Aside from the different strategies that we discussed, how will you handle a
student with visual impairment? EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER IN 4-5 SENTENCES.

Determine the type and severity of a child's vision impairment will assist to know
how to effectively serve them as an Educator. Understanding each child's strengths and
abilities will enable us to come up with innovative methods for making school as
comfortable, interesting, and inclusive as possible. I will ensure that every student I
have with this type of impairment is able to accept the same level of education as other
students, by ensuring that they are comfortable inside the classroom without difficulty,
such as avoiding irritated eyes due to light or radiation. Assessing the student's
preferred visual field and ideal position gives students a considerations because of their
impairment, fixing seating arrangements, and selecting instructional materials that are
adequate for them. Organize seating in the classroom to create connections, especially
when students need to be in specific areas of the room for lighting and accessibility.
