Ingredients and how to make nasi
balap puyung
• Materials 5-6 servings 100 gr red and cayenne pepper * if there is a typical dry chili pepper 10
cloves of red onion 5 cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon shrimp paste * burn first 4 candlenuts *
toasted first 1 segment of kencur 1 segment of galangal 60 ml coconut milk 2 cm ginger
Additional Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, salt, sugar * if you want sweet Oil for sauteing 1
chicken

• Step Blend the ingredients above * I just use the blender because the grind isn't strong
anymore, the taste won't change Wash the free-range chicken then boil it with salt and bay
leaves, then fry it half dry * so that the chicken doesn't get wet After the spices are mashed,
fry in oil, add coconut milk, crushed galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, salt * add sugar if you
like it sweet. But the original recipe doesn't use it because it's shredded chicken is indeed
spicy and savory After the spices are cooked and change color, add the chicken, stir, stir until
the spices are absorbed Taste test, add salt or flavoring if needed then it's ready to serve Oh
yes, this puyung racing rice is served with chilli paste typical of Lombok, I didn't make it
because it's already spicy and serundeng and fried soybeans the same, don't forget the stir -
fried green beans.
