ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:
All the praises are for almighy, ALLAH who bestowed me with
the ability and potential to complete this internsip. I take this
opportunity to record my deep sense of gratitude and
appreciation to Mrs. Syeda Sidra Ali principal of school. All of

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The TABS School & College Autobhan Campus the
privately owned education system since grown into a
network of private school and college has now a
meaningful education to students from secondary school
to intermediate.

The TABS School & College Autobhan Campus aims to


expand the potential of human capital and encourage
sustainable infrastructure development through operating
innovation and successful interprise.

In the school there is a proper organised system of


learning and motivation towards the parents and
childrens.

The proper management shows its success and its


business volume the reason behind its success is
viewed by the SWOT analysis and its weakness also
highlighted.
That professional learning opportunities for teachers
need to include on going session of learning,
collobaration and application accompained by
schhol and classroom based support, over a
sustained period. For example physical activity
interventions run over an extended period of time
upto three years, with reducing level of support each
year.

I did four week internship in the TABS School &


College Autobhan Campus. As an internee I really enjoy
working there, the staff of the campus was very
cooperative whenever I need their help. The TABS
School & College hire faculty by setting down a panel.
Applicants have to deal with the panels, past records,
experience and final interview matters a lot that panel is
responsible for selecting and recruiting the right people
from the market. The TABS School & College are proud
of their highly professional, transparent and objective
approach in its recruitment and selection processes. The
report contains the work of the system which I observe
during my tenure of internship and mentioned their
strategies to tackle the hurdles in work.
 INTRODUCTION

1. ORIGIN OF THE REPORT:

The report is originted to make a study on the management


of an educational institution and the impacts focusing on
The TABS School & College as a part of the
fulfillment of internship program.The preparation
required for the complition of 2nd year program of
BBA.The preparation of the report was supervised
by Sir Mujtaba Ali Bhatti Director CMS.

2.RESARCH OBJCTIVE:

The objctive of he report are as follows:


The Management Department is the departmenr that
works fo rte manpower o an instiution.Manpower is an
important element to get success,especially when the
organization is an educational institution.
Here manpower mainly focuses on school complete
staff,and the students who are the builders of upcoming
generation.The main objective of this study is that
recruiting policy 2016 and how this policy impacts on
educational institutions.other objective of this study is that
to overview problems and barriers facing the educational
institution at the time of implementing this new recruiting
policy.This study coverd different areas to solve the
barriers and place ome uggestions as per the management
strategies.

3.SCOPE OF THE STUDY:

In this school the authority follows the govt.HRM


policy.As Internee I get permission from Principle to do
this research.I get information from the school manuals ,
policy and also from the various annual reports.At the tim
of study I gathers the information by using some tools
such as questionnarie,interview etc.

4.DEFINITION:

Management is essential for organized life necessary to


run all types of management.Good management is the
backbone of successful organizations.Managing life
means getting things done to achieve lifes objectives and
managing an organization means getting things done with
and through othe people to acjieve its
objectives.Managment is the set of principles relating to
the functions of planning,organizing,directing and
controlling, and the appications of these principles in
harnessing physical, financial, human and informational
esources efficiently and effectively to achieve
organiational goals.

The main objective of this school is to sincerely make
effort to contribure better generation with theoritical
knowledge and ethical basement to serve the nation.This
wealthy school has a good image in th locality about its
teaching way that educated preparing the better human
resource.

2.Managment of school:
The purpose of management in TABS is to provide an
overview of the most important legislation affecting
school/ colleges finances and to explain their practical
implications.The aim to address the key areas of the
framework of management and to serve as a practical
guide for governing body members, principles and
financial officers , while education officials nlega
practitioers accountants and auditors serving schools in an
advisory capacity will find it equally useful.

3.ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES:

In the organizational structure the center power is on the


hand of the Regional Director.the governmening body is
the highest policy making body and is responsible for
ensuring the highest level of educational and
administrative standard at The Tabs school and college.A
number of committes assist the board in matters essental
to the smooth functioning of organization.The committees
are:Examination committee,Course committee,Admission
committee,Audit committee,Teachers association
committee and Disciplinary committee.The principle is
the Chief Executive and academic office of school.There
is a strong IT department.In this department students
grade sheet ,student information and all archieves has
managed by a Head with two Deputies.There also a
librarian who manage the library.

THE Tab school is very much careful about quality


education. Hence we have a strong academic guideline .
Along with a sound academic curriculum, we initiate very
much for extracurricular activities. Which helpsstudents
to build a prosper career. The academic year starts from
August to May for Grade VII-X .The academic year for
XI-XII is August-May .Students in the different classes of
new admission selected by admission test and interview.

Against the terrorism

In this unrest time when people are getting involve in


terrorism we get alert to our sudent also . We keep
monitoring the students and also share the results with
guardians. We notice any kind of abnormality in the
students . We believe that school is the place where
children get their basement . We do meetings, cultural
program, processon against terrorism .
TRAINING PROGRAM
The organization which I had chosen for the internship is
because it is the multinational organization and have geat
competency in the market. It is one of the biggest school
systems of paksitan and had spead their 52 branches in all
over pakistan and still growing . The Tab school has a
proper systematic way to perform any task; the duties are
divided into different departments like management , HR ,
Administration and teaching staff etc. All departments

on the check and balance of branches/campus for their
betterment , this work is done from individual . Like
every year in november the audit team comes to check the
accounts and also give making on the basis of their work
and so as the It coordinators check the equipments, ERP
system and everything related to the IT evey single year .
They also have hired the subject coordinators for all
subjects and their duty is to take the teachers observation
and give remaks on their performance like lecture
delivery or class discipline . the school has a strict policy
on new emplacement the candidate must be experienced
and qualified for the post even though he/she meet the
criteria the school tae the test and if the candidate pass the
test so he will be hired for the post.The experience o mine
working as an internee was so far so good I could not get
time to learn all the things due to thei policy but still the
learning goes on.
