For me, culture influences how we can see society in different ways.

Like language, art, it can be used to convey ideas or feelings. Art and culture often go
hand in hand. It is a way of expressing ourselves to what happens in our environment
on many occasions.

be? Why?

What it means for these artists to be both out in the world, as their work travels, but in
their communities as people who are seeing and thinking about the issues that face us.
It’s also about thinking the creative spirit and nurturing it and imagining particularly in
urban America.

3. What do young artists create that is important for the community?

Young artist can bring their works for Thelma Golden, are more about not always just
simply about the aesthetic innovation that their minds imagined that their visions create
and put out there in the world, but more perhaps importantly through the excitement of
the community that they create as important voices that would allow us right now to
understand our situation as well as in the future.

4. What is understood from Muhammed Ali’s Poem “ME, WE”?

“ME, WE” a profound statement about the individual and the community. Might be black
art cultural movement of the 21 st century. That might mean for cultural movements all
over this moment the “ME, WE” seems incredibly prescient totally important to this end.

you, what affect did it have upon you?

Music often makes me reflect, reminds me of my past, makes me feel better. There are
songs that are usually based on experiences or expressing feelings.
