Purpose
This report is intended to facilitate the smooth transition of Stacy’s Podcast Web Design from Sean Murray’s
team to Cristina Warren’s team. It will aid the succeeding team to deliver the project on the deadline set by the
client.

Project Overview
The project revolves around creating a web design for the client’s website, Stacy’s Podcast. It is already in the
content creation stage. However, the previous team handling the project had di culty creating content and could
not proceed to the next stage.

Issues
The following are the issues at hand:

1. The team has had di culty in coming up with relevant content for the client’s website.
2. The client has not provided a clear directive on the visual elements of the site.

Recommendations
To ensure the completion of the project, it is recommended that:

1. The succeeding team exercise due diligence in researching the relevant content for the client’s website.
2. Establish clear communication with the client in order to produce a web design that will meet the client’s
standards.
