3 27-11-2019 Order No.2 dated 20.11.2019, passed in respect of
regular bail applications of the petitioners, is corrected to the extent indicated herein below:- (a) The words “and perused the case diary” in paragraph 1 of the aforesaid order is recalled as the case has been disposed of without perusing the case diary. (b) The words “I am not inclined to grant petitioner no.1 the privilege of anticipatory bail” is replaced by mentioning “ Prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 is refused”. (c) In page 2 of the said order, the words “in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order” is recalled as the Court passed the said order on regular bail application of the petitioners.
