JOB PURPOSE
Supporting the Product manager, the Product executive will play a key role in the day to day running of
the digital products and service applications in the Pharmaceutical Journal portfolio.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Supporting the Product manager, manage the needs and expectations of a diverse range of
interested parties to ensure the PJP portfolio of digital products and service applications perform as
expected by providing day to day support for all stakeholders
2. Working alongside the Product manager, ensure product roadmaps remain on track.
3. Support the Product manager in facilitating compliance with GDPR and all regulatory requirements
across all PJP digital products
4. Work with the PJ publications and Pharmaceutical Press team to provide training and assistance
across all product and service applications as required and to manage their needs and expectations
5. With the Product manager, be the voice of the user inside the business and be focussed on
delivering an exemplary user experience. Assist in maintaining a continuous programme of minor
performance improvements across all PJP digital products.
6. Develop excellent working relationships with external software development teams to communicate
and deliver on requirements
