Sir:

This is to formally request and ask for your consideration to please allow me to
encash my housing allowance in lieu of my company provided accommodation.

Since I started last 27 February 2016, I did not stay at the staff accommodation
because I am staying with my mother and relatives. For 5 months of working with the
company, I didn’t use this benefit or/and was not able to received any amount
tantamount on the said service. Therefore, I am asking you to please grant my
request.

I am hoping for your favorable response regarding this request. Thank you so much
