread?

The high Fiber content in bread

(especially in whole meal ones) is the
reason why sandwiches, regardless of
their filling, feel so fulfilling.
What Fiber?
Fiber also keeps our digestive
system healthy by regulating sugar
levels. What's more, bread is also a
good source of bone-strengthening
calcium and energy-boosting iron.

French Bread Bagels

White Bread Different Types of
Bread

White bread is made from wheat flour that has been refined to remove the
bran and germ layers, producing a lighter-colored flour. Bread made with
refined flour resultantly has lower fiber and nutrient content while still
maintaining all the calories.
Whole Wheat Bread Different Types of
Bread

Whole wheat bread is a type of bread that is made using ground whole

wheat flour. Unlike white bread, which is made using refined white flour, the
flour used to make whole wheat bread contains the entire wheat grain,
including the germ and the bran. Whole wheat bread is not to be confused
with whole grain, or just regular wheat bread.

French Bread Different Types of
Bread

French bread is bread made from white wheat flour that has a strong and
chewy crust. The interior is full of bubbles, often due to the use of sourdough
starters to prepare the bread, though not all French bread is sourdough.
Usually, the loaf is shaped into a torpedo, batard, or baguette style.
Bagels Different Types of
Bread

Bagel, doughnut-shaped yeast -leavened roll that is characterized by a crisp,

shiny crust and a dense interior. Long regarded as a Jewish specialty item, the
bagel is commonly eaten as a breakfast food or snack, often with toppings
such as cream cheese and lox (smoked salmon ).
Conclusion

A sandwich that does not

include bread will not taste
good, but a sandwich made
with bread is much more
appealing.
