3. Project title and description:

Recruitment interns for
Attracting such Diverse Candidates by organising a Pan India Event, reaching every nook and corner of the
country, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process at our various large MNC clients who value
Diversity and work towards the inclusion of such candidates through the event.

4. Key deliverables of the project:

• Ensure to recruit People with Disabilities, Women and LGBTQ+ Community Candidates for the various
roles across Finance, FMCG, IT, Automobile, Consulting and BIG 4 firms.
• Ensure the successful completion of corporate events at a large scale.
• Communication with various stakeholders for events success.

5. Does the project involve travel or on-field work? No (work from home)

6. Duration of the project (2 months) Possible extension based on project completion

7. Number of work hours (18 hours per week per intern) 3-4 hrs per day

8. Number of visits to the corporate office (up to 2 visits NA (work from home)
per week)

9. Stipend per intern per month NA

10. Any specific requirements such as knowledge, hard or soft skills, educational qualifications, or work
experience from the interns:
Knowledge about concepts such as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, knowledge about recruitment industry,
Diversity Hiring and its importance, use of Job Boards, use of Linkedin, excellent English comm skills, networking
skills, content creation, blog writing, writing articles, event management. Tools : Canva, excellent Excel and
PowerPoint skills. Must be able to handle large entries on excel and know formulae etc.
